Im very very happy ❤️amazing apartment ,, and amazing stuff ,truly im not find in london like this apartment i feel like my home , very beautiful ,, very clean ,they think about every thing 😍,, I arrived in the night and they put everything in kitchen for prekfast ,, i need to thank you for every thing and lett my vacation soo special and happy,,

the location next to Hyde Park is fantastic. The restaurants in the area are diverse and good. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The apartment was quiet. The attention to leave eggs, and milk juices etc... for breakfast

The bags of clean towels/sheets left outside the entrance door for hours on end. It looks messy. The gym is a bit crammed

Wonderful wonderful wonderful...or as they say in London - BRILLIANT! Incredible location near KENSINGTON PALACE, very kind staff, and incredible accommodations. Beautifully appointed, spacious, with views of the park, we were thrilled at the apartment. They even left some provisions in the kitchen for us to enjoy. Could not have been happier.

There was nothing we didn't like. We really felt like it was exceptional.

Fantastic location. Spacious and comfortable accommodations particularly for traveling with a family. Daily housekeeping. We had a two bedroom apartment with kitchen, washer/dryer, living room and dining room. Staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. I rarely provide reviews but this property was so wonderful I had to take time to let others know how great it is. We would absolutely stay here again.

Housekeeping comes very early and rings the bell and wake you up I recommend a do not disturb door sign or button it would really make a difference

Top location, incredible setting/furniture/space, good access to subway and busses, across the street from Kensington Park, good restaurants nearby. You are 10 to 15 minutes to the major London attractions. The shower is the absolute best one I have ever seen!

No breakfast service is provided, breakfast "starter pack" (eggs, cereal, milk, cheese, smoked salmon and others) was made available, but we had to cook ourselves (or could go to a breakfast place nearby)

Arrived and found a basket full of necessity breads snacks milk eggs, and much more... The location is amazing, with a great location next to the bus and many attractions and restaurants 😀 deserves a 10!
