Great Location. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean Hotel with good amenities.

Asked for Twin beds as travelling with daughter - room was a small corner room with a small double bed. There was very little clearance between the corner of the bed and access to the bathroom- with an external light switch and with the proximity at night you therefore woke the other person. A lot of people would have struggled with reaching the far side of the bed. I would not recommend the breakfast for the price charged it is not good value for money- there are lot's of Cafe's and eateries on the High street.

The communal areas of the hotel are lovely and the location is excellent. Also the food in the foyer bar has improved enormously

I was so disappointed with my room. I have stayed in this hotel several times before but the room I was allocated on this occasion was horribly small and cramped with the TV diagonal to the bed and barely enough room to move from bedroom to en suite. It looks as if you have cut bigger rooms in half. You should warn your loyal customers about this. I had a serious accident recently with subsequent 3-hour surgery to my right arm. It is still painful and sensitive and moving around in that room was a nightmare

Location is great, tube link in the same street. breakfast is good with a large range to suit all. Rooms were clean. Swimming pool and spa area was clean and staff very helpful. reception area was good for hanging out in with a good vibe. very reasonable room rates considering location.

The twin room i was in was small and beds together which would be uncomfortable for non-family members sharing a room.

Great hotel just round the corner from the station. Nice to have a pool and sauna, and all very clean.

The pool area was a little tired- jacuzzi didn’t work and tiles were peeling off the sauna.

Location, staff were friendly and responsive to minor maintenance issues.

Small room, high bathtub/shower combo that was difficult and dangerous to get in and out of in small bathroom. Photos of health club/pool were flattering.

Nice bar, nice lobby, nice room, great room temperature, warm water always. Very polite personnel.

The sink had issues, and the toilet as well. During the night, there was a false fire alarm but there was no personnel to help or inform us. We had to go down from the 7th floor to the first floor on foot, in pyjamas so as to find someone in charge.

The location was great for the Royal Albert Hall. The room was spotlessly clean. The staff, especially Komal at breakfast and the gentleman serving on tables in the bar both evenings during our stay, definitely went above a beyond and were a credit to the company. The breakfast was delicious and lots of choice.

The room was very small as was the bathroom. The car park was overpriced at £45 a day.

Initially room was very small, I have a mobility scooter and there were 3 of us in the room, including an 8 year old. The hotel couldn’t have tried any harder to accommodate us and moved us to a suite. The room was fantastic. The location of the hotel was great, we wanted to have easy access to the museums, Buckingham Palace and Westminster, as this location was perfect for this. We also went into the West End, and it was quick and easy to return to the hotel too. We had breakfast on 1 day of our 3 nights, and found it expensive, but there was a great choice and selection. It was fresh and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Moving around the hotel in my scooter was easy, and the staff were so accommodating and supportive, opening doors and operating lifts were needed. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, a real credit to the Managers.

The room was a little dated and the carpet had stains, but it certainly didn’t affect our stay.

Great location and value for your money!

Pillows were not comfortable and we had an issue with our sink the last day that didn’t get fixed .

Over many years I've travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels. Hotel staff can be a mixed bag: good and bad but the staff here are all excellent with a pleasant manner and willingness to help. I haven't found a single staff member that I can't praise for efficiency and good attitude. Whoever trains the staff should be congratulated.

For guests like me that are staying several weeks I would like the option of agreeing a time for my room to be serviced. That would be a good idea. So that I can arrange to be out around that time. I do come back to the room around 2pm or 3pm to find that the room still needs servicing which is a bit late and a bit disruptive to me.
