Great Location. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean Hotel with good amenities.

Asked for Twin beds as travelling with daughter - room was a small corner room with a small double bed. There was very little clearance between the corner of the bed and access to the bathroom- with an external light switch and with the proximity at night you therefore woke the other person. A lot of people would have struggled with reaching the far side of the bed. I would not recommend the breakfast for the price charged it is not good value for money- there are lot's of Cafe's and eateries on the High street.

The communal areas of the hotel are lovely and the location is excellent. Also the food in the foyer bar has improved enormously

I was so disappointed with my room. I have stayed in this hotel several times before but the room I was allocated on this occasion was horribly small and cramped with the TV diagonal to the bed and barely enough room to move from bedroom to en suite. It looks as if you have cut bigger rooms in half. You should warn your loyal customers about this. I had a serious accident recently with subsequent 3-hour surgery to my right arm. It is still painful and sensitive and moving around in that room was a nightmare

I believe original arrival booking time was 3pm though closer to arrival changed to 4pm but when we did arrive a room was available earlier than 3pm. That was the first of three rooms listed later. Breakfast each morning was fantastic, fresh and a wonderful experience with polite, friendly staff.

First room on 5th floor 5001 had a centrally saggy stained edge and wife rolled off bed. The next morning advised staff of bed issues with photographs and pleasantly given equivalent on 1st floor, 1079 was miles away in dungeon far front of building and unable to use TV. Also when suitcase on stand you couldn’t open the room door. Spoke to receptionist via telephone who was sending someone up, 1hr later nobody showed up. Went to receptionist and supervisor walked us up giving choice of two rooms and settled on 3rd floor, 3021 much better.

It was exceptionally clean, and the staff were both friendly and efficient. A particular comment is necessary for Max a doorkeeper. He was particularly helpful and friendly. Nothing seemed to be too much for him. He needs to be commended by his employers.

Nothing to comment on. We liked everything about the hotel. One issue did arise. I was refused my IHG points on.the grounds thst I did not book the hotel directly. We booked it through Booking.com. No one asked why this happened!!! I hope that the points for a 2 room. 2 might stay are credited to my account retrospectively.

Location is great, tube link in the same street. breakfast is good with a large range to suit all. Rooms were clean. Swimming pool and spa area was clean and staff very helpful. reception area was good for hanging out in with a good vibe. very reasonable room rates considering location.

The twin room i was in was small and beds together which would be uncomfortable for non-family members sharing a room.

Great hotel just round the corner from the station. Nice to have a pool and sauna, and all very clean.

The pool area was a little tired- jacuzzi didn’t work and tiles were peeling off the sauna.

Men’s sauna wasn’t working. Should have been a twin but was a double and had to be changed.

Top location. Staff were efficient and friendly. Staff member Imane who checked us gave the best welcome I have had at a hotel for a long time - very helpful with a delicious sense of humour. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Housekeeping staff appeared to be very good. Despite location the room was very quiet and restful. The breakfast was excellent with a good range.

The lifts are not numerous and seemed always crowded - we used the stairs to the 4th floor but there are higher floors. The bathroom appeared to be recently renovated but only had a fixed shower head ie a hand held head was not also attached which does not cater for inclusive hygiene requirements.

The location is amazing. Very close to the High Street Kensington tube station, which is easy to travel to several attractions. We stayed there for 5 nights. Poor us that the district line abd circle line was closed fo maintenance for 2 days but the hotel is still in a walking distance to the earl's court station. The room size was fine enough for travellers with big-size luggages.

The room was not clean enough. Several dust spotted on the ground and over the vault in the wardrobe. There was a bad smell from the vault, that we had to open the vendor to allow tge ventiliation for this bad smell out of the room.

Excellent location very near High Street Kensington underground. Very nice bar and communal areas. Room was small but standard for London and had everything we needed including some storage space. Clean and functional en-suite bathroom. During our stay there were only two lifts working and this often resulted in delays waiting to get to the fifth floor. We needed to use the parking which was convenient and secure but very expensive at £45 per day. Staff were mostly very helpful and accommodating. Overall we were pleased and would definitely stay again.
