The male staff who was on night duty on our first night was helpful. When we informed the 2nd bedroom bed could be too small for comfort, he offered to help us set-up the sofa-bed in the living room. We thought we should try for the first night and see if we can do without the sofa-bed. However, when we checked with the reception to help with the sofa-bed set-up for our 2nd night, we were told the sofa-bed was chargeable and even being informed us that we should book for a 2-bedroom with bigger size bed. We were confused and disappointed as the answer we get was inconsistent.

The staff is lovely, the supplied water, the comfortable bed, and daily house cleaning that’s available.

I would avoid apartment E as it is below ground and I found it dark and depressing (it was painted a dark hunter green) and you can hear the tube rumblings. I had asked for a room with a nice view beforehand and I wish they had responded that I was reserving a basement apartment, I would have changed my booking.

We book 2 separate apartments because we were two families staying for a weeks holiday in London. The receptionists made it possible for all of us to have the apartments at the same level, which was a very helpful and nice surprise for us all ! The apartments were every day very clean, spacious and equipped with much confort. The receptionists without hesitating fulfilled all our wishes and were always very nice and warm hearted, making us feeling like at home. The location is in a very nice area of London, provided with a convenient fitness room and lounge, family friendly, 10 minutes walk to the tube and 5 minutes walk from a grocery shop. We definitely chose Lexham Gardens by Cheval Maison for our next stay in London again, thank you very much !!

I've stayed here multiple times. I like the location in a residential zone of South Kensington, and I like the spacious units with comfortable beds and linens and nice bathrooms and toiletries. The gym, though simple, is bright and airy. The kitchens are beautiful and well appointed.

My only issue is the bathroom vanity mirror lighting which is lacking. I cannot put on my makeup in the bathroom because it is too dark and there are no windows. Thankfully there is a mirror in the living room which is brighter during daytime. Having a wall light fixture on or around the bathroom mirror would solve this problem.

The accommodation is fabulous, clean, ideal location nearby restaurants, shops everything one needs within a short walk yet accommodation is in a quiet street. A short walk to public transport. We felt completely safe walking around after dark. The staff are courteous, helpful and went out of their way to provide a great experience for us, providing information whenever we asked. The housekeeping an added bonus, refreshing the accommodation daily. Impressed by the cleanliness. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Well equipped kitchen area.

We have no faults. We could not think of an area here that needs improvement.

It is an immaculate property. It was situated in a very convenient location, making it easy for me to get to the underground and travel everywhere. It is a short walk to the supermarket and close to lots of restaurants. It was a very stylish property that was well-maintained. The staff were very friendly. It has lift access, a washing machine/dryer in the kitchen, and all the amenities you need. Large king-size bed and lovely bathrooms set in a quiet street so you feel like a Londoner.

Top top apartment in the prestigious neighbourhood of Kensington. Everything was spot on, I mean everything. From design of the rooms, to fittings and appliances, to kitchenware, to housekeeping, etc etc. Sainsbury's was also just 3 minutes walk away, so we got everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Great value for money if you ask me and ooo I nearly forgot, the Nigerian guy (I've forgotten his name) who checked us in and out is such a fantastic guy; it pains me that I forgot to give him a tip when checking out because of the pressure to get to the airport. I will definitely give him a double tip the next time I stay there, that's if he will still be working there.

Reception was open and expecting us. Check in was quick. The location is on a quiet street, but an easy 5-10 minute walk to both the Earl's Court and Gloucester Road underground stations. A grocery store is close by. Our 1 BR had large windows and was well equipped with a spacious refrigerator and freezer, microwave/convection oven, built in coffee maker, dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer combo. We enjoyed the high ceilings, large windows, and lighting. Heated floors in bath with towel warmer was an additional plus.

Very roomy spacious apartment. Excellent daily housekeeping. Fabulous local neighborhood-quiet but close to tube, restaurants, markets. Very attentive front desk staff. Kitchen stocked with coffee, milk, water, biscuits, tea - in advance of our check in. A pleasure to come back to every day!
