This is a really lovely hotel in centre of Kengsington. Short stroll to Earl's Court Station and High Street. It's in a quiet street but close to everything. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Heating was great especially as you could turn it on and off yourself. There was tea and coffee in the room. Can't fault anything.
Everything was great but just be aware that the shower is above bathtub which may not be convenient for older people.

Great location , the room was nice and spacious. Some of the staff were very nice.
The connected door system is a bit weird ( in my opinion) . We had a bit of a problem checking in - it took about 2hours because the system was down ( not really their fault) but than we were sent to a room which was not vacated it was bit of a mess .

The location was perfect with easy access to public transportation.
The room felt a bit dated. The facilities could be better.

The hotel is in the perfect neighborhood location of South Kensington, just a few blocks from Kensington Palace. All the neighborhood streets are very quiet, and lined with lovey 3-story buildings, just like the Hotel. It is a very quiet, comfortable area, where you can easily walk 10 minutes to Whole Foods Store, a wide range of restaurants and British pubs... Its walking distance to Natural History Mus, and Victoria & Albert Museum.... as well as a very short 4 block walk south to Earls Court underground Station that serves the District/Circle lines that get you to Central London - Buckingham Palace, St. Paul's Cathedral, Westminster, and many other sites - in under 30 min. When I return to London, this is where I will be staying!!
Nothing to dislike about this Hotel and its location.

The room and bathroom were a comfortable size for two people, especially for London. The hotel is conveniently located between two tube stops making it a short ~10 min walk to catch the tube in either direction. I could hear the tube (?) from our 4th floor room as I was going to sleep, but it didn't impact my sleep. It was hot in London while we were there and the AC in the room was very comfortable.
The elevator was down for the duration of our 5 night stay. Since we were on the 4th floor, we didn't look forward to the 5 flights of stairs we climbed each night after a long day in London. Hotel staff did offer to bring our bags up and down the stairs for us. I would have probably booked the hotel without an elevator for the price, but it would have been nice to know in advance.

Nice property with large, clean rooms for a reasonable rate. Friendly and efficient staff in the hotel. There is a refrigerator in the room with a few bottled waters but, no room service, or vending machines, or ice available.
There is a restaurant that appears to be a sublet on the lobby floor with rather unfriendly staff that sells soft drinks. Unfortunately, their small selection cost twice what a convenience store or vending machines would charge with no ice. Do yourself a favor and pick up some beverages from one of the stores within a block or two and avoid the restaurant.

The location is great for the Museums etc. Rooms are nice and large with everything you need. Beds are comfortable and plenty of tea and biscuits in room.
I stayed twice here over two separate weeks. Both rooms were lovely, first time I stayed in a room on ground floor and although a great room a little noisy from outside as you are right on the path and the staff have their smokes outside. Second time I was 3rd floor and much quieter. Would definitely stay again though. Both were King Rooms.

The room was bigger than expected. Daily new sheets, towels and even some cookies. And the location is perfect; calm neighbourhood and very close to the metro station.
The room was extremely warm. It wasn't possible to turn the airco on, apparently, there was a switch above the door to turn the heater in the bathroom on or off. So you can choose between either too hot or no heating at all. The bathroom itself was big, had a nice shower, but there was a smell and I saw some mold in the grouts.

Great location, had a family room and was very spacious. Room was very clean.
The mattress on the double bed was so hard, too late the first night to do anything about it but mentioned it the next morning to a member of staff. They put a topper on the bed which did help and they did suggest moving rooms but as we only had a short stay we made do. Would have been nice to have a proper English breakfast at the hotel too. The breakfast we saw on the hot plate looked like it had been there for sometime, not appealing at all and ended up going out for breakfast each morning instead.

Myself and a friend had already stayed in the Hotel in April so I was quite happy to book for a visit with friends. The rooms are nice and roomy, however more towels would be appreciated. If you have a shower and wash your hair you have no spare hand towels.... Thankfully staff were available when extra were requested. Great location, close to The Natural History Museum and the V&A and Earl's Court Tube Station is 5mins walk...
