This is a really lovely hotel in centre of Kengsington. Short stroll to Earl's Court Station and High Street. It's in a quiet street but close to everything. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Heating was great especially as you could turn it on and off yourself. There was tea and coffee in the room. Can't fault anything.

Everything was great but just be aware that the shower is above bathtub which may not be convenient for older people.

Great location , the room was nice and spacious. Some of the staff were very nice.

The connected door system is a bit weird ( in my opinion) . We had a bit of a problem checking in - it took about 2hours because the system was down ( not really their fault) but than we were sent to a room which was not vacated it was bit of a mess .

The location was perfect with easy access to public transportation.

The room felt a bit dated. The facilities could be better.

The hotel is in the perfect neighborhood location of South Kensington, just a few blocks from Kensington Palace. All the neighborhood streets are very quiet, and lined with lovey 3-story buildings, just like the Hotel. It is a very quiet, comfortable area, where you can easily walk 10 minutes to Whole Foods Store, a wide range of restaurants and British pubs... Its walking distance to Natural History Mus, and Victoria & Albert Museum.... as well as a very short 4 block walk south to Earls Court underground Station that serves the District/Circle lines that get you to Central London - Buckingham Palace, St. Paul's Cathedral, Westminster, and many other sites - in under 30 min. When I return to London, this is where I will be staying!!

Nothing to dislike about this Hotel and its location.

The room was bigger than expected. Daily new sheets, towels and even some cookies. And the location is perfect; calm neighbourhood and very close to the metro station.

The room was extremely warm. It wasn't possible to turn the airco on, apparently, there was a switch above the door to turn the heater in the bathroom on or off. So you can choose between either too hot or no heating at all. The bathroom itself was big, had a nice shower, but there was a smell and I saw some mold in the grouts.

Great location, had a family room and was very spacious. Room was very clean.

The mattress on the double bed was so hard, too late the first night to do anything about it but mentioned it the next morning to a member of staff. They put a topper on the bed which did help and they did suggest moving rooms but as we only had a short stay we made do. Would have been nice to have a proper English breakfast at the hotel too. The breakfast we saw on the hot plate looked like it had been there for sometime, not appealing at all and ended up going out for breakfast each morning instead.

Overall a positive stay here. The location is great, the rooms are large, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. We had 2 separate rooms, one to the front of the building, which was generally quiet, and one room to the back. This one was unfortunately right above the shisha bar, which is inside the hotel and is open 7 days a week from mid afternoon to early morning. I was able to hear both the music played as well as conversations (not exact words might I add). So, if you are a light sleeper, you may want to ask for a different room, or like me, use ear plugs to be able to sleep.

Room was large and clean, smart bathroom, reception staff friendly and helpful. Check in and out very easy. Our loo broke and they fixed it during the day while we were out. The hotel is in a really nice quiet area, the walk towards Hyde Park area is pretty with some lovely streets especially during cherry blossom season. It's only a short walk to Earls Court Tube station. Perfect for a short stay in London. Good value for money. Didn't use the restaurant in the hotel but the Italian on the corner is lovely, went for dinner and breakfast. Area was nice and quiet at night for sleeping.

No problems. A bar in the hotel would be nice but not essential. There wasn't a socket near the bed but we managed fine. The tap water in the bedroom didn't run cold sometimes so couldn't fill up water bottles. All very minor issues no bother.

Is located in lovely Kensington with metro's and bus stops near by. Is also away from the hazle from downtown London so in spite there are many hotels is also very quiet. The staff was super kind and the rooms are clean and lovely.

I am starting to miss in Hotels a folder with all the information needed. We had to ask in reception how to use the heater or how to get breakfast. I requested a Taxi but they didn't take note of it at the end was solved but those are the details that make a great hotel. Equally there are some run out points in the hotel but they were very fast in solving them if needed

Great place to stay - we were on 4th floor and it was very quiet at night. The Hotel is located in a nice area of London close to tube stations at either Glouster Road or Earl's Court... both about 500metres from hotel. We found that the Earls Court station was a better option to access hotel if travelling from Heathrow... but requires a lift to exit with heavy suit cases. Breakfast is about 15 English pounds at the hotel and is good value considering the price of food in nearby coffee shops (with a sandwich roll and coffee costing around 10 English pounds).
