The apartment was spacious, location was amazing, staff at check in and the maintenance guy were super sweet and very nice especially with the kids so sweet except the 2 girls at check out weren’t as good

Everything was simply amazing and perfect, except the 2 ladies at check out made my whole experience disappointing, we were supposed to leave to the airport at 12:00pm so I asked them if we can have an hour late check out but they refused I asked for 45 min 30 min anything but at least to have an access to a toilet for the kids before we leave for the airport but they refused so we checked out went out for breakfast came back to collect our luggage and asked them to use the toilet and they said we don’t have a toilet but you may find any toilets in the shops outside which I personally found rude. I left really disappointed

The hosts, property location and comfort were beyond excellent. I am not one to make bold assertions, but i will tell you if you are staying in London with your family, this is the place. It had three separate bedrooms with closet space, three bathrooms, a kitchen, dinning room and living room. It was within one block of the Tube and right across the street from Kensington Park, next to a grocery store and loaded with coffee shops and loaded with small restaurants of all different price points and ethnicities. It was wonderful.

Someone was immediately available to answer the doorbell to let us in. Flat was ready early (around 12noon) which was great considering we took an overnight flight. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. Cleaning the flat every other day was a perfect cadence, I typically don't like to ask for services when staying in hotels/rentals, but this was a nice touch to have new towels and items replenished. The location was perfect, multiple bus and tube (underground and overground) within walking distance. Holland Park and the (free) Design Museum across the street. Kids loved to eat at Megan's. Waitrose next door for grocery shopping. Kensington Palace/Sir Albert Hall are a 15min walk, could go on and on about the location. Flat was very quiet. Even though there were other people in the building and construction right outside our windows, noise was never a problem, it was very nice. Having 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms was a must needed feature with a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The rack warmer was a nice touch, though didn't seem to go up very high, could be user error. Wifi was excellent, did not have any issues. We would love to stay here again and for sure recommend!

Didn't realize until 2 days later that we were not given the key fob for the reception door, only the keys to the flat. We asked for towels to be sent up, but where not successful. Husband had found the supply closet on another floor and were able to snag some. I knew ahead of time the washer/drying situation would be challenging, could be user error, however I was not able to turn off the steaming at the end of the wash, even when using cold water, which caused some color bleeding. I quickly learned and kept the darks separate from the lighter. The dryer still left the clothes damp, which I was expecting, however all good with the drying rack! Wash & dryer took longer than I expected.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was massive. The check in was really easy- and the man who checked us in was so lovely and gave us a tour and rundown on how the oven, washing machine etc worked in the apartment. We decided to stay a couple of extra days and the lady at the desk was so helpful in arranging us to stay. The apartment itself is very modern, clean and comfortable, and is next door to a supermarket, which was really handy, and close to the bus stop and tube station. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Monarch House. We highly recommend.

The taps in the shower- took me ages how to work out how to get hot water.

The apartment was perfect for us as a family of four on a long international holiday - we had space as a family while holidaying along with kitchen and laundry facilities. The apartment was incredibly clean and the staff so accommodating, friendly and helpful. The location is excellent with a supermarket next door and delicious restaurants nearby. Close to public transport options. We would return here anytime.

We stayed over Christmas. 2 bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms, perfect. Sitting room was very big and bedrooms were light/bright and comfortable. Mainly quiet. Location was perfect - extremely central.

Unfortunately every time we turned a tap on or flushed the toilet we heard a machine loud sound and not just from our flat. So heard noise due to this issue and woke us up or was annoying every time. Plus people slamming doors constantly. Our flat sitting room was very dark due to a lack of windows which was a shame as we come from a bright/light country and need that light.

This was a well maintained place with a few bumps and cracks which you would expect from a used apartment. The apartment was roomy and well appointed with the essentials we needed for a long stay and it was located close to some of the key attractions and transport

Comfortable apartment. Nice and quiet, well heated, clean & comfortable. Staff were friendly and very accommodating with all requests. Easy transport options close by and lots of options for eating out and shopping nearby.

Beds were very firm, but the staff did their best to make them more comfortable.

Well maintained and comfortable rooms

They didn’t advise us upon checking in that the entrance would be going thru renovations… which required alternative means to enter. This wasn’t so easy for my mum who needs a cane and wheelchair as that access was steep and uneven

We booked a 2 bhk apartment. Master bedroom has double bed with ensuite bathroom and inbuilt wardrobe. second bedroom though small has twin beds. second bathroom is good & clean with a bathtub. Kitchen is well equipped with gas burner, chimney, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery and cutlery for 4 people. Knives, pots and pans, oven, microwave, refrigerator. Dishwasher & washing machine tablets are provided, extras are also given as per requirement. Cleaning is done every third day. Living room is big with dining table for 4 people. we had requested higher floor with courtyard facing room, it was absolutely quite and peaceful on the 3rd floor. they have parking space in the basement. 8 minutes walk from high street Kensington station on circle & district line. Lots of eateries and restaurants around. Sainsbury is just down, next door. Amazon fresh is walkable. Perfect apartment and location. Would definitely stay again.

Some basic instructions for sink incinerator switch, working of washing machine, dishwasher & oven would have been helpful. Though not difficult to figure out, but it can be time saving.
