Our Room was quite interesting because the small but efficient bathroom was wisely separating the living room, from the bedroom so that was a good formula for a small family since my adult son who lives in UK joint us for few days and he was sleeping on the sofa bed. The buffet breakfast was excellent and in abondance, nothing was missing, and the staff members, including the breakfast manager were at all times in full attention, very careful to serve the customers and make them feel comfortable. We will for sure return in this hotel whenever we would have the chance.

Unfortunately, there was a problem with one of the lift elevators, and since the hotel was really round the clock busy with customers arriving and leaving so this fact was a kind of suffering for the customers. But obviously it is understandable that this was due to a technical failure on which the hotel management had no control...but at the end of the day was an inconvenience for all of us customers and members of staff.

Receptionist: staff were very friendly and helpful. Location: Good. It's next door to a Tesco super store; 10minutes' walk to West kensington station and Earls court station, and short walk to many restaurants, eg Italian restaurant, Chinese restaurant, Thailand restaurant etc. Breakfast: continental breakfast, a lot of choices. Room: clean, spacious, has mini-kitchen. Room service was good.

Room: too warm in the sleep. Bathroom door is very close to bed, the gap's about 40cm. Felt uncomfortable my pillow 's so close to bathroom's door.

Staff, facilities, breakfast and location - all were amazing. 3 min walk to the bus stop. 10 min walk to the tube station. Hot breakfast with great coffee! Understanding staff! The internet was pretty good as well!

The room has several facilities. We had the one with the little kitchenette. The room was a little small with limited storage, but was extremely clean and comfortable.

Hotel room had good facilities and was comfy and clean. Hotel felt new and was well kept. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was reasonbly good, with good coffee. The gym was sufficient. The location is accessible. Short walk to the tube and shorter walk to 74 busstop for knightsbridge and museum district.

We could hear every bit of noise from the corridor and facing room, including talking and tv, which seemed to travel through the door to the room.We were so tired we fell asleep anyway, but it was quite annoying at times. This hotel room doors should be rectified to reduce noise travelling. The location is not very attractive, and West Cromwell Road, in particular, feels down at the heel.

Very nice rooms. Very professional and polite staff. 10 min stroll to Earl’s Court Subway station. Wasn’t a problem when coming from the airport with luggage (Earl’s Court subway station is a direct line to Heathrow airport) or when returning to the hotel after a long day in the city. Laundry facilities in the hotel are free (top quality Miele washers and dryers) which is very welcome for longer stays. WiFi worked flawlessly anywhere in the hotel. It’s close to restaurants. Italian is across the street (with delivery to the hotel), Hare and Tortoise Asian restaurant is 7 min stroll to the north on Kensington High street and Indian restaurant Masala Zone is at Earl’s Court subway station. Tesco supermarket nearby is open till midnight. Bus stations are 50-100 meters from the hotel (we liked riding on buses for sightseeing since they are double deckers). Easy to commute to anywhere in the city. Quiet, nice and safe neighborhood.

Breakfast was good but mostly the same. Not a problem for two/three days stay but after six days I wished something different.

The room was quite old, the dishwasher had rust inside of it. However, the cleaning team did an amazing job cleaning these rooms. Without them the rooms would have been unliveable. The location was perfect near a Tesco and walking distance to Earl's Court and High Street. Breakfast was ok. The reception team were great, I was unwell at one point and Biola and her manager help me get medical assistance and made sure I was well. The lift took a long time, but the hotel seems aware of it and there was a writing on the lift that made us understand.

Spacious room. Really good breakfast selection

On the early morning of arrival day, 25/07/2023. We asked if we could leave our luggage so we can explore the city right away. He begrudgingly called the bellhop and instructed him to “throw” our luggage in the luggage room. Not the kind of welcome you would expect after paying more then a thousand pounds for the room and having travelled all night. I just didn’t have the energy at all to deal with this kind of attitude from staff on my vacation. Management if it helps, it was a south Asian guy on the reception desk at around 7:00 the said date. He might want to adjust his attitude towards guests. Not the kind of standards for a Marriott. All other staff we encountered were very accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay at the Residence Inn, Kensington. The marginal hiccups at the onset was more than overcompensated with the super hospitable manager Laust Anderson, who ensured we were upgraded to a One bedroom suite for the rest of our stay. The service is impeccable, the team professional and the rooms really lovely. I was really impressed with the size of the rooms for London and the fantastic layout, considering we were 3 of us including my 17 year old son. The breakfast again is great with a good spread and was sumptuous. The location is central and about a 10 minute walk from the Earls court Tube Station if you alight from Warwick road. The Tesco next door is an added bonus tempting us to cook up a quick meal in the rather smart kitchenette in the room. We were so delighted with our stay that we swung back on our return on May 10th and stayed an extra night at the property. WE were again welcomed with a hand written note and a box of chocolates. What a warm touch, what a lovely team and what a fantastic property. We loved it and possibly will head here again in our next sojour to London. 10/10

The lifts at the property have a little bit of a wait time. But that waits in a good place :)

My family and I enjoyed our stay—this was our third time here. We love the convenient location, and the staff are always helpful. A special mention goes to Roberto, the Duty F&B Manager, who greets guests at breakfast with warmth and professionalism. He’s a strong leader and consistently helps start the day on a high note. As a suggestion, it would be great to see halal meat included as part of the breakfast options to better accommodate guests with dietary restrictions.

Our room was generally fine, but there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The shower cubicle had some stains on the grout and could be cleaner. Also, the water drainage needs attention, as it wasn’t flowing properly.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful they made the trip so much better. Breakfast was great, it had a variety of things and everything tasted good. Room was also great and spacious. Location was good, we were a 10 minute walk away from Earl’s court station which takes you everywhere. It was also really close to a big selection of restaurants and was a 15 minute walk away from the museums.

Only the fact that the hotel does not have a restaurant, however they have this pizza place right across the street that can deliver to your room.
