The staff, especially Fatima, Mohammed, Sophia, and two gentlemen whose name escape me (a. Our housekeeping attendant, and b. One of the reception staff who was there the first few nights we got there), who were all extremely kind, friendly, and respectful; the location convenience to transportation, shopping, and dining; the responsiveness of the repair technician, and cleanliness of the facility.

It’s an older hotel so it got very cold, with no way of getting warm other than blankets and layering clothes. I had my 89 year old dad with me so it was a bit uncomfortable for him when it came to the room temperature.

The location is lovely with the pretty garden outside visible from the front rooms. The staff members are always pleasant. This was our third time to stay here and it suits our needs well. Our room (number 16 I think) was clean and the pillows were comfortable.

It would be helpful if there was a table in the room to put things on, even a fold-up table. (The lift is small and the inner doors to the balconies are kind of wonky, but these things are mainly due to the age of the hotel and didn't really impact us.)

room was really good for the price. i booked one without breakfast bc usually they just give you a coupon for a breakfast place anyway. bathroom was amazing which was one of the most important thing for me. separate shower area and clean floor. place is only like a 5 minute walk from the closest tube station and a bunch of other shops like M&S.

there isn't much room to move around in the room but we were pretty much just on the bed the whole time so it wasn't really necessary. also no AC/indoor slippers (it does have a fan)

Beautiful and cozy hotel, the room is snug but very clean and has everything you need. The bed was comfy, the view from the balcony was amazing, and the location was great, only couple of minutes walk to Earl’s court station, and well connected by bus as well.

Shower head was outdated and not practical, it would be nice to replace it. You can hear the noise/conversations/TV from the next room easily. Unfortunately you’re not allowed to go out on the balcony as it is not safe (old building).

I went with three people and booked a family room, which can accommodate up to four people, so it was very comfortable (1 double bed and 2 single beds). The room was quite spacious for London, with plenty of space to open our suitcases. It was clean, the beds were soft, and the blankets were good. There was also a window for ventilation. Additionally, there was an elevator and a storage room available after checkout. The staff were extremely kind.

The elevator was small, fitting two large suitcases and one person at a time, but it's better than not having one. Our bathroom was fairly spacious, but the shower area was very small, and the towels were old. For the most part, it didn’t affect our stay much.

Good location for walking and tube travel. The room was spacious, The beds were very comfortable. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had everything we needed i.e toilet and shower facilities with soap, towels, toilet rolls etc. We were in the basement but there was a large window with plenty of light. There was a lift, which was very useful. We went out early in the day. We were offered breakfast but decided we would eat out as we wanted to spend time to explore as we were only in London for 2 days, i.e one night.

There was nothing we did not like. Staff and Accomodation were up to our expectations. A very pleasant experience. We would be happy to book the same accomodation again.

The location is great and the neighbourhood is lovely - quiet and pleasant. The room was super clean, the beds were very comfortable - exactly what you need after a long day of sightseeing.

There was only two working electricity outlets and 2 of out 3 USB lamps for charging were broken, so one had to be quite creative and attentive when it came to charging our devices. A small fridge would be useful as well.

The lady in the reception was very nice and accommodating! She has even allowed .e to check in early.. I was only in there for a night. I love how high the ceiling was in the room, feel very spacey.. the window view was great, tall window. The area was quite. Ill recommend this place and I i will comeback.

Our room was cleaned everyday of our stay, with towels changed and toiletries refilled. Good bathroom, hair dryer and space for lugagge in the room. The hotel is in a quiet area near Earl’s Court station, the TARDIS!!, McDonald's and Coop. We felt safe to walk around at any time of the day. Definitely would go back when staying in London.

I book twin room without view for 10 nights and the hotel was very kind to upgrade me to a triple room with garden view that was very nice. The staff are friendly. Good area to stay on.

Room looks a bit old. Tiny part of bathroom wood door frame fell down (but no effect on the bathroom utilization). Little maintenance would make it even better. But no serious complain for me in overall.
