The location is lovely with the pretty garden outside visible from the front rooms. The staff members are always pleasant. This was our third time to stay here and it suits our needs well. Our room (number 16 I think) was clean and the pillows were comfortable.

It would be helpful if there was a table in the room to put things on, even a fold-up table. (The lift is small and the inner doors to the balconies are kind of wonky, but these things are mainly due to the age of the hotel and didn't really impact us.)

room was really good for the price. i booked one without breakfast bc usually they just give you a coupon for a breakfast place anyway. bathroom was amazing which was one of the most important thing for me. separate shower area and clean floor. place is only like a 5 minute walk from the closest tube station and a bunch of other shops like M&S.

there isn't much room to move around in the room but we were pretty much just on the bed the whole time so it wasn't really necessary. also no AC/indoor slippers (it does have a fan)

Beautiful and cozy hotel, the room is snug but very clean and has everything you need. The bed was comfy, the view from the balcony was amazing, and the location was great, only couple of minutes walk to Earl’s court station, and well connected by bus as well.

Shower head was outdated and not practical, it would be nice to replace it. You can hear the noise/conversations/TV from the next room easily. Unfortunately you’re not allowed to go out on the balcony as it is not safe (old building).

I went with three people and booked a family room, which can accommodate up to four people, so it was very comfortable (1 double bed and 2 single beds). The room was quite spacious for London, with plenty of space to open our suitcases. It was clean, the beds were soft, and the blankets were good. There was also a window for ventilation. Additionally, there was an elevator and a storage room available after checkout. The staff were extremely kind.

The elevator was small, fitting two large suitcases and one person at a time, but it's better than not having one. Our bathroom was fairly spacious, but the shower area was very small, and the towels were old. For the most part, it didn’t affect our stay much.

Good location for walking and tube travel. The room was spacious, The beds were very comfortable. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had everything we needed i.e toilet and shower facilities with soap, towels, toilet rolls etc. We were in the basement but there was a large window with plenty of light. There was a lift, which was very useful. We went out early in the day. We were offered breakfast but decided we would eat out as we wanted to spend time to explore as we were only in London for 2 days, i.e one night.

There was nothing we did not like. Staff and Accomodation were up to our expectations. A very pleasant experience. We would be happy to book the same accomodation again.

Excellent location close to Earl's Court tube stop. It was extremely good value for the price. We booked a twin room, which was smallish, but had a night stand separating the two beds (nice for sharing with friend, not romantic partner). Bathroom adequate. It was perfect for our purpose: a place to stay overnight in London en route to Heathrow after trip up north.

Bathroom shower just had the fixed shower head, not the detachable long hose. There is a lift (very small so may have to send up one person at a time with luggage in order to fit), but some steps at the entrance and to some of the rooms. It was not a problem for us, but those with mobility issues might find it difficult.

I book twin room without view for 10 nights and the hotel was very kind to upgrade me to a triple room with garden view that was very nice. The staff are friendly. Good area to stay on.

Room looks a bit old. Tiny part of bathroom wood door frame fell down (but no effect on the bathroom utilization). Little maintenance would make it even better. But no serious complain for me in overall.

Very close to Earls Court station. Nice sized room with all the required amenities. Comfortable bed. They don’t have Aircon, but had a big fan in the room which worked fine. Friendly people on reception. Very good bar round the corner (Twice Shy) and awesome Sichuan restaurant (Sichuan Popo) a short walk away.

The bathroom door was quite challenging to open (25), maybe a good idea to take a look at the door knob to see what can be done.

Im truly surprised to see some not so great reviews about Gardenview hotel here. I stayed here first in 2018 and loved it, and decided to stay this time again because of the pleasant past experience. The location is absolutely amazing and the hotel staff are superbly wonderful, polite and accommodating. The staff held all our packages/deliveries prior to our arrival which was soo very helpful as we needed to order a few things and delivery could only be managed on pre-arrival dates. My friend and i stayed on the main floor and honestly it was the best room. So convenient, no need for stairs or elevator and just few steps away from reception. It was comfortable and quiet. The washroom was a little small but thats how majority of Europe is and specially central london. For us, cleanliness matrers more than the size. Everything worked perfectly fine in our room and we had no issues whatsoever. We had housekeeping staff clean the room twice in our 5 days stay and if you wanted it cleaned everyday you just had to request. I would 100% stay at Gardenview again in my next visit. Thank you Elena, Christine and rest of staff members for making our stay so wonderful. Cant wait to visit again.

Location was good for us because we aimed to go to The Queue in the first day of Wimbledon tennis tournament. The hotel is very close the the Earls Court station so it is very convenient.

The size of the shower space in our room was not good (very small). The bathroom in general was good, but to take a shower can be a little bit challenging if you are tall, overweight or have any disability.
