The location was wonderful, it was close to King's Court which was a bustling neighborhood with lots of restaurants, shops, anything you needed. The place itself was comfortable, convenient and clean. I liked that there was an elevator, a washing machine, the staff was friendly and gave us good information on what to do. Loved it and would stay again.

I thought everything was great, the only thing was the room lights seemed dim. Nothing too troubling, it was doable.

The location is good , short walk from earl’s court Station which has both Piccadilly and district line - convenient to get from Heathrow via Piccadilly line in 30mins . Restaurants and grocer nearby too. Room is modern, spacious enough for 3 adults or family with 2 kids with large bags. The area is safe and quiet at night so you can get a good rest . Also has a lift so a real plus. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

A ramp for bags/prams at the entrance of the property would be helpful though there were just a few steps.

Wonderful location - a few minutes walk to Earls Court Station and other amenities. The room was a studio suite so just a partition between the bed and the rest of the apartment. Bathroom very small however when we arrived we were given a suite with a bath and we had asked for a walk in shower. We mentioned this to the reception person Amin and he changed our suite to one with a walk in shower and we were happy with that. We didn't ask for cleaning while we were there. The suite was clean on arrival

I didn't like that they charged 250 pounds security deposit though I had notice of that when I booked. I asked for the person at reception the day we left to come to the apartment to check that there was no damage and process the refund immediately and that was done. A few minor glitches - some hinges on cupboards were loose. The washer drier didn't really dry but these were minor issues.

This accomodation was great value - it is well located on a pretty and quiet residential road, just one street behind the main road which had lots of shops eg eateries, supermart, pharmacy etc and buses. It was a pedestrian-friendly easy flat kerbed walk from Earl's Court station to the aparthotel. I believe there is direct train access from Heathrow on this line (comfort level depending on your luggage quantity and the time of day crowds). We opted to take the Heathrow Express to Paddington and then a cab to the hotel and when we left we booked an airport shuttle van from Kensington Car Services (near the shops) which gave great service door to door. From Earl's Court (Zone 1) on both District and Piccadilly lines and it is easy to travel into the city for tours and sightseeing. The reception desk was manned 24hrs which we appreciated and a lift took us to up to 1st floor. Our room had a comfy bed and soft lounge sofa and chairs, a writing desk, small dining table and chairs and an equipped kitchen with microwave, stove and fridge plus a washer cum dryer. This was in the middle of our 3 week vacation so we really appreciated that we could wash and dry our clothes! The ensuite was modern and clean and had a bath plus a walk-in shower. The room was spacious and located at the front of the building and had big windows looking out to terrace and street and homes across the road.

Had some problems using and getting use to the washer and dryer but reception came to help. It was very warm in the room (mid-Sept 2023) despite central cooling but we appreciated that reception come to set up and turn on the mobile air conditioner which was in the room. We used this for our whole 4 night stay. Wasn't keen being greeted with a large sculpture which depicted a figure with a pistol pointing straight towards the front entrance door in the foyer.

This is a beautiful building with modern apartments that have all facilities you need for a comfortable stay in a great location in London. There are lots of supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc in a walking distance from the apart hotel. Bus stops are very close and the metro station is only 400 m apart. The staff are pieces of gold (Mr. Amin, Ms. Ana, and Mr. Aladin are stars). You can find anything you need in your home within the kitchen with great oven, toaster, washing machine, kitchen tools, coffee machine, etc. The unit was generally silent and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay in the apart hotel. We will definitely choose it next time!

There were not any major issues at all. Since there’s no one to help, you should lift your luggage up the stairs at the main entrance, so make sure your bags are not too heavy. If something is not working (the oven in our case), you’ll inform the staff and they will fix it in no time. The only thing that I was a little concerned about is the amount of GBP 250 that you need to leave from your card as a guarantee deposit which will be returned to your account one to 7 days after you leave the property provided you didn’t cause any damages. I think the policy can be modified by accepting cash after they inspect the apartment at the time of check out. However, it was not a big deal as they refunded me the amount instantly as they checked the apartment. No important issues really!

It was exactly what I was looking for in absolutely the right location with all the facilities I needed (kitchen and washing machine. Reasonably quiet area, so close to the busy Earl's Court area, as well which was a bonus.

It met my expectations so no real issues. The BBC channels on the TV didn't work!

This is our second stay here and we love the location - 5 min walk to Earls Court Station, as well as restaurants, coffee shops and an M&S Food store. Friendly staff and easy check-in process. The front desk is staffed 24/7 and are always willing to respond to any issues, and provide advice and directions. It's a quiet location and a safe neighbourhood to walk around.

Everything ( Carpets, fixtures, appliances) just seems to be feeling a little worn and in need up some updating. The window coverings aren't adequate and are a bit small for the windows, so lots of morning light. On day 1 our fridge stopped working, with food we had bought inside. They were quick to replace it the next day and provided some compensation for the lost food. Later that week we ran a load of laundry but the washing machine refused to spin-out the cloths so they were left dripping wet. Again, the front desk staff were quick to respond and took our cloths to dry them in the facility laundry machines. They were returned the next morning dry and folded. Despite the mechanical issues we would definitely look to book here again when we next visit London.

Excellent location, very convenient, super close to the Earls court tube station; nice design of the Aparthotel Super friendly and nice staffs, with their smiling face, the super sweet motion for them was the handwritten Christmas card with penguin chocolate, especially made me feel very warm as a solo traveller; and the 24hrs front desk makes you feel very safe The kitchen utensils is better than I expected, very good if you wanna cook something, they got what you need; and there is a Tesco superstore nearby in 2 mins walking distance

The sinking system of the shower bath, there would be level of water maintained during bathing; If the mat can be a bit cleaner, that would be prefect

Location near the Earls Court underground station is super convenient. The area is very quiet and safe, but there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The hotel apartment had a combo washer and dryer (though it was VERY SLOW!), and a full kitchen. The bathroom was very large and luxurious. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space for all our luggage for a 3 week trip. The staff at the door were very polite and helpful and cheerful. There wasn’t really a lobby, but the desk on the ground floor was always staffed and available for support. There’s a very nice restaurant in the hotel next door.

The washer/dryer machine takes HOURS for each load, and the loads are tiny. Nice to be able to do laundry, but almost more trouble than it’s worth.

Everything. It was clean, modern and well equipped. Finished to high standard with excellent modern bathroom and shower. Location was good, near underground. Lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets in area. Studio apartment for two people was great size. Hob top, combi cooker/microwave. Lots of equipment. A mini home from home. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Arrived early but no problem, they were ready and allowed early entry. On departure luggage was stored for us to collect later which is always a positive factor. Would highly recommend and intend to return.

Nothing that warrants complaint.
