The property is great in location and the apartment is fitted with all the required kitchen utensils and tools

Most importantly is the air conditioning not there at all. Then the rooms spaces are considerably small and it consists of 2 levels. Living room only on lower level and 2 rooms + 2 toilets and 1 kitchen are on the upper level. In addition, the balcony on a higher level.

Location was ideal. Studio provided for all our needs including washer/dryer. We enjoyed a jam packed five days of activities and sight seeing. The apt/hotel was convenient to both public transportation, grocery stores and restaurants in the area. Close but not too close to the noise and bustle of the main street providing for some quiet respite. In addition, management was readily available for any questions or needs.

Although we stayed in late Sept, it was sometimes somewhat hot in the apt. Fans are provided, however and able to open windows.

Good and friendly staff

The extra bed for the 3 person was a sofa bed, which was a bit too soft and does not provide adequate back support. Lower back hurts.

Location was so good. About a 3 minute walk to Earl Court, which is a convenient stop to the rest of the Tube connections. It was clean and well kept. Very close to great restaurants. There is an elevator that gets you to the room.

The shower is small, but that was expected per the pictures. But it was totally clean and updated, and although it didnt have AC, we had no issues with the temperature. It cooled down at night. I don’t think you can find a better value in the area. So highly recommend. The dryer took a long time to dry clothes, but that’s how European dryers are.

We loved the size of the apartment and that it had a kitchen, not many places have this. The windows were big and the high ceilings were nice. The main bed was comfortable. Location is great at Earls Court! So close to the tube and lots of food options. We also appreciated there was an elevator to get to our room, it’s hard to use the tight stairs. The staff was also very nice!

The roll away bed was not very comfortable. Also we got unlucky coming during the heat so the room was pretty warm during most of the stay. There are fans but no AC so recommend to open windows at night.

Room was a bigger than anticipated and was happy that the additional single bed was an actual bed rather than sofa bed. We didn't need to use the kitchen but was nice to see how much was available (fridge, cutlery, hob, kettle, washer, etc). Inside was very soundproofed we could never hear any other guests. Bed was comfy and good storage in wardrobe. Really friendly staff at reception desk (the gentleman working on Friday 28th has our praises especially), after leaving our bags they phoned us as soon as the room was ready which enabled us to check in earlier than expected. We would happily stay again. Very close to Earls Court tube station, easy to walk to North Kensington and lots of shops and facilities nearby.

All minor things - unfortunately we could hear outside quite clearly, so if there was a lot of street noise (cars, etc) it was very apparent. Also the room had a ticking clock which was quite loud when trying to sleep. Shower was a bit small, and sofa had a few marks on it. Did not impact our stay overall.

THERE WERE NO BREAKFAST. THE LOCATION WAS GOOD.

THEY DIDN´T CHANGE THE TOWELS NOR THE LINEN NOT CLEANING FOR A WEEK, YOU HAD TO PAY FOT THAT ON REQUEST.

The location was ideal for going around London. Train station was just a few minutes away and the property was surrounded by groceries, restaurants and coffee shops. The penthouse was very spacious for our family of 4. It was clean and security was not a problem. Ana and Amin from reception were very helpful and friendly.

My only complaint is that the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Otherwise
