The hotel is in a quiet square. We chose it because it has 4 parking spaces near by. The room was lovely but small but so are most hotel rooms in London. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. No cooked breakfast option, only a continental buffet which was ok but the croissants were the smallest I have ever seen and the bread was a cheap mass produced sliced one. Come on, we're paying 200 quid for a night so please serve a proper sized croissant and better bread. The coffee was not nice either.

Nice design hotel, not far from Earl's Court underground station. Room 6 was lovely. Good breakfast (bread, eggs, cheese, salami, cereals, fruits, croissants etc.). We had early checkout (before breakfast time) and staff provided some snacks, fruits (thank you!). Area is rather quiet. In our case it was very good price/value combination. Some shops and eating places couple of blocks away near Earl's Court underground entrance (MC Donalds, KFC, Paul and other cafes). Air heating/conditioning available.

As with many old buildings (those are from 19th century), you can hear some creaky floor noises, minor disturbance if neighbors don't wake up too early... Quite narrow bathroom, but manageable.

We had the kings suite and it was beautiful and huge.

There were just some little niggles that let the room down. The heating/Aircon unit not working was a big problem, at times the room was very cold. The room was stunning but there is some rough tiling in the bathroom. The intercom doesn't work and caused a minor inconvenience. We got this room at a great price but had we have paid full price I would have expected these little things to be right.

The room was amazing, clean and had everything we needed. The decor is lovely and the breakfast was good. Each room looks well presented.

Our only concern at this hotel was the lack of a real welcome and the demand to copy our ID documents. This mirrors the emails you receive before you stay, these come across as unfriendly and authoritarian. You then get a nice email asking if you want any extras but they already make you feel like saying no! I don’t want people to not go as the hotel is really good and in a fantastic location very close to Earls Court Tube. We have never been asked in the Uk to hand over our documents for copying and with fraud on the increase we are very suspicious. Why is there a £100 breakages deposit and £100 charge if you lose your key? This hotel just needs to work on its initial customer service and messaging/marketing. Get past this then it is a diamond.

Breakfast was a bit mean and not much information about it prior to booking or even on the days. Cold selection, make your own toast and electric pot of tea is a bit deflating for 4 star hotel. Staff didnt serve us, again thats ok but could have done with some basic information and good chance for hospitality. I wont include breakfast next time. Mattress outside on the landing at the top of the stairs ? Really?

The room was as expected - lovely four poster bed in the basement rooms; however, we had a window so plenty of light coming into the room. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the room was nice and warm. All the hotel staff were really lovely and friendly. Breakfast was very nice and set us up for the day - it was very well presented, self service and very fresh. The dining room was very peaceful and a relaxing start to the day.

The bathroom was a little dated and the shower was a single shower so it was a little cramped. Although we had a window in the basement room, the hotel bins were outside so a little noise from there but nothing too much.

Room small, but clean and comfortable. Wifi hit and miss, which I imagine would be a little frustrating if relying on for work. Breakfast ok. For my husband, it was not communicated to him when we arrived for breakfast that he could choose a different coffee from the coffee machine, rather than that displayed in the flask on the table next to the bread, toaster etc.. I don't drink tea or coffee. I had to ask for juice and water, ordinarily served in a very small glass and the water was lukewarm not cold. A large jug or iced water for guests to help themselves from would have been good. The milk left out in the jug for cereal was also a little warm rather than cold. The lady who served us was extremely polite, but her English very limited and is a central London hotel, which I think perhaps meant we weren't made aware of these other options and having to keep asking for things.

Think covered in the above. Also, the shower room was bijou!!, but clean.

Gorgeous room and ensuite with a great shower and a comfy bed. Really lovely building in quite a central area, unexpected garden area upstairs from our room that we had some of our own drinks and snacks in before we headed to our concert at the Royal Albert Hall. 24 hour reception where you could leave your keys if you were afraid to lose them which was great as the key was quite big and we had small bags. Super close to shops and restaurants but off a quiet green. Staff were so so friendly and the continental breakfast buffet was just the cutest thing with everything we could have wanted. Loved the whole experience!

Comfortable beds and seating areas. Nice dressing table and ample wardrobe space. Bathroom space was good. Perfect location for all we wanted: super close to the tube station lots of buses stopping close by too. Loads of supermarkets, food places coffee shops etc on Earls court road. Breakfast offered a fair selection: eggs, fruits, cereal, yogurts, ham cheese, toast, pastries etc. Friendly staff on reception and breakfast room. Helpful handyman we had an issue with the water and he quickly resolved it.

Low ceiling in bedroom area (this room would not be suitable for tall people).
