Great location, just 5 minutes from the metro with easy access to the city center. The hotel is new, with fresh renovation and beautiful design, and has an elevator. Complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, and when the weather is good you can enjoy it in the courtyard. The staff is friendly and helpful, and some of them also speak Russian. In the room there was a kettle and a small Nespresso machine, which was very pleasant to make tea in the evening before bed.

The soundproofing could be better — conversations and footsteps in the corridor can be heard in the room. The shower and sink are quite small, although everything is new and the water pressure is very good.

It was a brand new property, clean, well presented, the bed was extremely comfortable, great shower, good location - close to public transport & shops

It was their first weekend being opened, the senior staff member was reprimanding staff in front of guests which I think was not necessary. All staff were lovely

The location was very convenient, being close to many shops, making it easy to access various amenities. The staff provided excellent service, demonstrating professionalism and a welcoming attitude throughout my experience. I would certainly recommend this place to my friends and family, knowing they would be well taken care of. The overall experience was enjoyable, and I look forward to the opportunity to return in the future.

The morning meal tasted pleasant, providing a good start to the day. However, the selection of available foods was rather limited, presenting fewer choices than anticipated. While the quality was satisfactory, the variety could be improved to cater to different preferences. It would be beneficial to have more options to enhance the overall dining experience. Perhaps future breakfasts could incorporate a wider array of food items.

Room was very clean, comfy but for one person very small. If you are staying 3 days, it's sufficient. Location was perfect, I really like that you have to enter the main entrance and elevator from the ground floor with the key card all the time. As a single traveller I felt very safe. Breakfast was ok.

Very noisy unfortunately, when other guests entered the room, it was quite loud and you can hear them talking. Breakfast was okay, but I missed some labels on the food. Especially if you have food allergies, you know what to expect.

Good location to Earl's Court station within 5 mins walk. There are so many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets around. The room is tiny but very comfy. It is located at zone 1, so it is reasonable to have this size of the room. The equipment and decor are all new. Bed is comfy so I had a good night sleep here. Complimentary breakfast buffet is served every morning. I enjoyed the stay here.

While my staying, there were guests smoking on the same floor. So the smell went through into my room. It happens more then twice. The hotel should set a more clear restrictions against smoking in the room.

The Edwin Hotel is located in an amazing spot, just around the corner from the tube station and it’s a new hotel. The accommodation included breakfast, which was excellent. My room was clean and fragrant, and the shower was spotless. Towels were changed daily, and I also had a coffee maker in the room. The staff is very helpful and pleasant.

The only thing I would probably mention is that when I arrived at the hotel on Wednesday 17th at around 2pm, the room wasn’t completely cleaned. There was a stain on the bed—actually on the headboard—which I cleaned myself. Then, when I went to take a shower just a few minutes later, the cleaning staff started knocking, saying ready to go clean, which wasn’t very convenient since I was in the shower. But that was probably my fault; I should have put a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door.

I was very lucky to have booked this hotel in the first week it was opened, so I was one of the very first guests and the rate was substantially discounted. It's a lovely boutique hotel, very centrally located in Kensington. I had an amazing stay and really love the co-working area and the breakfast.

It is quite expensive. I was lucky enough to book in the week of its opening, so the rate was decent, but it is very pricey for the size of the rooms. However, the location is a very central part of London, which I imagine drives the price up.

Rooms were neat and had everything required for a stay. Beds were very comfortable. Place was tidy and clean. Reception was friendly and helpful. Excellent location for tube station access

Small inconvenience rather than an issue as such. The sink in the bathroom was too close to the toilet. So when sat on it you were literally face over it.

It is a charming boutique hotel in Kensington/Chelsea, situated in a pleasant neighborhood. It’s close to a tube station and not far from numerous museums and other attractions. The staff were very kind and helpful.

The bed was a little bit too firm for me.
