Room 206 had a lovely garden outlook, windows were adjustable for ventilation and security, bed snug, hotshower worked, and everything looked and felt clean.

The walls are too thin. Male snorer in next room could win Gold at the snoring Olympics.

Good location next to Earl’s Court tube station. Lots of cafes and eateries around. Nice premises, cute lobby. Clean room, renovated bathroom with good shower. Common area with balcony, you can also make tea there and use the microwave and fridge. It’s also possible to order breakfast at the hotel. The room doesn’t have AC, but my room didn’t get direct sunlight, so it was relatively cool and the fan provided also helped. Friendly staff. Quiet room. Would definitely stay there again.

My window didn’t stay open, because the stopper was broken, but it wasn’t a hugw problem.

The hotel is in a nice street, just a short walk from Earl's Court Tube station. The single room was compact, but 'perfectly formed' and pleasant. They really make the most of the limited space and my room had a lovely big window with garden views, a comfortable bed, a small desk, a cupboard with enough space to hang one's clothes in and a very clean, modern bathroom. Nothing fancy, but more than adequate and there is additional communal space. Absolutely no complaints. Earplugs are recommended, but that seems to be the case in most London hotels.

Comfortable room, a little small, it had everything we wanted. Bathroom very clean had a good pressure in shower. Plenty of towels available. Heating on in the evening which was nice to feel as chilly. Was able to open window to permit fresh air while we slept was a bonus, as often rooms in these older houses have the windows painted shut. Appreciated the kettle and the fridge upstairs to store our milk. Served our needs for 2 nights, as we travelled light. Liked having 24/7 conciege on duty and CCTV for safety reasons. Liked having M&S Foodhall nearby. Very quiet at night.

The single bed was a bit 'dippy' in the middle, would have preferred a firmer mattress. Inadequate size room if travelling with larger suitcases. Room door was very heavy to open.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming. The room was on the smaller side but definitely not the smallest I've seen in London, just right for a solo traveler. It felt safe and warm, and the water in the bathroom was consistently warm. I also appreciated the lounge area, which was well-equipped with a microwave and fridge. There is lefts in the building, nonetheless there is small three stairs in the entrance, but for the option not to carry your luggage on stairs it is good option, there is option as well to keep ur luggage after your check out with is super wonderful. The location is a big plus, being just a two-minute walk to the underground and surrounded by cafes and shops. Overall, a great option for a convenient and comfortable stay.

The location is excellent in the sense that it's very close to all the amenities that you might need for your stay. A Marks & Spencers food hall on one corner of the street, a whole high street full of stores and places to get food and your other bits and pieces. Very quiet area on a leafy tree lined street. The room was very quiet and also very cool considering how hot it was outside.

Earls Court is a little bit out of the way to be totally honest. Yes, the museums are very close by, which is fantastic, but anything else like in the West End or the centre of the city are all at least a 30 minute Tube ride away. Although the tube is only a couple of minutes walk away. That's about the only thing bad thing I could say and no reflection on the hotel itself.

The hotel is very conveniently located. Its a 2 min walk from the tube station and lots of cafes are located nearby. The hotel has a lift which is helpful with luggage. Also has a common area providing coffee and tea. The room itself was small so barely any place to keep luggage, which is consistent with most London hotels, but it was clean. Bathroom was also small but clean and had consistent hot water in the shower. All in all it's a good hotel, especially for solo travellers.

The location was good, just a few minutes from Earl's Court. There's a common room with tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a fridge and a microwave. There's an M&S 2 minutes from the hotel when you can procure some food-on-the-go. We had breakast at the Blackbird 2 minutes away. The shower was good, the room was clean, there was a chair and a desk, that allowed me to work comfortably.

The mattress was a bit old and could do with a replacement.

We loved quite everything! Thank you so much to the lovely people at the reception for making our stay peaceful after a very stressful and chaotic and insane time checking in and checking ASAP out of the other hotel on the same street. Silence was golden. The view as usual. And perfect location for the purpose of our travel. Thank you so much for your hospitality and support!

Everything was really good, just wish there were more amenities like a small fridge and a microwave. Some people have strict dietary requirements. Otherwise, it was a beautiful stay.

Excellent location. 2 mins walk from tube station on the flat. Friendly staff on check in. We were early but accommodated which is always appreciated. Room was satisfactory for this desirable area in London. Met our needs. Lovely balcony area with bench to sit out on night with stairs that lead to garden area.

Shower was on the small side but did the job. Would not put me off going again.
