The location is fantastic! The room was relatively clean and had enough room for our luggage and the bed was comfortable! The price is unbeatable for London, the staff was nice and the rooms & bathrooms newly renovated and modern. A lot of opportunity to charge your phones/devices.
I was very happy, this is just information for potential guests concerned about the „bad“ reviews: The AC didn‘t work, which was okay because it was rather cold and we could just open the windows. It was a rather loud street, but if you‘re used to the city it is absolutely no problem. It surely wasn‘t super clean, but perfectly acceptable and fair for the price!

Bed was hard and pillows were too flat for me but my son loved it. So it’s all preference The location is excellent a stones throw from Earl’s Court station and the surrounding area is lovely. Loads of places to get food and drinks - weither it be a restaurant, pub, fast food or a shop Staff were lovely everytime spoken to them and was able to what’s app them with a quick response. Doing loads of work in there so can see how hard they are working, just need to clean deeper in some areas of bathroom to keep up that fresh standards. But honestly will be coming again I stayed for 3 nights and for what I paid and how long you really spent in the room it was just what I needed

Good on the overall. Expectations matched with price. Linen was clean and 24h reception. Location really good just few minutes from Tube station.
Few bits could be better… I didn’t like that reception took a copy of my document, they got my info from booking.com so I don’t understand the reason for getting a copy of it; hope this hotel follows the GDPR guidance. The mattress on room 102 really hard and pillows too soft; but it’s a personal preference. Glass (coffee station) were dirty/used from previous guest. AC was not working, needed to leave the window open and was quite noisy during the night.

The room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The Earl's Court underground Tube station is 3 minutes walk and the food places are just outside the front of Earl's court. The Tesco Superstore grocery store is about 13 minutes walk from the accommodation. The whole place was clean and well cared for. The staff very polite and helpful.
The air conditioner did not work, but that is because they had just done some renovations and the wiring for this appliance was overlooked. Don't let this discourage you, it's probably fixed by now.

August 2024
We stayed here 7 years ago, and this August 2024 when we booked again with them it’s completely different from what we remembered since they’ve renovated and updated the rooms. Back then, we were just kids, and the price was within our budget, so we decided to return because, after all, the position is very good and we only needed a place to sleep. We were surprised to find that the rooms have been renovated, making them much more comfortable and clean. The hotel is conveniently located, close to many attractions and well-connected by public transport, making it easy to get around the city. Breakfast is simple, there's a kettle and instant coffee to start the day. The bed is comfortable, perfect for a good night's rest after a day of exploring.
There were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a hairdryer and a wardrobe, the overall experience was positive, largely thanks to the welcoming and helpful staff. Definitely a good value for the price!

More than anything it was the very central and accesible location on Warwick Rd. Just one block from Earl's Court tube station. The staff at the reception were very kind especially the girl on the morning of 16th April 2025.
For a recently renovated hotel, the facilities were not bad, but the shower in Room 104 needs to be looked at as the water doesn't go down very well. Some minor details, like the TV remote control not working need to be looked after as well. The boy in reception said the batteries would be replaced but they never were. It didn't matter much because I was out most of the time.

As a tour guide, I stay in a variety of London accommodations. Having stayed in other Earls Court area properties, I was steeling myself for something 'tolerrable' at best. I was therefore surprised but very happy to find a recently renovated,, medium-sized room on the second floor. Comfortable bed, excellent bathroom suitable for solo travellers, sufficient storage space, great reading lights, tea and coffee. The only downside was decore which could have been 'warmer'. It's 5 minutes from the underground station, and a range of dining options, including the famed Troubadour. I read in other reviews critisicm of staff; I was welcomed with a smile.
Despite the double glazing, it's hard to completely soundproof a room overlooking Warwick Way. Maybe a chair would be good.

Room was clean and comfortable, shower and en suite were spotless and very nice. Hotel was quiet and peaceful Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Location was class, a beautiful, safe area. Short walk to Earls Court station, Kensington, Little Tesco and Gloucester Road Station. Best value for money place we could find in this area of London.
Only issue we had was the road outside the window could get quite loud, but saying that we were able to sleep through it both nights we were there. But if light sleeper then bring earplugs on shut window.

I love all the staff, they're very helpful and easy to approach. I love the location, easy access to everything, underground and shops are 5-8 minutes walk away, and one bus stop is like minute walk away. I love how clean it is, and they do cleaning everyday.
Only thing that I didn't like was; place was a bit warm and air conditioning wasn't working, but they were very good and OFFERED US DESK FAN; and think place needs a lift (if there is we didn't see any).

Me and my partner chose Hotel Olympia for our short stay in London. Before booking I read the reviews carefully so I was prepared. Indeed, you get what you pay for. The place is extremely cheap and the location is absolutely fantastic. The room was tiny and falling apart, but it was clean and warm (we stayed for 5 days mid January). Small room with our own toilet + shower cabin. Everything, from the mirrors to the bedding and towels was very clean. Our window was facing the street and yet it wasn't too loud. There was a small kettle, some cups and instant coffe. The receptionist that welcomed us were nice. The internet wasn't the best, but it worked. I will be giving this place the maximum score on everything, since they were honest about everything on their page, and we had a very pleasant stay.
The internet wasn't the best. There were multiple internets to which you could connect to, but the signal was weak and it kept disconnecting often.
