The location is excellent, very near Earls Court station, but away from the crowds. The stuff is friendly and they are doing an excellent job. The hotel is clean and neat, they will clean your room daily if you wish. The single room is really small, but good value for the price and location. Elevator is very convenient! There is a kettle and some tea in the room which was nice. Breakfast is included in the price, it’s basic but better than nothing.

The room is small, but it could be better with tiny upgrades: a chair with backrest, maybe a slightly larger desk (or a folding one), also something like a bedside table closer to the bed. Also some hooks for coats on the door or in the “corridor” of the room would be great. Some veggies at breakfast would help, also some plant based milk options.

Excellent location, just 1 minute walking from Earls Court Station, which operates the Piccadilly Line that transfers you directly from Heathrow Airport. The hotel is located on a lively street full of shops, supermarkets, pubs, and others. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel has an elevator, which is a plus, especially for travellers with big luggage.

The room was tiny (12 m); I booked the double room, and still it was small. There was no minibar in the room. Walls are not soundproof, so if you have loud neighbors in the next room, it will get noisy. Room rate should be lower considering the tiny size of the room.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Trebovir Hotel. Conveniently located just around the corner from Earls Court tube station on the Piccadilly line, making it easy to get around London. Friendly staff who were happy to help with questions. My room was small as expected (normal by European standards) but freshly renovated and spotlessly clean. I loved being able to open the window for fresh air. Comfortable bed and quiet at night. Good breakfast of cereal, pastries etc. Highly recommended.

Excellent location for transport and eating out, quiet except for a vague rumble from the tube station but that was at a level that did not bother light sleepers like me. The breakfast was simple, as one might expect for a small hotel like this, but fresh and good value for money along with the room. The whole place is very clean.

Could use a visit from a plumber: the sink in the bathroom had a rather stiff tap and a clickable plug that would not unclick, so washwater tended to linger in the sink and whiskers would not drain. In the same vein, the toilet flush was more of a low pressure trickle and sometimes needed repeating. I reported the plug on the last day so obviously it wasn't a joy-killer and hopefully it has been resolved.

Thank you for providing a decent breakfast. Your amazingly friendly cleaning staff were falling over each other in the breakfast room. Surely one or two of them could cook up an omelette or scrambled egg for your guests? Rooms were a bit small but I knew that, the ideal location made up for it! Reception super friendly and always helpful.

With no fridge in the rooms during a heatwave, maybe provide ice cube machine for guests? Also, had to ask for extra pillow, drinking glass for room, and more clothes hangers (only 2), all my requests were immediately actioned.

ALL of the staff - from front desk, breakfast room to chambermaids were friendly, courteous and helpful. This is the second time I have stayed here and I love it for the customer service, quietness, and great location close to Earls Court Station. Air conditioning was a definite plus.

Our room had a sloped ceiling so seemed smaller - but it was so nice and quiet, we didn’t want request a different room. The showers were a bit small for my husband, but he is quite large and has limited mobility- I had no problems.

The location is lovely, near tube station, but on quiet street. Near to shops, restaurants, etc. . Self service breakfast is good , with lovely staff in attendance. Good powerful shower. Nice small hotel, that feels more like Bed and Breakfast.

Our double room was tiny,. Had everything we needed, but had to step aside to let each other pass.!. It was too small for the amount of money we paid. Reception staff were efficient, but lacked a bit of personality. No chat or engagement with us. A few friendly words of interest and smiles would have been nice ..Otherwise all good.

a great stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating—they offered me an early check-in, which I really appreciated. They also provide a luggage storage service after check-out, which is very convenient. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the tube, making it easy to get around. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The only thing I found a bit challenging was that the room felt a little small for two people. However, overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

The location of the hotel is good with lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. Two minutes to the train station. The room and the bathroom were very clean. There was not enough space to put the luggage in the single room even I was traveling with a backpack. The bed was comfortable and clean. The water was hot and the air conditioning works perfectly. The wi-fi was excellent as well as the lighting. The breakfast was not something special but normal and good. The staff were polite and helpful.

The breakfast is finished at 9:30! I think they should extend it at least to 10 or 10:30.

Have stayed here before and will again. Excellent location just around the corner from the Earl's Court Tube station. It's on the Piccadilly line from Heathrow and a step free station. So no hauling suitcases up stairs. The rooms are compact but nicely presented and all very clean. The continental breakfast has plenty of choice and the staff are friendly. Location wise, Earls Court Road has plenty of cafes and restaurants, the Tube station has the Piccadilly and District line so very easy to get to London's main attractions.

Nothing
