Convenient location from the underground, and close to various shops around the area, with a wide variety of options. The hotel itself is fine but not anything to rave about. It is as expected from the pictures provided. The TV in the room is good and the WiFi signal is strong.

The stairs leading to the second floor need levelling as they're slightly lopsided in places, so you need to be careful walking up them as they gave my friend slight vertigo everytime they walked up them. The bathroom space is as expected, however there's zero counter space to place any clothes or any other things down, so I had to resort to using the toilet seat as extra space. I'd recommend maybe installing some door hooks or something so people can actually hang things up. Be aware that it can get a little noisy from traffic. Especially the honking of horns (seems like a standard in London).

The Hotel was in a Great Location, 3 minute walk away from Earls Court tube station , The room was lovely and clean and fresh and ladies that worked there were super friendly.

When we booked it said ground floor room, but they are doing renovations and we had the top floor, so whilst we took it in good spirits, walking to the top after a long day out in London was hard work and being the top floor, there was no water pressure for any good water flow to shower properly

Excellent location in Kensington, 2 minutes walk to the Earl's Court Metro station. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of eateries and shops around. Modern bathroom with good ventilation. The room had an iron and ironing board.

No lift, my room was on the 3rd floor. It is an old Victorian building with narrow hallways and stairs. No A/C, no fridge. Only 2 electricity outlets in the room near the floor, and none in the bathroom.

The hotel is located just a short walk from Earl Court metro station. Great location for getting around in London since you can reach many metro lines from that station. The hotel is typical English, with carpets on the floor etc, but it is clean and functional. We slept well. Not much noise from the street outside.

The hotel has no bar, restaurant or elevator. "Toiletries" was supposed to be included in the room, but i only found hand soap.

The place was very clean and nice compared to the last hotel we stayed at. The staff were very kind and helped us. The place had clean beds which were made each day, the toilet was also very clean and spacious👍

There was not a elevator so we had to carry all our stuff. There was no mini fridge included, though that was a given since they said it would not be included. But it wasn’t a big problem compared to how amazing everything else was.

Really good location next to Earls Court Underground with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. What made our stay excellent however was the friendliness and exceptional customer service from Theresa ! Thanks so much for being so wonderful to us and our adult kids you are a treasure and next time in London we would stay at Rushmore Hotel purely for the service that Theresa provides 10/10

The location it is very good, near subway, bus, shops, restaurants. The room and bathroom very clean, everyday they cleaned the room. The reception always open and nice attitude. The hotel it is in a very nice area, quiet. We stayed at room 33, third floor. For us it was ok, you use only stairs, no elevator. I recomand it

The walls a little thin, you can hear if you have loud neighbors

All of the staff was good, and Teresa was excellent and very helpful. It was very quiet, no street noise, but you could hear the people in the room next door. Once, I had to knock on the wall, and they quieted down right away. Very comfortable bed. I have allergies and the staff was very accommodating. They really worked with me and met my needs. I am very allergic to a lot of fragrances, and I had no wishes there. Also, both my husband and I have some mobility issues, and they happily put us on the ground floor. The lighting was excellent. Is very few hotel rooms have such good light. Also the curtains were great for making it dark to sleep at night. The room itself was lovely. We felt very comfortable and safe there.

The room seemed a bit small for us, but I am told that hotel rooms in europe are pretty small and that that was considered a big room. It would have been nice to have a nightstand, but it was clear that there was no room on either side of the bed for one. The shower was very tiny, but there was plenty of hot water and and it was workable. My husband and I are not very big people, so we were able to make it work. I think that a very large person would have a difficult time there.

The staff are always welcoming and helpful. This is why I return again and again. Also it's a very convenient location for Heathrow and for the rest of London.

This time our room shower wasn't the best. The water builds up quickly in the shower pan, making us worry about the risk of flooding. Also, the shower head was unstable and shot out water at a weird angle. I hope they can fix this.

I've stayed here many times and despite rising prices in London will always choose this hotel. The staff are always helpful and the location suits me for the airport and for getting around the city. I was able to leave my large suitcase while going off for a short trip - that is a big plus! There's no lift, but staff are kind in giving assistance - much appreciated.

The area is quiet, but there is sometimes noise from other rooms. The shower room is very narrow. Sad that since Covid they have given up their wonderful breakfast service.
