Location was great and the hotel was very clean!! I would recommend 100%.

We ordered two twins and ended up with a king. They were able to correct it but the bottom sheet was not separated.

Hotel is close to underground station reaching central London quickly (Piccadilly and District line) and Heathrow airport directly. Beds were comfy. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Free umbrellas and water (refilled regularly). Friendly and helpful staff. Decorations and ambience were very festive according to Christmas season.

Rooms are not sound proof, so you could hear people passing the room or walking in the room above. Bathroom couldn’t be locked. Except for the lobby, it was quite narrow having a stroller (plus stairs at the front door). We had a false fire alarm in the middle of the night, which can happen, but there were multiple false alarms and the communication at the reception was rather poor.

Let's start with the positives. The hotel boasts an inviting atmosphere with elegant décor and well-maintained facilities. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their professionalism and friendliness significantly enhanced my stay, creating a welcoming environment that made me feel valued as a guest. Moreover, the hotel's location was convenient, offering easy access to popular attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. This made it convenient for me to explore the city and enjoy its offerings without much hassle.

We really enjoyed our stay at K+K Hotel George Kensington. The location is excellent with local public transport and places to eat and drink near by. When we arrived we pre reserved a car park space which we was happy to find is a safe and secure car park. Me and my partner stayed with our two kids and even though there was four of us we found the room to be spacious. We had direct access to the garden from out room what we was very happy about. The staff was lovely and the hotel was very clean they also have a very snug bar and lounge area. The Hotel garden is lovely as well.

The only negative comment, sadly, was the breakfast both morning we found to be cold the hot places setting was on number 1 so I'm not sure if it was due to them needed to be turned up. I did mention this to reception on the first morning, but this did not stop it from happening again the next morning. It was a shame really because the breakfast had the potential to be really good with its good variety of choices.

The hotel is in a great location within a 5 minute walk to Earls Court tube station. Staff are very friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean ( maybe we got a bigger room than whst we paid for, as there was a sofa bed and a queen sized bed in the room, so it was spacious) enough. The bed is so comfy. The shower was great. Bottled water, tea, and coffee facilities in the room. Also, more bottled water left at reception, needed during the heatwave! Had a couple of drinks in the garden one of the evenings, so beautiful and chilled. Will definitely stay here again when I visit London.

Bathroom is a bit on the small side and I absolutely hate hopping into baths for a shower,, I have a fear I'd fall. Also can hear people walking on floor above your room. We were at the end of the corridor and didn't hear any noise from our neighbours!

While the location is convenient since it's near the Tube, that area of Earl's court isn't all that nice along Earl's Court Rd. Some people would not be happy with that area as it's a bit seedy. The hotel itself, however, is situated on a lovely block. The room was nice though quite small. My one complaint-the bathroom was well-equipped but TINY! I bumped my elbow on the door several times due to the bathroom being so small. I also had a tough time getting used to how to use the shower without water getting all over the floor.

Excellent Hotel close to Earls Court Tube station but in lovely quiet road with a Super Garden . Room was as expected - next time we would book the Spacious rather than the Cosy Garden View . Staff were very friendly at Reception and Bar but rather grumpy and offhand at Breakfast . The Breakfast itself was very good. Plenty of charging points and comfortable work area . I booked this hotel mainly because of the Garden which exceeded expectations as unusual to find a Garden in a Hotel in Central London.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, going above and beyond. Special thanks to Raquel for helping me with my bags on departure. Very clean throughout. Extra touches appreciated- water, fruit etc Location was perfect. Loved the garden.

No welcome brochure in room with breakfast times etc There was a lovely card but I wanted info as well Swivel chair in room - I kept tripping over the feet Poor lighting for reading in bed. Glass top to desk and night stand kept slipping Toilet very low down Cooked breakfast dried up and cold especially bacon and eggs - not good enough - poached eggs not replenished quickly Coffee too weak

We have stayed at this hotel before, and were happy to return. Location is excellent, on a quiet street a short walk from the High Street, and Earls Court Tube Station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are adequate size and well-appointed. There is a safe and a fridge. Our room had a view of the large back garden where guests could enjoy meals and drinks. An excellent breakfast is available. It was unusually hot in London, and the complimentary bottled water was appreciated.

Bathroom lighting was a bit dim, and robes were not provided. The weather was unusually hot, and the AC struggled to cool the room. Overall, it is difficult to criticize this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. For several reasons: (1) We enjoyed the breakfast a lot (2) There is a gym. It's small but it does the job (3) The location being slightly off central is not critical due to the nearby Earl's Court underground that can get you anywhere in London fast. Moreover, Earl's court is on the border between zone's 1 and 2 which would minimize underground travel cost regardless of destination (4) The staff is extremely nice and receptive to feedback. A handwritten welcome note waited in our room upon arrival and our ask for additional large blankets was executed without delay. (5) The cleanliness in the room and in the hotel in general is commendable. We were extremely happy with the initial level and with the daily cleaning of the room. Thank you Ionela, Gina, Mariana, and Rodica! (6) The rooms are quite small (at least the ones we booked which were the cheapest). However, this is exactly what we wanted - cost effective accommodations during our trip to London. There is also a fridge (empty for guest use rather than mini-bar) and safe in each room. The TV is not smart but we bought a Chromecast which swiftly enabled Netflix and the like. (7) At the desk at the entrance to the hotel there is free bottles of water, apples and umbrellas - exactly what is needed before embarking on a day in London. (8) There is a nice garden outside but we didn't get to use it much due to the cold weather. (9) Sleep quality is good due to excellent blind curtains that block morning sunlight
