Friendly staff, amazing location, spacious rooms

Location was great for us. Room was a good size and hotel quiet at night, bed comfy. Easy to get to as so close to tube and can walk Oxford St, Regent St, Piccadilly Circus. Hyde Park close by and also only a tube stop away to the kids park area if don't feel like the walk. Took taxi down to Churchill War Rooms and it was only about £10.

Mixed reviews on Bookings.com made us bit cautious about booking and if there had been more options available for our weekend we probably wouldn't have booked Thistle Marble Arch. Which would have been a shame as it turned out to be much better than the reviews and suited us really well.

I liked the location it was near oxford street and marble arch station.

The beds were old, we had to request to change the mattress, the staff were good and changed immediately honestly but even the new one not that good. Also the room is old.

The breakfast was fairly good with a decent choice of different breakfast foods. The location was excellent with good access to the shopping on Oxford street, Marble Arxh and public transport.

The line up to get to the upper floors via lifts and down was always long. Specially at check out and breakfast times. There were only 2 lifts for a hotel this big.

Clan, good sized room. Clean good sized bathroom and great shower. It's a really big hotel, but very clean and great staff. Great breakfast and food was really good quality - which is very rare in a city hotel.

Really friendly and helpful staff, able to leave luggage both before check in and after checking out, daughter given a pack at breakfast to keep her occupied.

Location is good close to the Hyde park and Oxford street

Staff are bit rude and they knock our door very hard at 9:00 am even though there was no disturbance on door to tell us you should check out by 11. old furniture and building.

The location is really good close to the bone street underground station and Elizabeth line , the room had space and service was good , breakfast was okay need to add more options .

the lift was really bad i know you had renovation but we had to wait in the line to get to our rooms , and the lift from the main entrance wasn't working when we were leaving so we had to carry our luggage on the stairs to the main entrance and no one helped us . although i told the people that the lift is not working and no one care , i waited for 40 min , so i had to carry them alone . The check out at 11 am is early all hotels are check out at 12 pm .

The room was spacious and well-maintained, featuring a comfortable bed, crisp linens, and a decent-sized bathroom with good water pressure. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and everything felt fresh and tidy. One of the highlights was the staff. From the front desk to the concierge, everyone was friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything I needed.
