I loved how it made me feel completely out of the noise from central London. Arriving made me feel calmer and we really relaxed the whole time. I felt like we were in great hands and didn’t need to worry about anything.

Genuinely couldn’t think of anything big, one thing however as an interior designer.. why no mirror on the desk in the bedroom space? I felt like that was definitely missing! For women to have space for hair equipment and even just a mirror you can sit at. Honestly other than that it was a perfect stay and I will be back regardless.

We enjoyed an evening meal, two breakfasts and Sunday lunch. Every meal was excellent. The staff in the bar and restaurant were friendly polite and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very nicely decorated. Really good tea & coffee facilities.The bed extremely comfortable. The shower was first class and the toiletries were lovely. It was the attentiveness of the staff and their hard work that stood out. Couldn't better the location. Easy walk from the tube to the O2 and the river. Fullers should be applauded for creating a little oasis in North Greenwich. We had a fabulous time.

We experienced a lovely warm welcome upon our arrival. Parking was a huge benefit and we were impressed with the décor of the pub. All of the staff were friendly throughout our stay. The room was small but fine for us, and the bed was comfy. The ensuite was high standard and I appreciated the slippers. We did not have lunch or dinner in the pub so we have no feedback on these, however it was lovely to have breakfast in the sunny conservatory area and there was a great variety of options on the menu. The breakfast was yummy, apart from the bacon (not nice at all!). I would recommend the Pilot Inn to friends and family as it is a very short walk through the park to the O2 arena.

Unfortunately the rooms are far from sound proof. We may have been lucky with room number 5 as we did not hear too much noise from the pub, however we had noisy neighbours - singing and cheering before 7am!!

Breakfast was excellent much better than last time over a year ago. Now can help yourself to tea/coffee and orange juice and fresh pastries. Air con in the rooms was excellent. 10% off the restaurant is a nice touch.

I think for the money you pay when there is a gig on you can give people a little extra. At breakfast more toast or an extra egg without charging as you are charging them almost treble than what you charge any other time. You could hear Noises outside. Battered cod in restaurant was not crispy more like wet and squishy. Please give more milk for tea and coffees in the rooms.

Full plant-based English breakfast - Tomato/Mushroom combo was delicious ! All staff, super friendly and helpful - Thank you Elise for the great vegetarian dinner suggestion ! To go to the Excel London with the cable cabin, was just fun and very convenient. Location = Greenwich Peninsula, shortly going to be the place to be (if not already) 5 minutes walk to the Design District and the O2 arena And ... unbeatable price including breakfast Plus it used to be and still is an Inn and the rooms are just brilliant if you like this type of location !

Excellent location for the O2. This is our second stay at the Pilot inn for attending a gig at the O2, spotlessly clean rooms with everything you need for a nights stay. Breakfast is OK but nobody bothers to check if you need anything or if your food is ok for you. That said I would still highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

We were in room 1 and because someone had wedged the hallway door open all you could smell was the smoke and cooking smells from the kitchen, not very pleasant but ok once we shut the door it was fine but it was wedged open again the following morning :(

A charming, old-style pub and hotel nestled among modern buildings, just a 10-minute walk from North Greenwich underground station. The room is a bit small, but perfectly adequate for a couple. The daily cleaning and tidying are exceptional (kudos to the housekeeping staff). The continental breakfast offers a wide variety of options and is quite generous, while you can order traditional English dishes à la carte. In the evening, the pub is open (though the kitchen isn't available every day), and you can enjoy beers from their own brewery.

The price might be a bit high, but it's reasonable considering the location and the quality of the services offered.

The rooms were cozy and had unique designs. Hotel with english charm Beds were comfortable Had a pub at the ground floor below the bedrooms though I did not use it No so many rooms, only twelve or so.

Not many things were included in the breakfast Location was a bit off but good if you had been at an event at the O2 arena. Walls were quite thin so you could easily hear other guests in the hallway or while standing in the hallway Quite pricy given the rooms, location and breakfast. 75 or 50 per cent of the price paid would be more reasonable

Very clean and very cosy. My room was small but for one person it was just fine. Only 10 minutes walk to the O2 Arena. I booked my dinner which for great they were very accomodating since I wanted a gluten free meal. My fish and chips were lovely and hot. I was so pleased after going to the Janet Jackson concert to be going back to the Pilot to get to bed. Lovely breakfast and again gluten free. I really enjoyed my stay and it is the second time I have stayed there, last year in May.

It would have been nice if the big window wasn't over the bed. I wanted more light at night but would have felt cold with the shutter open for the window. When I first walked into the room I had cabin fever since it was very small but I did get used to it.

The Pilot Inn was a bit of a panic booking after another booking got cancelled elsewhere due to overbooking. Although we were looking for something closer to Bethnal Green, it was an easy 45mins to get to the Pilot. We must have lucked out as it was generally quiet and relaxed. Maybe different when a big event is on at the 02. We were going to have dinner in central London but as we were tired we opted for dinner at the Inn and then being able to relax in our room. It was a good size, and good facilities. Good breakfast in the morning too. Which made the stay great value given similar rooms in London. Check in smooth and staff all lovely.

Nothing wrong really. Paint was flaking off shower ceiling so needs addressed but didn’t bother us
