Location is without doubt the best of this property. It is less than a 5 mins walk to Marble Arch Underground station. Marks and Spencer is just 2 mins away on Oxford Street with a big supermarket at its basement. There’s a Fish & Chip shop across the street. Very good and convenient to take away and eat at the comfort of the house. The unit assigned to me is on the 2nd floor. Accessibility is good. Size of the place is BIG as per the picture. Check in is easy, clean and well kept.

The place is big, the heating is very lacking.. We were unable to warm up the living room enough to use it. The heating grills were not function. The air condition at max fan and 28 degree, we still need to keep our jacket on. As for the Master bedroom, heating is good :) At the time of our stay, the Master bedroom bath room was not usable as the door came off, unable to open. The WhatsApp support was prompt but nothing much can be done..

The check in procedure is very complex and time consuming, make sure you allow plenty of time and plenty of battery life on your phone

The apartments were spacious, had clean and modern bathrooms and kitchens and were in a fantastic location. The apartments were exceptional.

The main bedroom in apartment two had a strange beeping sound coming from one of the power outlets - this sound persisted even after someone was scheduled to fix it. We recommend that the owners look into this issue and resolve it.

Wi-Fi was too slow and need to explain more about flat description, I Surprised that it is mentioned Ground floor but unfortunately i founded it is Ground floor & basement which my mother suffered to move up & down.

It was modern, spacious, well decorated and clean.

The cleaners attempted to enter property 40 minutes before assigned check out time and left door unlocked. Thankfully we had chain lock on door.

The property was so clean and neat , the apartment size was great . All towels and extra garbage bags provided .

The check-in time is really late as we waited outside till 4 pm sharp to check in the building .

The hotel is in a fantastic location, with shops, cafés, and restaurants just a stone’s throw away. While the prices are on the higher side, it’s to be expected in London. The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing you to prepare anything you might need during your stay. The stairwell is clean and well-maintained, creating a great first impression as soon as you enter the building. Plus, there’s a functioning elevator—a definite convenience! The service is outstanding, with staff responding promptly to any inquiries or requests. We had a wonderful stay and will certainly be returning in the future!

Everything was good

Superb apartment on Green Street. Minutes walk from Bond Street station. The accommodation was upmarket, smart, clean and very comfortable. I hadn't received the info email but it only took one phonecall when I got to the property and everything was sorted in seconds. Very helpful staff. Entrance hall, elevator & communal areas all spotless. Very well managed property. Lovely neck of the goods too... lots of great little bars & restaurants nearby. Will definitely be back!

tiny tiny gripe - toiletries provided (thank you) .. snazzy packaging. Soap (hard to open) & shower gel were lovely but shampoo & conditioner were of poor quality. Only saying this as, as a girl with long hair, you need half decent hair products ;-)
