The room was clean and well located. Pub had decent food as I enjoyed a meal one night. They provide working windows and fans for the top floor heat. Top floor still needs cooling on a day that barely reaches 15C. Nice to have water/tea etc. provided.

The things that others have written about getting to/from the top floor are real, especially when you are carrying things to the room. that we expected before we booked, so is not exactly a criticism but something that you must plan for. The one thing a little off-putting is that the bar wasn’t willing to sell me a dram of single malt in anything but a plastic cup (I passed) for fear of having too few glasses near the end of the evening.

Nice big room, very comfortable bed, great shower. Staff very kindly made our room up in advance of normal entry (it was raining and our plans to 'have a look around' were washed out.) We had lunch and dinner there, both excellent with great service and lovely wine (London prices, mind you! :D) NIce location, close to Tubes, parks, other bars/restaurants. Lovely big fan in the bedroom for air-con (there was also a wall-mounted fan, but that was very(very) noisy.

Shower had a little shelf for toiletries, but it was wobbly and things just fell off! The kettle was too big to top up in the small sink - but water was provided in a bottle, so that worked. The cafetière was 'one-cup' - we were 'two-people' :D WiFi was showing a network error (but we weren't too fussed as we have plenty data).

Fab location, lovely room, had everything you need.. waitress was lovely when we arrived and had lunch.. we got a 2pm check in, which was great, and the 11am checkout in the morning gives you that little bit more time to relax and not have to rush around first thing. Would highly recommend, especially if you’re seeing an event in Hyde Park as is walking distance. Xx

Couldn’t figure out how to turn on the towel rail.. as we got wet and wanted to dry our shoes and coats and clothes.. ( I’m sure if we’d of asked thou, they would have told us) so maybe a sign somewhere might be helpful.

Location was great, Spencer at reception was a god send! The staff were all very accommodating, polite and helpful. Thank you for making our stay that much better.

Not great insulation (old building) you can hear guests above you and next to you. No elevator, so don’t book if you have a lot of luggage (although staff will bring luggage up to your room). No phones in rooms (room service available), you have to call the reception from your mobile on the hotel number, they may or may not answer, when you do get through they are accommodating - you may have to go down personally to place order.

Thought breakfast & bar expensive The carpet runner on stairs was disgustingly dirty and needs cleaning/replacing!!!!

Good pub in a great location with easy access to TFL. Our room had been recently decorated and we were the first to sleep on a brand new super comfy matress, best night's sleep in a hotel in a long while. Room was a good size and very clean. All staff were super friendly and very helpful. Will definately stay here again.

Our room was at the rear of the hotel on the second floor but was in ear shot of the cellar fans which were on 24/7 so there was a constant hum, probably wouldn't be a problem had we visited in winter but we had to have the windows open all night because it happened to be quite warm/humid. Not a major problem for us as we live on quite a noisy road but anyone who needs silence to sleep might want to consider asking for a quiet room.

Beautiful, quaint and tasteful property. Very centrally located and on a wonderful small side street with great restaurants and character. The staff was amazing and always available to help. They even made sure our family was on the same floor. The restaurant/pub had delicious food, including a gf fish and chips, and great coffee options. Just be ware that there is no lift/elevator.

Everything was wonderful. It would be convenient to have a way of contacting the staff from the room.

It was centrally located and minutes walk from Oxford street and underground station. The rooms were of decent size and well furnished for a comfortable stay. The room was kept well by the housekeeping team everyday and all amenities were available. We were welcomed by the staff and one of them even helped carry our luggage to the room.

Nothing as such. However the property doesn't have an elevator so carrying your luggage on stairs might be a bit challenging.

We loved some of the staff, super helpful and friendly, we spent our honeymoon at the Grazing goat and they helped us out a lot. The room was beautiful and the pub was lovely. Amazing location, the little street in Marylebone was perfect.

The stairs were a bit of a hassle when arriving and leaving with luggage. The sliding door to the en-suite could have been more soundproof.

Such a gorgeous building and location. A really quiet residential street. We had a wedding to attend at Marylebone town hall and it was 10 minutes walk. The room was really cosy, but not in size as it had a lovely big bed.

The room was quite warm, however there was two types of fans available, I enjoy the white noise while I sleep, but if you struggle with that, could be an issue.
