Fantastic location within easy reach of Oxford Street, Marylebone area, cafes, bars and the Underground. The hotel is in a relatively quiet street (for London) and within a couple of minutes walk from several eating and drinking places. Staff are very helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. On arrival the hotel smells lovely (!!) and has a nice relaxing lounge area. Spacious bedroom (207) which was a nice change from the usual cramped spaces in London hotels.

Bathroom was beginning to look a little 'tired' although everything did work ok. Small issues like a sharp edged metal toilet roll holder sticking straight out exactly where someone would stand was not the best. Overall the room was more spacious than other hotels but the bathroom did let it down slightly and needs a cosmetic update.

Staff were helpful, pleasant and responsive. Ambience was peaceful and calming after busy days in London. Nice neighborhood with many options for eating, drinking or picking up grocery items for our room. Good, filling breakfast with a lovely hostess each morning. Great location with easy access to public transit, shopping and Hyde Park.

For some reason our room keys would only work a couple times, then have to be reset at the front desk. This happened each day. A little frustrating after long days of touring or shopping to get to your room and have to go back down to the desk because your keys don’t work.

Well presented. Nice characterful London building with period features (fireplace, high ceilings) but with good modern and clean decor. Rooms large, big comfortable bed, perfectly adequate bathroom facilities. Close to Marble Arch tube and coffee shops etc for breakfast. Quiet residential street made for a good nights rest.

Extremely clean room. 10 /10 for cleaning services, Bravo! Modern design. No carpet, wooden floors. Very helpful staff meeting your needs ( helped me with early checkin, late checkout, and provided with individual router when i couldn't connect to hotel wifi for work) Great location (close to metro Central line, the district is Mediterranean / Arab but quite safe and quiet at night)

Very little storage space and no drawers in the wardrobe - complicated if you come for long stay It was very cold (October) and no heating Need towel dryer

Supportive staff quick, honest, and helpful. Front desk would insure your comfort and security. Front desk have offered their largest room for us despite that it wasn’t according to our booking for no extra charge out of good will and initiative. Thanks to management personnel.

Tight spaces just like all of London buildings which is not in hands of the management of the hotel. However, they have lifts reaching to all of floors.

Good location. Quiet. Clean & spacious room. Helpful, friendly staff.

Some minor issues. The kettle wasn’t straightforward to use & we couldn’t find instructions. And a similar problem with the TV as we couldn’t work out how to get the radio. We perhaps didn’t look properly for instruction manuals but there should be some. Also the previous occupant had left the alarm on 6.00 am which I hadn’t realised was on - we’d set a phone alarm for 9.00 so were woken far too early! Obviously, we’d know these things next time & it wouldn’t stop us staying there.

Kind and helpful reception staff accomodated us when room wasnt ready so we could get to an event. Couldnt do enough for us. Nice change to see such helpful people. Room was spacious with huge shower. Short walk to marble arch and oxford street.

The noise all night outside. Woke by music and screeching speeding cars throughout the night so had poor nights sleep. I guess price to pay for central London stay?

The hotel was charming as was the artwork, and the decor! The rooms were most pleasant with comfortable beds. It was pleasing to find a delightful lounge had we wanted to sit of an evening ! The staff were most friendly, courteous and polite !

My friend and I were most satisfied! A couple of minor things - the temperature dropped on the night of our stay and I found that the duvet was very thin and I was not very warm and there was no adjustable heating I could find to turn on and increase the temperature in the room! It would have been nice to have SOFT fried eggs and perhaps some bacon for breakfast ! Otherwise most delightful, particularly as it was complimentary!

The room was big and nicely decorated. I loved the shower room. The hotel is situated few minutes walk from Marble arch. We didn't have breakfast but there are many shops closeby. The room was always clean and so was the bathroom. The lounge area was small yet amazing. The hotel has certain touches you do not find in other hotels. It feels homey. The price is not cheap, but yet again cheap and London never go together.

The bed and pillows weren't so comfortable. The lift wasn't working but it did not bother us as our room was at ground level. The room was not energy efficient as it was too warm that we had to switch on the ac on cooling. However, if you had to look at what the hotel could offer I would definitely recommend the hotel.

The staff was accommodating when we arrived to give us a different room. Our original room was not ready even though it was past check-in time. They also offered breakfast for free for the inconvenience. My friend and I had a twin room with a shower not on the street. It was quiet and comfortable. It was a great place to base for our time in London. A decent location and near public transportation. They allowed us to keep our bags after check out.
