Smell of food coming from the Indian restaurant First room it was in GF and I couldn’t open the window So I couldn’t refresh the room air Second room I paid extra to upgrade while the first room was bigger and the bathroom bigger, only in the second room the bed was king size it didn’t worth it to upgrade just because I need to open the window

Location was excellent, although I had a little difficulty locating it to start with. The staff were lovely from start to finish, especially the doorman who was a real gentleman. Room was lovely and I was able to open the window a little (restrictions fitted) which was good for me. Everywhere was spotless. Lovely touch to have an ironing board and decent iron in the room (usually you have to ask or pay for ironing) as well as the slippers.

I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room however there was a small coffee shop downstairs within the hotel and coffee chain shops immediately outside

We traveled to London in January 2025 and stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel London – Marble Arch. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk from Oxford Street, with easy access to public transportation, shopping, and restaurants. The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and professional throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. A particularly impressive moment was when my son accidentally left his keys behind in the hotel room after we checked out. The hotel staff (Jersie) promptly located the keys and arranged to have them mailed back to our home address, which we truly appreciated. Their responsiveness and care really stood out and added a personal touch to our experience. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

We liked our stay only due to the the food manager Shubham who was so polite and responded to all our demands throughout our stay. The room was big enough for three people and clean. We didn't try the dinner. The location of the hotel is so close for touristic places and easy to reach by bus.

We were not satisfied at all with the staff working at the reception. Our room wasn't ready until 15.30 and they didn't treat us kindly.

The location of this hotel in great . Few steps to Oxford street and to Hyde Park also near to bus stations and metro stations. A lot of good shops and restaurants in this area

The room was in the basement which has bad smells and noise from the street also the doors are not closing properly. The lady in the reception cut 20£ from the deposit for staying 1/2 hour extra than what was agreed on !!! This was not good from her at all !!!!

The doormen were both really lovely. We really appreciated being able to drop our bags off early and collect just before we went home. Location fabulous and meant we could pop out to Edgware Road for dinner and then my teen could fit in even more shopping before we went back to the hotel as shops were open until 9 or 10pm. Loved that there was a bath and the Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries meant our light packing worked out well (shampoo, separate conditioner and body lotion).

Beds not super comfy. I asked if we could swap from a double to two singles and was charged for an upgrade at 5pm in the evening which felt grabby. Lots of lights in the room- bright telephone screen, bright clock. Breakfast fairly basic but fine. Street noise.

The location was amazing and the hotel was clean neat and nice to stay at but my favorite was the staff they made me feel at home rather than in a hotel I stayed alone but the staff made me smile and were the kindest souls will come back just for them

The breakfast options were too less according to the price I think the breakfast can be improved

Perfect location for hyde park event. Really lovely check and concierge staff.

It would be good if hilton could offer early check in for a small charge. The room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned and there was debris behind the bathroom bin.

Very accessible to the high street and also proximity to an underground station. Very clean and all the staff were extremely helpful especially the Concierge Seyed. He was very helpful to me throughout and especially on day of checkout.

Maybe next stay I would love to stay in a room without stairs
