Honestly, the place is really good — I don’t understand why people complain. It’s a great price for the location. The room was super clean; yes, it’s small, but I only needed it to sleep and have a base to come back and drop off things I bought. The mattress felt new and was really comfortable, and the sheets were very white and clean. I had a bit of trouble figuring out the hot water at first, but I got it sorted out in a couple of minutes — and it’s the kind of thing you can always just ask about anyway. The staff were very kind to me. I’d definitely stay here again next time

What can I say about the reception staff, the cleaning staff during the day and at night, they are always very friendly, very receptive and always ready to listen and help with whatever you need. I am very grateful every time I set foot in the hotel and I highly recommend it.

Me and my wife came to London for our honeymoon and we didn’t have much money and found this hotel for a great price. We found it so comfortable the bed and clean sheets and lovely thick pillows. Shower works great with good pressure just a little stiff turning it cooler but we managed it. Overal I highly recommend this hotel for the great price and kind staff and cosey room. And heater is really good.

Just couldn’t open the window very high is all. Nothing else bad to say.

The service was excellent, I didn't had a good room in first place because sometimes we are not able to choose if is already almost fully booked but they moved me for better room in last minute which I rest much better..the person which took care of my situation was krisha which was lovely and very friendly..thanks

The first 2 rooms which they don't have windows which you can open them...so she tried to help as she could and was very helpful...

Location and price - needed somewhere close to Park lane to attend an awards do. Within walking distance, considerably cheaper than anything else nearby. Staff friendly and attentive

Very spartan, slightly tatty room but so long as you manage your expectations - great value stay.

there is no hair dryer in the room. the room is not well cleaned. There is nothing in the shower but hand soap. Only two towels, nothing to lay on the floor. the toilet was leaking. for that kind of money, you can at least give disposable slippers to visitors and an extra pair of towels. I advise you to clean a little more often. bed and room cleaning for 3 nights never happened.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The environment is comfortable and clean.The room we originally booked needed a shared room.We don’t like it.Later,the staff helped us upgrade the room very well, and we added a little fee. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, which was worth with the price.

There will be some noise at night and bathroom is small.But they are all within acceptable limits.

I was able to check.in late (11pm) and received a free upgrade to a double room! The room was as expected, basic but comfortable and had a decent shower.

You'll need to bring your own glass if you want a drink of water.

It was clean, just old. The staff was WONDERFUL. So that made up for its lacking.

The property is old and tired. Lots of steps, but that is normal here. It was a place to lay my head at night. No frills.
