The location was great , very central to the underground and bus routes . The guy that met me at the property was brilliant and very friendly. To be honest , after booking the stay I then read some of the comments which were negative and I was a bit apprensive about the "upcoming " stay. But when I got there , I was impressed and it was great value for the price paid

The location is ideal. Even though it's two minutes walk from the crowded center, it's so quiet, safe and cozy. An amazing pub and restaurants are so close to the apartments, an extra bonus for the guests!

The staff was amazing and so helpful, but I guess it's too exhausting for them to deal with all the cleaning and arranging the arrivals. There has to be a larger team so that everyone is more than satisfied.

The property has several rooms, some of which are a short walk from reception (where you need to meet the host and pick up your keys). It wasn't clear in advance exactly where our allocated room was located (although it was very close by).

Really central location within walking distance to the tube etc. Room was spacious, comfortable with a shared bathroom close-by. Lovely cafe and amenities also nearby in a safe neighbourhood

Nothing it was good value, comfy beds and we were able to leave our bags before check in

The room was clean and spacious, provided with a fan and air-conditioning unit. The host was lovely and helpful! It is right next to Oxford street and near hyde park, but tucked away. perfect stay no complaints!

Great location, next to a good pub and very close to Tube Station. Complete amenities, internet ok. Staff very friendly and helpful. Check-in easy and fast.

The location was great and the apartment was spacious. There was a fridge which came in handy considering the hot weather.

It wasn't the cleanest or best presented accommodation but it was the cheapest I could find in the area. I'm not too fussy, it was a bed to sleep in.

Very convenient location to go to Hyde Park. The property was perfect for our needs.
