Nice hotel. Pretty quiet for the area. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are nicely designed and decorated. Love the under-bed storage drawers.

We got upgraded at our arrival but the room was quite dark, but that's because it's an old building and even though it was just renovated, the exteriors can't be changed. We got moved the next day to the room type we had booked and it was lovely, though you could tell that it had been used more than the room we previously got upgraded to. I think they need to have a thorougher control of the room maintenance, since there were some loose hooks in the bathroom, which they fixed as soon as we told them, but it would be better if they hadn't been loose in the first place. Maybe housekeeping needs to report those issued, too. I worry that over time, it might be look scruffy (sooner rather than later).

This was my second stay at the hotel, and once again everything was perfect. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax and enjoy. The staff are truly exceptional – warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I would like to give a special mention to Iria, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Her kindness and attention to detail really stood out, and it makes such a difference when someone genuinely cares about guests’ comfort. It’s rare to find a hotel where everything consistently exceeds expectations, but this is definitely one of them. I will absolutely be coming back again and recommending it to friends and family.

From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was perfect. The room was immaculate, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming – they truly made us feel at home. We especially appreciated the care and professionalism of the entire team. This has been one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, and we will definitely be returning on our next visit.

The bed is very high specially for people with disabilities,I am surprised how it is in the room of the special care people ! Also I didn’t like the acceptance of dogs in the hotel

The location is central and convenient. The building itself looks recently renovated, and the room was clean upon arrival.

Poor service across departments. I was charged for an ice tray, given only a 30-minute late checkout despite being a Marriott Bonvoy member, and had to carry my luggage down two basement staircases with no assistance. Staff at the bar didn’t even understand what non-alcoholic champagne was. Room photos were misleading. Overall, the hotel lacks basic hospitality standards and loyalty recognition.

Slow check in. Room not ready at 830 pm. One elevator not working. Other elevator behaved erratically. Hotel tried to charge 50 pounds more than was agreed. Confusion about inclusion of breakfast. Very expensive drinks. Eg 30 pounds per glass of champagne.
