Everything about the property was exceptional; service, attention to detail, cleanliness, comfortable and luxurious furnishings and their breakfasts! Anne and her staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. The townhouse’s interior was beautifully curated and felt genuinely of the period. It was evident that the staff appreciated the Regency ambiance of the townhouse from their meticulous attention to detail and care of the property. We absolutely felt like we went back in time but with mod-cons! Their breakfast offering was comprehensive as well as delicious. From the fresh and beautiful floral arrangements and the well-stocked complimentary mini fridge and snack basket, Henry’s Townhouse felt like it was our home away from home! The Marylebone location is perfect for those who want a genteel, clean and less-frantic London. We absolutely felt like it was our own townhouse and we were waited on hand and foot! Henry’s Townhouse is truly a hidden gem. Great job, Anne and team!

It was exceptionally warm weather in London during our stay. The air conditioning worked poorly in my third floor room but can be expected in such an old building. Fortunately they did have a Dyson a tower fan in the room which made sleeping very comfortable despite the lack of good air conditioning.

Many thanks to Ann for the top-level hospitality. I was very warmly welcomed. They asked me what I was interested in. In 30 minutes, they prepared a detailed report at my request and sent it to me by email. I was introduced to other guests from Scotland. Ann took into account all the wishes for breakfast (there were berries, fruits and perfect serving). These guys are obsessed with cleanliness, and I really liked it. I slept well. The air was fresh, low in CO2, and had a wonderful atmosphere in the city center

Love the atmosphere and attention to detail. It feels like you've stepped into another time period. Wonderful experience and a fantastic location! The downstairs kitchen and breakfast were an absolute thrill. The staff is all incredibly friendly and helpful!

Wish the bed and room chairs would have been more comfortable. The bathroom, although luxurious and unique, was difficult to use. For example, the stand-alone tub/shower combo, although beautiful, was awkward to use.

My husband and I were eloping in London in September and decided to splurge for a stay in Henry's townhouse to celebrate our marriage. This place was nothing short of incredible. We felt so unbelievably special for the two days we were there and the whole experience just elevated our wedding. Ann was unbelievable, so helpful, from suggesting local florists to get a wedding bouquet to letting us come back and take photos throughout the whole house. I cannot fault one part of our stay. Simply stunning!! We will definitely be back!

The room was very comfortable, with classic furniture, high ceilings, and nice curtains that made it feel cozy and special. I enjoyed every moment there. The service was excellent! The presence of fresh flowers added a lovely touch to both our room and the entire hotel. Our vacation was remarkable, and a significant part of that was thanks to where we stayed and the exceptional hospitality we experienced. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the underground station. The rooms are uniquely and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous—freshly prepared by the chef and a real highlight of our stay. Most of all, the staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
