The ease for shower 🚿 and bathtub access needs serious refurbishing for accessing by older guests

Check-in was quick and simple, the bar and dining areas were well equipped and staffed, and for a one - night stay the room was well equipped, although the bathroom was a little small.

out of four elevators, only one was functioning. This did not cause a major problem as there were not too many guests around. The view from the room was largely of a roof, but was high enough to provide a view of the surrounding area and the prevailing weather

My wife and I recently spent a lovely weekend at the London Marble Arch Hotel. Although the hotel is located in a busy area, the street itself was surprisingly quiet, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The service throughout our visit was excellent—staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a great selection and high-quality options to start the day. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace, making it easy to explore some of London’s most iconic sights. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to London.

This was our third stay at this hotel, and once again, the excellent location was a key reason for our return. Situated in one of the safest areas, Edgware Road is lively even late at night, with plenty of restaurants and cafés just a short walk away. Major attractions are easily accessible via nearby bus and underground stations. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only downside was a mysterious noise we couldn’t identify the source of perhaps the elevator.

Location Cleanliness

My room was near the elevator and it wasn’t soundproof so any time someone uses the elevator I was able to o hear the sound of the elevator buttons

The position is perfect to attend the BST festival. The staff was very friendly, helpful and listen to everything we asked. The manager was very kind and despite we had to cancel our non-refundable reservation, she allowed us to rebook the room in a different period without loosing our money. This is the extra mile that makes the difference and that made me grateful for the hotel staff. Regardless of this very generous help by the manager, the hotel itself was properly kept, and e very enjoyable experience overall. Thanks Denise for her hospitality, and the warm welcome to our daughters.

Location was good. Breakfast was good. the staff were very nice and helpful. The best part was the all day Fruit and drinks buffet available to anyone who comes to the hotel. The Restaurant and the Food is nice and the area has its perks since you are able to get food till 4 AM around the hotel which is a rarity in London.

The Hotel rooms need an upgrade. The bathrooms are small even for London standards.

It’s close to the city centre, next to Hyde park, and lots of nice restaurants so that I did not need to take the tube

The carpark entrance was extremely narrow, it was nerve-racking going down and up the carpark. The door to the lift was locked from the outside on level b2, we had to carry our baby and the pram and suitcase up the stairs to level b1 to gain access to the lift

Excellent Location !! Centrally located and walking distance from most shopping areas and Hyde Park! Super Excellent Customers Service and Attitude of Staff. They really made our visit so comfortable and pleasant. When they realised it was my wife's 50th bday, they decorated the room so well ! Sonika, Gurav, Seeksha, Bijay, and the Indian Manager from Hyderabad (Sorry I forgot her name...starting in A) and night managers..... all staff were so warm and polite and accommodating. Customers were from so many nationalities, but service to all was friendly. Superb Job Mariott !! This is why the Mariott hotels is my absolute No1 rating and choice world over ! My wife is a breast cancer survivor and this was our first overseas trip post her successful treatment (the hotel wasnt aware of this). It was my son's Bday on the 10th and the staff left him some sweets and card signed by all. The kindness, care and responsiveness of the staff was well appreciated by my family ! Good Customer Service comes from the heart of the team !

The AC wasnt working but there was a portable AC in the room. The staff did offer us an immediate change of room, but we chose to stay in the same room since the weather was so lovely and air was cool and fresh.
