Property located very close to Marble Arch and Oxford Street. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants around the area, and within a short walking distance of Hyde Park. Excellent central location for all Westminster attractions and good tube connections. The property was generally clean, just a few minor defects such as a broken curtain rail in living room which didn’t allow for one of the curtains to be pulled, and there was no plug for the bathroom sink. I would also suggest a free standing towel rail for towels to allow them to dry off as the one in the bathroom was not big enough to hold 4 bath towels, even a hook on the bathroom door would be handy. A cup holder or shelf above the sink in the bathroom for toothbrushes etc would also be beneficial. The bedrooms are not overly spacious, however they have good storage and beds were comfortable. Over all for a short stay in London the property is ideal and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Many thanks.

Location was fantastic

We were down in the basement stairs are very narrow twin room with a very small bathroom you had to squeeze into it the shower was tiny nowhere to put your towel when in shower had to leave it on the floor there is carpet on the floor when you get out off shower no shower mat on floor so you wet the carpet plus problem with damp as soon as you opened door you could smell it the wall beside shower and toilet damp going up wall and paint falling off wall mirror on wall behind the door had large crack in saying all this I would stay again if in a different room

Room wasn’t easy to walk around with tv on wall where you have to walk around the bed, very cramped, but understand it’s a small room. Frustratingly the cleaners were incredibly loud talking and banging around outside our room door early in the morning. Appreciate they have to work but they could be quieter before 10am

Tiny room, even more tiny bathroom, we could barely turn. Old Windows, you could feel the wind going through.

Booked for two nights to go to BST Hyde Park. Very close to Hyde Park. Comfortable bed. Clean. Near Marnle Arch tube.

Highly Recommended if you want to walk around Oxford street and dine in Arabic restaurants with a stroll in Hyde Park I recently stayed and had a truly wonderful experience. The check-in process was smooth, we reached early so left our baggage and came later for check-in. The room was spotless and pleasant yet very tight with all the amenities I could ask for, including fast Wi-Fi, a cozy bed. We got a complimentary big water bottle upon check-in, the a tray of tea/ coffee/ suger and milk. No breakfast is served, however the hotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and groceriy stores. Location-wise, it was perfect: close to local attractions, public transport, and some great dining spots. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

It's clean, modern and convenient (relatively short walking distance to several tube stations). The lighting is amazing! It can be super bright or dimmed - and you can change the light mode (basically whatever tickles your fancy). Normally hotel rooms are quite dark, making it hard to work on a computer for long, but this room was exceptionally bright and supported my late night working sessions. The staff are all super friendly and helpful.

It's a bit on the small side. No desk or chair, not much room around the bed (it was against one of the walls). For the price though, I can't complain really. I've paid more for less in the past.

Great price for the location. It was clean and functional. It had aircon which was much needed. The person on reception was very friendly and helpful. It has wifi. It's 8 minutes walk from Marble Arch Tube.

I'm not complaining because the price was great. My room was on the top floor which was up 3 quite steep flights of stairs so you need to be fully mobile. There was a shower in the room but the toilet and basin were separate, shared facility.

Overall a great hotel. It was done up really nice with a lovely reception room, and I appreciate the 24/7 staffing for the price. The room was lovely and clean with a great shower - pressure was great and a good temperature . The bed was really comfy too. Fantastic location, great for those visiting Hyde Park, close to tube stations and also great for shopping. The staff were all super helpful. It was a small room overall but perfect for a solo traveller

The room wasn't very soundproof, so I could hear everything in the corridors and on the street outside. Also, I had issues with my room code locking me out a few times during my stay (the staff were super helpful with sorting it though so can't really argue, just recommend replacing the lock!) Lastly, even with the provided fan the roof got a little bit hot.

Really lovely small hotel, great location in Connought Village. Much prefer to stay in the London villages rather than by Picodilly or centre. If you move around Oxford St, it is a different world & near Hyde Park (stables) & Tyburn Abbey (Catholic worship). Plus the food, the middle Eastern cuisine amazing. Green Valley is one if my favourite shops, real community not some overpriced posh place. The last time I visited my Mom was quite unwell & when I had no phone carrier one of the gentleman staff let me phone Ireland. She has died since so this was to see friends & visit her elder sister.. An emotional trip made easier by the civility of all the staff. Some of the staff were there on my last trip, a reflection in how they are treated by their employers, quite important. A small bar might be nice but then as a solo traveler a bar can be a place to avoid because of nuscience people.
