Really nice room, had everything in the kitchen I needed. Clean and spacious. Very close to airport and good price

Up 2 flights of stairs with heavy luggage, not their fault there's no lift but it wasn't the easiest. Wouldn't be good for people with access issues. A little noisy between the other rooms but it was ok. Shared bathroom but didn't have any issues

I have stayed a few times now and this was a different room which they put me in and not the one I thought I was booking as per the pictures which I have stayed in a few times before. The room itself was very nice and if honest I preferred it, great light and airy and just seemed bigger.

Just a few little things missing but nothing that would make you upset or enough to complain about.

Comfortable stay. The staff was very responsive om Whatsapp. The room and bathroom was very clean. The rate was cheap as well. The location is 10-15 mins away from T2 Heathrow

The apartment was 3 floors up and there was no elevator.

Unfortunately the room with balcony was already booked and if you are a smoke you have to go outside the building to smoke , other than that everything’s decent and good

I stayed here because I had to stay overnight near the airport at short notice due to flight problems. I am used to staying in flats like this and it was completely comfortable. It is very convenient to get to the airport by bus.

It's on the top floor, so people with heavy luggage may have a little trouble climbing the stairs.

The apt was close to Terminal 5 @ HR airport I caught the bus Just outside the Terminal for a 10 minute bus ride, The room was basic but spotlessly clean The bed was very comfortable I paid extra for an ensuite room with an excellent shower The shared kitchen was clean with an oven & kettle but you need to provide your own tea/coffee/milk.

I found it difficult to find the apt as it was in an industrial part of the airport area The bus driver was very helpful advising me where to find it.

*Lack of bedside lamp. *Keylock guide was missing, I had to guess which keylock had the key. *Could be a little cleaner in some places. *Fire escape emergency instruction. *Check-in message appear to be lost within previous ID required messages. Someone who is not very digital might struggle to access- I just needed to try and become tech savvy.

the information on booking.Com was not clear on deposits and had to make phone calls to admin to access the property.Not a nice experience,information must be detailed on booking.Com so we know we are going into self service outright.We had to wait for 40 minutes outside the property before getting access in the cold😡😡😡

How clean it was and that you could make a cuppa.

There was no blind on the large Velux window directly above the bed. It was bright daylight in the room at four am.

Everything clean , close to the airport only two bus stops , cleaner is brilliant

It’s all perfect just need a kettle and a fridge
