We arrived on a late flight with an overnight connection. The location and convenience of this hotel for these types of connections and early morning flights is excellent. The staff were very friendly, and although on the smaller side, the room was perfect for a short overnight stay. It was clean, comfortable and had little extras like complimentary bottled water, coffee, tea and biscuits/cookies. They also provide toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, disposable shower cap etc) and they have a decent hair dryer. We will definitely stay here again for future connections through LHR.

Perfect location if using the airport; so convenient, only a few minute's walk, all inside, from the train station. Room was comfortable with everything required for an overnight stay. Particularly like the comfy bed, the case stands, the personal reading lights, the box of tissues, clothes hanging area. Like the lounge/library room providing books, hot drinks eating area with TV. Used the lounge to eat our evening meal. Would definitely use this hotel again and recommend to others.

Would have liked a little more space in the room but it did not detract from the overall convenience of the stay. No window.

It was a little tricky to find with some contradictory directional arrows, but once found was surprisingly good. It is VERY close to the Terminal, which made catching our flight very easy. The beds were amazingly comfortable, with fresh, high-quality bed linen, and everything we could have wanted for one night was provided. There is a nice big sitting room area upstairs from the bedroom where we could eat our picnic, and where tea and coffee were provided.

I was a little unnerved that the room had no window, and had to rely on air-con, but I guess that helps with keeping it sound-proofed, considering its location so close to the airport itself.

The location was extremely convenient, I liked the meal deal fridge next to check in which was well stocked. Staff were friendly and check in was smooth. I would highly recommend the hotel for anyone catching an early flight the next day or on a layover.

The only thing I can think of is the lights in the room turn off very quickly after removing the card from the key card switch. This gives you little time to grab your bags and get out before the room is pitch black. It would be great if they would stay on for 2 minutes so you can get out with plenty of time to spare.

Enjoyed everything about this hotel. Rooms are small but we knew that. Great layout to maximise available space.

Not a deal breaker, but a window would be nice. Again, we knew no window. So no issues.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff were polite and helpful. The shower was nice and the provided toiletries smelled amazing. The beds were comfortable and I'm glad we opted for the family room as a couple as it gave us some space. The location was obviously why we opted for it as we had an early morning flight.

The room size is quite small considering it was meant for up to 4 people. I can't imagine how it would be comfortable or where anyone would put more than a bag each. The room got very warm as there was no window and it was tricky working the thermostat to turn on air-conditioning. The room was quite costly for the size.

Could not be more convenient. Traveling alone with a child means that not having to leave the airport to deal with a shuttle was very important. Right next to a 24 hr Cafe Nero for early morning coffee. We had an unfortunate incident upon arrival where the electricity in our room and a neighboring room tripped shortly after arrival and as it was late maintenance wasn’t around. These things happen in hotels but the duty manager was quick, responsive, moved us to a new room and was apologetic. Great service for a challenging incident. Beds were comfortable and room was cozy.

The rooms are exceptionally small so traveling with luggage is challenging to move around. Know this going in and you will be fine. We were well aware of this when we booked and it was fine.

Perfectly situated for an early flight from Terminal 3. Quiet and comfortable bed and plenty of plugs/ports to recharge all my gadgets ahead of the next flight.

There's no need to tell everybody to close the shower room door. 1. If there's a queue, you've already heard the staff tell the person in front of you. It makes them sound inhuman if they're forced to repeat themselves. 2. There's a bloody great sign in the room you can't miss. Change your smoke alarms to Carbon Dioxide alarms, or rely on the signs in the room.

This is a difficult review because the hotel had, had a water leaks so on arrival and presenting ourselves to the hotel we were advise that they had made a booking for us at a nearby hotel the Sheraton, which was definitely and upgrade, they had organised transportation to the Sheraton and transportation back to the airport the following morning so we did not actually stay at the hotel, but they certainly made sure that we were no inconvenienced at any stage,

The signage to the hotel from terminal three, the tunnel is very long and I think more signage could be put in place to indicate where to go the get to the hotel.

Superb location, wonderfully clean and modern facilities. A lovely retreat in the middle of the chaos of the terminal. Stay here. The bed has concealed lighting behind the bed head , a lovely touch, my first room it didn’t work. Within moments, the manager swapped my room. There was a nice little business centre that you can use if you want. They have good Wi-Fi.

Hard to find to write really other than that it is not cheap, but I guess they are charging for the location. I believe that it is significantly cheaper if you book online rather than through here. Incidentally, the TV has good access to live channels, but does not have any smart facilities like BBC iPlayer et cetera not a big deal for me because I simply use my iPad.
