At many hotels, you often have to search around or ask staff for help to find things. At this hotel, everything was clearly marked and easy to find, with simple directions provided for all the available amenities.

The front desk was assisting other guests, so I was waiting in line when another guest cut in front of me. One of the staff members clearly noticed it happen but chose to assist that guest anyway, without acknowledging that I had been waiting. I’m not someone who gets too upset over things like this, I work in hotels myself and understand how some guests can be. That said, I would’ve appreciated at least a quick acknowledgment or an apology once I was helped.

Great facilities and good food at Carluccio’s.

You need to take a taxi from the hotel to Terminals. It would have cost £50 to get a hotel affiliated car, Uber was £30+. Due to traffic the driver also took the long way around so it was at least 20 min to get to T5.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Heathrow Marriott Hotel, and I must say, one of the standout features that immediately caught my attention was the entrance. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the striking architecture and inviting atmosphere that set a positive tone for my entire visit. Upon entering, the friendly staff members were quick to assist, providing a seamless check-in process. The attention to detail in the entrance area reflects the hotel’s commitment to creating a memorable experience for guests from the moment they arrive. Overall, the beautiful of the Heathrow Marriott Hotel is more than just a physical space; it sets the stage for a delightful stay. I highly recommend this hotel not just for its convenient location but also for the quality experience it offers right from the start.

Great breakfasts. Jasmita was incredible in helping me and always serving me by taking my plates to my table after dishing my food up. I am 73, and have a tremor which makes it difficult to serve myself. The staff were excellent and far exceeded our expectations !! Ishak remembered us from October, greeting us as soon as he saw us. He gave us exceptional service.

Only one of our two lunches was great. We were only provided with two bath towels for the three of us, and it was too late to request another one our first night. We were promised a microwave oven for our room when I booked by phone, but I was later told this wasn’t possible, but Ishak took us to a lounge where we were able to heat our disabled son’s special food.

Very pleasant & friendly staff, room is large and well equipped, bathroom is modern & very functional, lovely big TV, fridge in room was nice and cold to store bits & pieces in, bed is extremely comfortable & warm to sleep in. Good Tea & Coffee in room. Felt safe and secure.

The Heating/AC unit was set automatically by the hotel, could turn heat up and down on it but couldn't turn it off, came on & off as per how the hotel had set it. It was also noisy. Housekeeping staff rather noisy in the morning aswel.

Close to the airport. Even though we could see the planes on the runway from our room, the room was surprisingly quiet. Warm, attentive, friendly staff, restaurant and cafe downstairs, Lively bar downstairs.

Taxis were not readily available from the hotel. No shuttle service. It cost us 16 pounds to get to the hotel from the airport via taxi. Going back to the airport cost 45 Pounds with the 'special' car service the one unfriendly front desk guy called for us.

Our 3rd stay at this hotel and we love it, the rooms are comfortable and well appointed the shower is lovely too. We are glad they have switched back to a buffet breakfast as the menu ordering wasn't to our taste. The staff are exceptional and special mention to Julian, he is so on point. Even noticing me at the coffee shop as i don't like the machine coffee and saying i can have that free, what a legend.

Lovely comfortable bedroom. Beautifully clean. Amazing soundproofing. Didn't hear anything from airport despite proximity. Coffee overnight chia pudding for breakfast was delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. Fresh lemon and mint water dispensers Conference facilities were great

I didn't like the taste of the pancetta in the traditional breakfast. Glad there were other decent options for other days. I missed the instructions about using the room key to activate the lift so got confused when it wouldn't work. Was helped by another guest. Instructions could be clearer. Lighting in room was quite dark

Excellent staff, hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean, absolutely fantastic with my daughter who was 8 years old, a massive thank you for above and beyond service from Patricia in the restaurant her service to us was exceptional, and her recommendations of where to visit in london was fantastic 😀 we are truly grateful. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic even when they were full to the brim nothing was ever to much. We have stayed in many hotels and this was lovely we felt well and truly relaxed and appreciated. Well done cant wait to come back and visit again.

There is nothing we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Good location for Heathrow, parking was reasonable and no issues getting a space, hotel lobby area is nice and we had a nice meal at the Italian restaurant

The room wasn’t cleaned to a good standard, behind the tv area was disgusting and absolutely caked with thick dust which has clearly accumulated over a period of months. Only reason we saw that was because a passport dropped behind the tv area… but still not nice to see so more could be done, also we couldn’t get the tv to work.
