The Close apartment we stayed in was conveniently located just a short drive from the airport, making our arrival and departure incredibly easy. The space was spotless upon arrival, with everything neatly arranged and well-maintained. The room itself was nice and spacious, providing plenty of comfort to relax after a long day. The overall experience was excellent, with a perfect balance of convenience, cleanliness, and comfort.

Needed a iron....which one of the neighbours kindly provided one to us to use.

The room and shared spaces were surprisingly clean, given my experience of similar places in London. The room was quite spacious. Very easy access to Heathrow by bus, only a short walk to the bus stop.

Now, we did not have any major trouble checking in, it's just a bit of a process to understand where to put which lock combination and where the key box is and what not. On the other hand there was an unfortunate guy trying to get in an hour or so after the check-in time. I tried to help him, though he did not speak any english, and it turned out the hostel had cancelled his reservation at the time check-in ended, and unsent his check-in instructions, so he was stranded in London at 11 pm with nowhere to stay. Pretty bad policy, so make sure you talk to the hostel beforehand if you need late check-in.

Close to the airport. Very clean, very quiet, very safe, very peaceful.

There are no hangers or closets or anywhere to put a coat or shirt or slacks. The bathroom and beds were fine I didn't know it is entirely self service to check in, there is no reception desk or staff. I don't feel safe sending a foto of my passport by email or sending additional cleaning deposit money online AFTER already paying for the room in full on booking com.

My flight was cancelled and this was one of the few places around that had a very reasonable price.The place was clean and the self check-in worked as it should. It's great that you can check in at just about any time and owners react very quickly. The place is close to the airport and easy to reach. This is good for a single overnight stay. Beware, there is no actual reception or people present, there is only communication via text or calling.

You have to sign an extra contract that is not specified on the booking.com page. Furthermore, the owners are somewhat inflexible in their communication and sound demanding. I had a excellent stay, but it would be appreciated if they were somewhat friendlier in their direct communication. Furthermore, the location of the room is not really signposted so you might be looking for a while.

Location is close to Heathrow. Bed was nice. Kitchenette was an unexpected bonus

Didnt know from the ad it had a Shared bathroom. Moldy smell in bathroom. Narrow n steep stairs- very dangerous. Able to hear the phone conversation from guy in neighboring room. No air conditioner in the bedroom. With the fridge in there it is several degrees warmer than in the bath or hallway

It was clean. There were good kitchen and bathroom facilities.

The check-in details were over complicated and fussy. I repeatedly received incorrect emails saying I hadn’t uploaded ID not signed my contract. These were sent in error. It added unnecessary stress. People arriving late at night were noisy coming into the property, considering the key cupboards were right next to our room. There could have been soap provided for sink AND shower rather than having to transfer from sink to shower. The quote for airport transfer was extortionate. Extremely strict house rules were laid out.

The location was very good for what we had planned. It's located 2 minutes from Heathrow so we had no trouble getting into central London within the hour! The place was clean and modern. The staff were very helpful with checking in which was very fast! We loved everything and will be back!!

Everything was perfect minus the toilet seat was slightly lose but other then that we are happy!

The location was perfect. A short walk from the bus stop to Heathrow terminals and close to an amazing pub restaurant. All instructions to access the property and room were very clear with no issues.

Nothing I could complain about. It is an option to suit a tighter budget so it would be very unrealistic to expect 5* services. For what I paid, I was very happy.

Complicated booking system. quite stressful - not the normal ease of entry we have come to expect from booking.com. This is because the communication is done by Robin Door, a private company. I was not impressed with the pre-arrival information required! scans of passports, having to sign a contract etc. very complicated - not what I am used to with booking.com. I will not be booking accommodation again which is run by/via Robin Door.

Comfortable room, comfy bed, warm, clean shower, and also an additional bath tub/toilet, so no queuing for toilets in the morning. Close to the airport T5, easy to navigate.

A good idea to have extra pillows and also some room ro hang clothes, dispense with some of he shelves.
