Room is comfy and small enough to keep us warm. Black coffee served at breakfast every morning is fantastic. My youngest kid love the room bed (softer) better than our own at home. Taxi to the airport from your hotel is convenient and Mr. Nahi is a nice guy. Closest train station (Hays & Harlington) is just 10 minutes walk away. Alternative train connection (direct line to central London) at West Drayton is just 20 minutes away from your hotel by taxi.

No halal meals (beef or chicken) option at breakfast. My son's hotel room (140) door lock need to be fixed. No car renting service at the hotel.

We chose this hotel on price and location, and believe we got value for money, we arrived before check in, the guy at reception was polite and got us checked in early a little early, the room was all we needed, shower was awesome, the restaurant was good and breakfast was really welcome and had a good variety of foods. would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioning system kept cutting out every few hours and the room became quite stuff. also you can hear people walking in the rooms above, wouldn't normally bother me, but the people in the room above arrived about 1 in the morning, woke me up.

The staff were extremely helpful, much more than many places that I have stayed when travelling via Heathrow and, as I turned up early and my room was already ready, they checked me in without any extra charge or fuss.

The parking arrangements. Parking was an extra and the car park was first come, first served. I did manage to get a space but the bays were too narrow for todays cars and had a drainage problem. It rained heavily and I had to negotiate a large puddle with a very heavy suitcase whilst trying to keep both my case and my feet dry.

The hotel was pretty good and cleaned, the rooms were big and comfortable.

Well, I chose this hotel because the ad on Booking says that they storage luggage. But they don't say that is just for few hours. I left on May 19th and I had a reservation for the 22nd again, so my plan was to storage the big luggage I had in the hotel, since me and 7 year old daughter were going to come back 3 days later, but the staff in the hotel was irrefutable saying that I couldn't do it what made carry on all my heavy luggage for a short trip and then come back to the same hotel. If I knew that it wouldn't be possible to storage, I'd have chosen a hotel way closer to Heathrow for my last night in London.

Pulled up to the hotel and it appeared a little rundown and shabby, inside however everything was clean and modern and in good condition. Checkin was quick efficient and freindly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast served from 06.30 which meant I actually got it before early flight.

Top floor room was adequate but small and with sloping cieling which made it a little claustrophobic.

Ample room. Small fridge.Air con. Comfortable bed. Fairly quiet. Large bathroom. Friendly & efficient staff. Parking. After the checking in issue the front of house staff was brilliant and sorted us with 2 rooms which was a relief after seeing how busy they were.

Was told rooms I'd booked were cancelled when we arrived. No communication by hotel or Booking.com. to confirm this or why it has been cancelled.. Leaky shower head attached to hose. Cheap thin toilet paper. Noisy air con. No shelf in bathroom to put toiletries. Very busy hotel.

Booking was easy, staff very friendly and food including choice was good, Partner is gluten intolerant which the staff understood and assisted in meal selection. Of particular note the waiter Sachin is an asset to the hotel, very efficient. The bar manager was efficient and attentive. We had a small problem with the bedroom window that the duty manager helped resolve. Overall the enforced use by cancelled aircraft ended well in you hotel. I would recommend the hotel to others due to reasonable price food and staff quality.

Conveniently located, Easy to find . Stones throw off the M4. Great value for money and modern look , Extremely clean Above and beyond service . A great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are delicious and great value .Rooms amazingly spacious . Manager is the nicest guy you can meet. The way this hotel is managed is absolutely phenomenal. Look forward to staying again .

What I like about this hotel is that it is located relatively close to the airport but it is in a quiet neighborhood. I slept well because there are no major roads close to the hotel and you can't hear planes landing or taking off from the airport. I think the hotel offers this comfort at a relatively low price. Another thing I liked was the size of my room and the size of the bed. The restaurant at the hotel offers a couple of different choices of meals and I think it is okay but the staff there is cordial and quick. The staff at the reception may help you reserve a private taxi for the airport or any other destination. Depending on traffic and taking into account that at the time of writing there are road works, it takes 15 minutes to get to the airport by car. I wouldn't consider any other form of transportation because the train station is not close to the hotel and I think there are only buses for terminal 2&3 which would require any traveler to then take a train transfer to the other terminals but I am not entirely sure. There may be more bus services provided by the tlf that I am not aware of.

While I thank the hotel for providing me with a free upgrade to a larger and nicer room for availability reasons, it was not communicated by the front desk staff although it is something worth mentioning because it would clearly be a major boost in the appeal of the hotel.

Quiet area. The room has nice amenities. I choose this hotel because it is close to the airport by car and I think it offers great comfort at a very competitive price. Good service was provided at the restaurant inside the hotel.

I have no major complaints. I think the hotel provided an enjoyable experience. A tiny detail, that did not affect the score I gave the hotel, would be a request for the doors to be somewhat better at soundproofing. It is very easy to hear other guests walking down the corridors when your bed is positioned close to the door, but that happened to me only once very early in the evening, after that the hotel was quiet it's just a minor detail to observe.
