Staff was very friendly. Good for the price. Clean bathrooms. Closer to the airport. it's good if there is more space and some space to keep the clothes. I mean a cloth rack and a mirror. Not enough coffee Excellent location. Can't complaint. I didn't like the room not having a clothes rack

The location is close to the airport which is why I booked it. A nice restaurant with pub 1-2 min walk down the street and others in the area. Accommodation is simple but nice and comfortable. The staff member I meet was nice and friendly as well.

Depending on what you're looking for the location can be good or bad. It's aways from London but very convenient to the airport. Decent options for entertainment in the area, but you might need to take a taxi or Uber.

Super close to the airport which was ideal. In a good quiet area, that was easy to find. The room was clean and the beds were comfy.

No kitchenette. It would be good to have either a small kitchenette in a common area, or a mini fridge in the room. But it wasn’t a big problem really, since it’s in close proximity to restaurant and shops.

Bed duvet was very synthetic. I woke up in the middle of the night sweating profusely (though window was open and it was a pleasant 18C outside) due to the synthetic fibre. Otherwise overall fair experience

It's perfect for a quick layover close to Heathrow if you don't want to use the castle like hotels there. Perfect location for that, price is ideal.

All good except for that nobody was there to open the door. Commumication only via Whatsapp with somebody in Spain. Not expecting a kingly welcome but a person who opens the door would be good. Something I don't mind but others might: airplane noise. But you knew that since it's basically neighboring Europe's busiest airport ;)

Comfortable room and bed to sleep in. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the Radisson Blue hotel where the event I was attending was. Was great to have Netflix on the tv.

Noisy and not very clean fridge, could do with some thicker curtains to block out the light.

Nothing. Staff were friendly, room was tidy, was right next to airport.

Its a house or bed and breakfast type. It have a kitchen with dishes and one micro oven. Near to airport, Late check out (Very late lol) available with reasonable price, just contact the owner, you will be surprised.

Room was little cold for me as house owner didn't want to turn on heater at night. But it depends, I like warm so that I did not like,

Nothing major but there was a strong smell of disinfectant quite overpowering. Could do with some hooks to hang up clothes

The property was very clean, comfy and warm. The interior was lovely and modern. Loved the paintings!

The location is not really ideal but it work. Unfortunately, the wall isolation was not great causing me to wake up in the middle of the night due to other guest coming in and out.
