We just loved this hotel due to its excellent transport links and great staff. We booked two rooms with one adult in each, due to booking early, we got a very good rate including buffet breakfast each day. The rooms were spacious, well equipped and extremely comfortable. We chose the location as it has a really good branch of Madhus, during a 9 night stay, we ate there three evenings. Within walking distance, there is a great restaurant attached to a pub called The Pheasant Inn. The menu is varied and the food is excellent. This is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. You can take buses to Kingston from outside the hotel and across the road, you can find buses to take you to Heathrow T2 and T3. Even though it is an airport hotel, check in is not until 2.00pm but the wait will be worth it.

I believe and suggest the rooms need an upgrade as they look tired. That’s just personal preference. . Visible mini electrical trunking on show. Tired chipped paint works . Damaged bath panel in corner. It just need someone to be brave and spend money on a refurbishment which will eventually reap a benefit. Lastly I and my wife were frequent fliers years ago and we used to visit the Sheraton Skyline when they had that famous swimming pool in the centre. BRING THAT BACK YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE DONE THAT WAS A MONEY MAKER. PUT YOUR HANDS IN YOUR POCKET and you will see what you have achieved.

I was not there long enough to have breakfast as I had an early flight to catch. My room was great; good shower and soft clean towels. It was really useful having Starbucks in the hotel and a bar/ restaurant where a member of my family could share dinner with me the night before I flew out. The restaurant staff were very polite, friendly and accommodating regarding my GF requirements.

I needed a couple of items for my flight (extra locks). The shop which used to be in the Sheraton Skyline , now not, was very good for a few last minute essentials.

Conviennce to Heathow. We used it as a park and stay for our holiday. It is the second time we have used the hotel this way. To be honest, after a previous  visit in 2022 we were reluctant  to return, but the Conviennce of the airport, being able to park your car and keep the keys and an acceptable  price we thought we would try again. So glad we did! It was like a different  hotel. For us, so much more peaceful since they have got rid of the pool and wet swimming costume clad children dripping wet from the pool messing about in the foyer! That has gone and a very peaceful welcoming reception  greeted us. Staff were very warm , friendly and helpful.  We arrived weary and jet lagged from the Caribbean.  We made ourselves known to reception,  explaining we knew we were early to check in but we were on site. Shaula, ( sorry about the spelling) on reception  was so brilliant. She found us a room and arranged for it to be ready ASAP. This wasn't  long and Shaula came and found us in reception ( we may have nodded off :)  ) . She  then let us know we had been given " guest of the day" status ! Which was a very nice lift to our spirits. This  was a lovely  surprise and entitled us to use the lounge . It was such a quiet relaxed space, just what we needed after our journey. Thankyou sooo much Shaula. It was much appreciated, as was the unexpected note that came with  a  drink and snack sent directly  to our room, although we were confused why it was only for 1 ; 1 glass, one drink, 1 snack? But we appreciated the the thought and shared it. A nice touch. Thankyoi. All this thoughtfulness helped to soothe our tiredness. He had a good night's sleep, in a large  comfortable  bed .The shower was powerful  and a good temperature. Our room faced the airport and we watched the planes take off. There was obviously  a little noise from their engines , but nothing that disturbed  us . We felt well rested for breakfast. Breakfast  was very good.

The lounge was an unknown to us and we enjoyed it immensely.  However, the only thing that marred it slightly  for us,that we would like to comment on, If we may, was the use of mobile phones in the lounge. We found this very intrusive  in an  otherwise peaceful space. It seemed very unnecessary, as people would obviously  have rooms they could make their calls from. There was a group of three people, post conference  possibly,  as some wore name badges , and all 3  sat dominating the food area, all  on their phones at the same time. It took something  from the quiet space. We felt it was a shame the lounge was used in this way.

Very comfortable hotel with an excellent Indian restaurant. I have stayed before and will be staying again in October. Very nice staff. It's a big airport hotel but doesn't feel impersonal. We were also lucky as we were given some extras...some random gift to guests that they do each day. Access to the lounge where there was a Happy hour for 2 hrs and special biscuits in the room etc. The Indian restaurant, Madhu's is exceptional.

Our kettle had obviously been descaled and not cleaned out properly. The drinks tasted like acid/ lemon juice. Fortunately, we didn't drink them and I talked to the reception who replaced the kettle immediately. That one was normal. A small thing and was fixed easily.

From arrival, the reception and concierge staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. It was a stark contrast to staff previously experienced (over a number of years) at the Heathrow Radission Red (formerly Park Inn). The Sheraton staff enabled me to store my luggage easily, ensured I had a room with a mini fridge and with every single encounter, each one was so lovely; it leads me to believe the manager of reception leads with empathy.

There could have been an extra person on the handy Starbucks coffee concession at busy times, although the lovely lady on there was also universally friendly, smiley and worked consistently and quickly.

Clean, white sheets and comforters on comfortable beds. Good black out curtains on windows. Friendly staff at reception. Close to Heathrow.

No free shuttle to airport, but it apparently costs each car five pounds just to drop people off at Heathrow now. Seems ridiculous! We ended up paying seven pounds each for the five minute ride to the airport, which was easily booked at a machine right in the lobby. Can't say that I would recommend the restaurant other than to get drinks and watch a game. It was easy to see that the rooms themselves had not had a recent makeover, but rooms overall were not bad.

Great location, easy access to Heathrow Airport. We could park our car here. What was exceptional about this hotel were the staff members from the Management team, reception, breakfast restaurant, and Sports Bar. Every member greeted us and made us feel so welcome, they were so friendly and professional. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. So we would definitely stay here again. The food served at breakfast was exceptional, really a great variety of tasty treats to set you up for the journey ahead. The Sports Bar had a great menu. Great quality, variety and generous portions. Yum yum. Lalldeo made my Mum feel like a VIP guest. Thank you so much for 4 superb stays.

The room was nice and fairly spacious. The shower was amazing with great water pressure. We only stayed one night prior to flying out of London. Easy access to self help computer in lobby to obtain transportation (no free shuttle). Huge Bonus, there is a scale in the lobby to weigh your luggage. We were able to shift items in our luggage to make sure we were under weight prior to getting to the airport!

The electrical panel in the desk did not work. Had to call engineering and he was only able to confirm 2 of the 4 outlets worked.
