I stayed for 3 days in Aug 2024 , the room was really neat and clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The location is amazing , the bus stop is right in front of the hotel and there were good few halal food options around the hotel. Specially loved their outdoor sitting area. Will definitely be staying again

I had booked for 1 week but ended up checking out earlier as got invited by a friend to come and stay with her for the rest of the days and the staff were not aware of the policy regarding cancellation of remaining days of booking and specially the refund policy. In the end though the things got sorted so no biggie.

Some great touches: automatic movement-sensor night-light under the bed, and the low-light switch for the bathroom at night. Funky but inclusive bar/restaurant, with good self-purchase food and drink options (although the prosecco at the bar was £10.50 per 200ml as opposed to £7.90 from the self-service fridge adjacent... ).

The early morning shuttle bus to Heathrow was a bit hairy getting on to, as by the time it came around to the Moxy, it was almost full up, and the driver said he couldn't take any more luggage. All was well in the end (for us at the head of the queue, at least), and I know it's not the Moxy's problem but it made for a stressful end to a great stay.

We liked the trademark funky Moxy decor, the friendly staff (they let us book into our room early) and the location. There's a bus stop right outside the front door - you catch a No.111 or 105 to get to Heathrow Bus Station - as well as a Tesco Express and places in the vicinity to get takeaways. The hotel itself has a bar, restaurant, does breakfast and sells snacks. It also has a gym. And the rooms are soundproofed, which is good given how close you are to the airport. Overall, very happy with our stay.

We had a great stay at Moxy London Heathrow Airport! The hotel has a fun, modern vibe with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-designed - perfect for a short stopover or early morning flight. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and upbeat. We loved the relaxed communal spaces, especially the lounge area which had a great energy and plenty of spots to unwind. Despite being so close to the airport, the room was quiet, and we had a restful night’s sleep. Overall, a stylish and convenient place to stay - would definitely recommend for anyone needing a reliable and enjoyable airport hotel experience.

Welcoming on arrival with complimentary drink (cocktail with or without alc) lovely room, great top floor view of Heathrow Airport watching the planes, could also see car parked up. Food was good and tasty no complaints. Obviously London prices are high, but if your clever with what you have in the hotel you can have a good time without having to leave. Good entertainment i.e, pool table, ping-pong, table football, photo booth etc... very quirky perfect for young couples!

Bed was a little soft meaning you sank a little in the middle but overall good sleep considering next to airport (plane noise) but stops at a certain time through the night until 1st plane lands early hours. But all good.

All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Fab breakfast with plenty of choice. The ground floor is a great space to hang out, we loved the pool table and Photo Booth. We also made good use of the ironing room (what a neat idea!) It was reassuring to see that the car park is patrolled. Overall a fantastic stay and great value for money. Would definitely recommend!

It would be good to have hooks on the bathroom door to hang towels. We only had one pillow each on the bed, although I’m sure extra could have been provided if we’d asked. Be sure to close your window at night if you’re a light sleeper! 🛩️

The hotel was very close to Heathrow and bus routes to head into the city. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations and answering any and all questions we had.

The only downside is that while being very close to the bus stops and tube stations to head into the city, it will still take you over an hour to get there due to being so far outside of London. If you aren't well versed in taking the bus and trains, you might find the commute overwhelming and anxiety inducing.

Room was clean and really good. Staff friendly. Everything up to date and felt comfortable. 5min walk to my top.3 Indian food experiences ever. Worth to stay here just for that. “simply delicious”. Go for it. Bus to airport stops outside hotel which was nice.

Call me old but I’m not into pumping loud music in the lobby. I suppose this was the style of the hotel. Breakfast was disappointing considering what I paid. It’s not that hard to offer healthy options aside from lettuce and half frozen rye bread. WiFi hade issues connection through multiple floor. It wouldn’t stick when moving from my room to the lobby. The solution was to type in the ip-adress in the browser. It was a known problem according to staff.

Great location, loved the vibe of the hotel. Had our free welcome drink sat in the communal area and was nice to have such a big space to socialise or chill in! Bedroom wascomfy and we had a view of the runway - only downside was the plane noise you could hear even with the windows closed. Bit was cool to watch! Parking is managed externally but around half of the electric bays had non electric cars in (despite being plenty of space elsewhere!) and then another half of the cars not charging. Very frustrating when it’s a requirement and the reason we booked here. Would like to see that managed better

The minute I booked the hotel and asked few queries the staff able to replied me effectively. I have asked about the room, transportation from Heathrow Airport, halal food restaurant eyc. I booked 1 twin sharing bed and one family room! The family room has a big space and 2 big hi tech TV! It’s only 10-15 minutes to Heathrow Airport. The check in also very easy and the room was very comfy and quiet. The booking for our taxi to Heathrow also easier as we booked from the hotel kiosk.
