I stayed for 3 days in Aug 2024 , the room was really neat and clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The location is amazing , the bus stop is right in front of the hotel and there were good few halal food options around the hotel. Specially loved their outdoor sitting area. Will definitely be staying again

I had booked for 1 week but ended up checking out earlier as got invited by a friend to come and stay with her for the rest of the days and the staff were not aware of the policy regarding cancellation of remaining days of booking and specially the refund policy. In the end though the things got sorted so no biggie.

Nice design and good rooms. Facility’s were also good and the late check out was good.

Staff a little unprofessional and the location is poor.

Some great touches: automatic movement-sensor night-light under the bed, and the low-light switch for the bathroom at night. Funky but inclusive bar/restaurant, with good self-purchase food and drink options (although the prosecco at the bar was £10.50 per 200ml as opposed to £7.90 from the self-service fridge adjacent... ).

The early morning shuttle bus to Heathrow was a bit hairy getting on to, as by the time it came around to the Moxy, it was almost full up, and the driver said he couldn't take any more luggage. All was well in the end (for us at the head of the queue, at least), and I know it's not the Moxy's problem but it made for a stressful end to a great stay.

We were very comfortable here and close to the airport. It was a last minute reservation after our other room didn't work out. The staff were nice and especially Shawn the front desk manager was friendly and super helpful. The room was a bit small but it was quiet and even though we were practically on top of the airport - which worked out well for our flight - we weren't bothered by noise from planes. The breakfast buffet is great, the lobby/restaurant area is comfortable to hang out in and it's fun that they have games.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, the breakfast was great with plenty of options. The bar was 24/7 which is ideal, as well as having access to games and entertainment. There was also a shop in the lobby (although rather expensive). Great location for getting to Twickenham stadium and central london. Parking on site.

No extra pillows in the room, we had to request these in reception, also the price of items in the shop in the lobby was extortionate. The bed was also too soft for my liking, but my partner liked it. Had issues with the barrier to get into parking as a car was parked on the other side, then a car pulled up behind me and the barrier had already closed. And as the entrance backs onto a busy main road, we were stuck for a while.

Staff at the reception is extremelly helpful and supportive. Booking was fast and easy. I like the place when you can seat in the evening and work or talk with friends/colleagues. Breakfast - is simple buffet, however you can find sth regardless if you are vegie or meat-lover. Very tasty bajgels bread :). Price/Value is more than average/very good. Was a very plesant stay.

Well - at this price point nothing. Maybe if the room were a bit bigger - then would be awesome...:) Location is far from the center or conference center (but there is good public transport, so only take a correction for extra time to spend commuting).

The vibe of the place is one of the best aspects of this hotel; it doesn’t try too hard, it simply is cool. I strongly recommend a drink at the bar just to soak up the vibe but the coolness extends to the hotel room itself too. Even the cards reminding you not to smoke in the room were different. Despite being right next to the airport the plane noise is barely audible. The housekeeping didn’t mind me grabbing a few more coffees, and were always polite and nice when we passed them in the corridor. All staff were great actually — I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman who checked us in and checked us out but he was lovely.

The only thing I can think of improving is for housekeeping to give a bit more tea/coffee; we had a two night stay but only had two sachets of coffee. It’s only a really minor thing, though — which says a lot about how good this hotel is!

The Moxy was great. Friendly staff, nice room, good location. This was a perfect place to stay for me. I was traveling on my own and the location and the building felt very safe. The room was cute. I was pleasantly surprised to find USB outlets to charge devices, coming from outside the UK this was nice to see knowing that I didnt need to buy a wall adapter. Theres also a Tesco Express next to the Moxy. Will definitely recommend to family and friends - and would stay here again!

The airport shuttle from Heathrow isn't included in - im not sure if this is a misunderstanding that i had or not (at the time of my stay one way was £6.80 - so it was affordable). Its a hotel hoppa/bus which is great, but the day of my stay i was told it broke down and didnt arrive between 1218 and 1518. This caused me to not have trust in the shuttle to get me to the airport in time to check in for my flight so I took an Uber. This isn't the Moxy's fault but it did impact my trust in the shuttle provided

The variety of social opportunities with the ping-pong, pool table, restaurant and different sitting areas. Also the health room was nice

The self serve coffee being only available as a freeze dried coffee in hot water The shuttle service to the airport never showed up so I ended up grabbing an Uber Two other groups were also waiting with me and everyone grabbed Ubers Fortunately, the hotel is close to the airport and grabbing an Uber is still an inexpensive convenient option I ended up booking my room with booking.com as it was not available on the BonVoy app so I missed out on getting BonVoy credit

Parking Arrangements. I used the 'Parking Space' app to book and pay for a parking bay at the hotel. When we reached the parking entrance c 9pm , after going through the barrier, the security guy told us that even if we had paid for parking in advance he could not guarantee that a space was available. As senior travellers, this was not what we expected. Fortunately, although the parking bays were all full, we managed to find a space to park our car there overnight but it would have been an unnecessarily very stressful experience if no parking had been available when we arrived ,,,, despite booking a bay in advance.
