The gentleman who runs the lodge is lovely and very friendly calling us Sir and Madam which we loved. We were offered us a cup of tea when we arrived and when he saw how much I was struggling with the stairs he offered us a room on the ground floor which we gladly accepted. The room was compact but the queen bed was very comfortable and the WiFi was good. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good. The breakfast was a lovely experience and we enjoyed cereal followed by a cooked breakfast and toast every day which set us up for the day's adventures in London. Many of the eating places nearby are Indian and Pakistani and on our last night we asked the owner's advice and went to Takaa Tak for a lovely meal with very mild curry, just the way we wanted it. Best of all there was off-street parking where our car sat for the three days of our stay as the Hounslow West tube station was only about 200 m up the road.

It would have been nice to have a slightly bigger room but it was fine.

The property is in a good location and very easy to find. With excellent parking. It’s in nice order and very clean, staff were very friendly and excellent breakfast served in the morning. I will definitely stay here again when dropping off and picking up from Heathrow Airport.

Nothing to dislike.

Firstly staff were excellent and friendly. Hotel was great for price paid . It was clean and bed was comfortable with everything needed for a 2 night stay near to London . Great thing about this property is proximity to Hounslow West underground station ( 4 mins easy walk ) which gets you on Piccadilly line straight into central London. You can park for free at hotel then so easily get to central London and back . There are also many reasonable places to eat and shop so close Breakfast including full English which is included in price is good and plentiful. Not a posh hotel but very good . Thank you Would happily return

Nothing only thing I could mention was that our bathroom was snug but the shower cubicle itself was spacious and good shower.

With close proximity to the station and only 2 stops away from the airport, the location was perfect-especially since we landed late. The staff were incredibly accommodating, attentive and friendly. They served a good English breakfast which thanks to the good weather we had the option to enjoy out in the back garden watching the planes descend or in the breakfast hall. There’s a wide variety of grocers, shops and restaurants in the same street too which covers all needs of you didn’t want to go into the city or order or even just fancied a short walk. I’d definitely recommend this little gem and book there again when going into London -great value for money!

I had stayed at the hotel previously and commented that there was no gluten-free bread although I had requested some. My host bought gluten-free bread AND gf cereal as well and had them ready for me and other guests The breakfast was colossal and served very quickly also. I found the bathroom also spacious, especially the shower. Sainsbury's is next to the station and has many gf products.

I much preferred the room overlooking the garden although it was upstairs. It was quieter and darker and I could open the window. I found it difficult to sleep downstairs as the room overlooked the carpark and was very bright inside even with the curtain shut. Perhaps a blind would be a good edition and also a thin voil curtain so people can't look into the room from the carpark in the day time. It is really refreshing to have a garden in which to sit so close to the city.

The room was so fresh and clean , I haven’t actually been to such a nice property on this price , everything was well done , very nice big beautiful garden to chill, breakfast spot on , the breakfast was nice full English , the car park is big and I could easily park my car , free WiFi is a bonus and also the train station and shops are just two minutes walk , exceptional place with very friendly staff members and owners , I would come here soon when I visit hownslow.

The staff were warm and welcoming. We are able to get an early check in without issue. There is a lovely back garden where we sat and ate our dinner, had a couple of drinks into the evening and even got to have a snuggle with the cutest little dog. It was lovely to have instead of being in a room all evening. For breakfast that is included we assumed it would be a standard continental breakfast, but they came to our table and took our orded and cooked us a fresh breakfast. 10/10 we will stay here again on our next trip to the UK.

The location was ideal. Close to shops and public transport. With the underground. A few minutes walk away. Despite this there was no outside noises. Breakfast options were great. Especially full English breakfast for my 10 days stay. Staff are very attentive. Especially “Cuan”. Who seemed to be running things. He was everywhere..! Great people skills and will see this business, becomes successful

Bathroom was clean and modern. Shower was small. But workable. Occasional noisy neighbour, returning to bedroom late at night. Banging room doors.

Easy to find; 5 mins drive from junction 3 of the M4, ample free parking, 2 mins walk from Hounslow West tube station (20-25 mins into Central London), and 10 mins walk to Hounslow High St in the other direction. There are plenty of places to eat in walking distance too. Lovely, helpful staff; nothing was too much trouble. Cooked breakfast was excellent, and our stay was brilliant value for money. The road outside is busy, but I had ear plugs, so there was no issue there for me. Strange to have the sink and vanity mirror outside the very tiny bathroom, but we made it work. Our room was clean and spacious, and it had everything we needed.

The property is a little rough round the edges in places, but my friend and I both said we'd happily stay again.

The customer service is excellent and they can't do enough for you. It was very clean and the breakfast is excellent. Showers were also excellent good water pressure and easy to operate even for a simpleton like me. FR

The rooms are very small and there was a slight bumpy patch that had been painted over in the wall possible damp and the bathroom drain smelled even though the bathroom itself was absolutely spotlessly clean. The door into
