Check-in was very easy. In the room had everything I needed for a quick overnight stay including a hot water, kettle, and some coffee. Even a biscuit. They were decent toiletries in the bathroom and plenty of towels. A four minute walk from the train station, which was a seven minute ride to Heathrow.

I did not mind, but the room was quite small and you could not completely open up the bathroom door. Larger people might have problems with that. Weather was decent, but I did not notice any air conditioning. There was a fan supplied, which was a nice touch.

Customer care and service was excellent and in this respect a special thanks to Raj on reception. He politely and diligently responded to my requests for room service. On arrival helped with my luggage and ensured that there were sufficient provisions - tea,coffee,water etc. Overall the hotel met my expectations and was good value. Proximity to LHR was an added benefit with just a few stops on the Piccadilly Line from LHR.

As indicated in other reviews, room size was small. The door to the ensuite showeroom could not be fully opened due to the amount of space taken up by the double bed! 'Fatties' like me have difficulty fitting through the door to the ensuite and that applies also to the shower access/screen! Pillows were a little lumpy. These flaws don't outweigh the good aspects - value,staff service and location close to LHR.

Staff who greeted me was very helpful, he even carried my suitcase upstairs. The room had a fan which was great to keep coll in the heat wave.

The room card didn't work when i got there, the kind maintenance man let me in and told me it would be sorted later that evening and it wasn't. No-one was at reception the next morning, so i left a note asking them to contact me with my contact number, to sort the room card, as i was staying for 2 nights and you needed it to gain access to the property, no one called me, i also messaged the hotel via booking.com to contact me and again no-one got back to me. However when i arrived at the hotel, having to leave work early to resolve the situation, there was a lady on reception who handed me the room card, so all was resolved. Just wished that they would have got back to me either by phone or through booking.com so i knew i could get into the building and room.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The hosts greeted me with the kind of warmth you don’t expect when you’re traveling. It’s rare to find somewhere that feels this welcoming. The room was spotless, with a super comfortable bed, soft lighting, and thoughtful little touches everywhere. Location-wise, it’s perfect. Quiet, safe street, just a short walk to Hounslow station, and only minutes from Heathrow. All in all, this place exceeded every expectation. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area. Highly recommended!

The room gets very hot in the summer. You get a fan which was amazing, but still very hot. Not 100% clean, but clean enough to live for a while, bed had some stains. Very bright light early in the morning, which we were not able to block out.

What a great hotel staff are fantastic, a great breakfast cooked fresh by a lovely lady. My wife managed to leave her Kindle behind and when we rang they had found it and it was posted out to us registered delivery and she received it this morning. Would recommend them anytime and will certainly use them for a base for Twickenham and will also use them when working any where near.

Nothing it was just a great stay far better than the likes of Premier Inn

We met with the owner, Kabir Alex, and it was a great experience. He made us feel very welcomed and really elevated our trip. Met great people and had amazing conversation. The stay itself was very comfortable.

There was 1 female reception who didn't really talk much and gave off the feeling that she did not want to be there helping us out.

I had a great stay at the hotel! Everything was clean and comfortable, but what truly stood out was the amazing service. Rajan at the front desk was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. He made the check-in process smooth and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Thank you, Rajan – you really made our stay special!

The staff on reception were really friendly and helpful. The room wasn't huge but it had everything I needed and the bed was really comfortable. Tea, coffee, biscuits, TV, toiletries as you'd expect.

You could pay for parking, which was around the corner. I parked on the road for free but it was a bit of a stomp in the dark and rain!
