Check-in was very easy. In the room had everything I needed for a quick overnight stay including a hot water, kettle, and some coffee. Even a biscuit. They were decent toiletries in the bathroom and plenty of towels. A four minute walk from the train station, which was a seven minute ride to Heathrow.

I did not mind, but the room was quite small and you could not completely open up the bathroom door. Larger people might have problems with that. Weather was decent, but I did not notice any air conditioning. There was a fan supplied, which was a nice touch.

Staff who greeted me was very helpful, he even carried my suitcase upstairs. The room had a fan which was great to keep coll in the heat wave.

The room card didn't work when i got there, the kind maintenance man let me in and told me it would be sorted later that evening and it wasn't. No-one was at reception the next morning, so i left a note asking them to contact me with my contact number, to sort the room card, as i was staying for 2 nights and you needed it to gain access to the property, no one called me, i also messaged the hotel via booking.com to contact me and again no-one got back to me. However when i arrived at the hotel, having to leave work early to resolve the situation, there was a lady on reception who handed me the room card, so all was resolved. Just wished that they would have got back to me either by phone or through booking.com so i knew i could get into the building and room.

What a great hotel staff are fantastic, a great breakfast cooked fresh by a lovely lady. My wife managed to leave her Kindle behind and when we rang they had found it and it was posted out to us registered delivery and she received it this morning. Would recommend them anytime and will certainly use them for a base for Twickenham and will also use them when working any where near.

Nothing it was just a great stay far better than the likes of Premier Inn

Great personnel, comfortable bed, fresh new bed linen and towels, full size toilet and walk-in shower with good hot and cold water. Good quality blind on the window, it's important for me to sleep in total darkness. Loads of good aspects for the solo salesman in transit, and price-wise great value, compared to the many neighbours catering for the nearby airport. Would have said top marks if not for one minor drawback

The room door may need some soundproofing, I stayed in the room right next to the stairs to the cellar bar, and on one night it was extremely busy and noisy till quite early in the morning.

Very helpful ahead of time when I called re parking Excellent staff - By far the friendliest staff I have experienced and I travel with work often. From check-in, to accessing my room through to breakfast and checkout. The breakfast was quick and tasted great, the team who cooked it and waited on me were great Big rooms, huge bed. Very good room.

The only aspect stopping a 10/10 was trying to sleep. I was in room 2 which I believe is by the door to the garden area and also en route to the kitchen. It was noisy until about half midnight. The room door need to be upgraded and made sound proof. The blinds could also be improved - Light still comes in from outside from lighting.

We met with the owner, Kabir Alex, and it was a great experience. He made us feel very welcomed and really elevated our trip. Met great people and had amazing conversation. The stay itself was very comfortable.

There was 1 female reception who didn't really talk much and gave off the feeling that she did not want to be there helping us out.

The staff on reception were really friendly and helpful. The room wasn't huge but it had everything I needed and the bed was really comfortable. Tea, coffee, biscuits, TV, toiletries as you'd expect.

You could pay for parking, which was around the corner. I parked on the road for free but it was a bit of a stomp in the dark and rain!

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was really helpful and good. Especially, the staff named Rajan was very helpful and quick with his actions

The room was one the 3rd floor and the facility doesn't have any stairs. My 63 year old mom had to get up and down the stairs every day.

The staff were very welcoming from the moment we arrived to our check out. Alex & Gary really looked after us, even putting out extra snacks on the bar for our return from the 6 nations match we attended. Close to train station, shops, pubs and convenient for our visit to Twickenham.

Would have been nice to have a full length mirror in bedroom space.
