Beautifully proportioned and appointed rooms with a high standard of fixtures and fittings. Superb location (for the stadium)

The heating ventilation system was very poor. Our first room would not go below 25.7 ° C despite the attentions of an engineer who assured us it would drop 15 minutes after his ministrations: it didn’t! The reception staff promptly offered us another room but this was at 29.4 ° C with the same settings on our first room: we stayed in the first room and spent a very uncomfortable night struggling to breath!

Ideal location for a rugby match The drop off 20min stay is ideal for off loading luggage as the carpark is the opposite end of the stadium Work being carried out so reception on first floor but was efficient Food ok but not fab though within walking distance there are plenty of bars and other options

We paid for pitch view and got it though we couldn’t have the door open to the stands The room is a decent size as it’s the dining room and a bedroom next to it, there was a fridge in the dining room however nothing in it (would expect at least a couple of soft drinks for the price paid) There were stains on the carpets and the shower cubicle was raised then the door didn’t seal properly so big puddle of water on the floor Because the reception is on the first floor while work being done at hotel the bar area was a little cramped

I came to stay on the Friday before Big Game on the Saturday. Everything was perfect, the staff were lovely and so kind and helpful. I couldn't have asked for more.

Having to park my car in the North Car Park and walk back took me a long time as I have severe mobility issues. I did know this before I came to stay but it is the only thing that made staying at the hotel hard for me and would love it if there was an option to park nearer with my Blue Badge. I suspect it cant be changed but it is a shame for those of us with these issues trying to live a normal life as much as possible.

Our return flight to the States coincided with Heathrow's electrical sub-station fire, so we had to stay in London one extra day. This Radisson is close enough to Heathrow, which was convenient considering we were not sure if we were going to be rebooked on another flight, as ours was cancelled. The place is what you'd expect from a "business" hotel, except this property caters primarily to Rugby fans, which I'm one, so it was a bonus for me. The price of our stay was very reasonable. The dinner and breakfast restaurants are moderately priced and suit the needs of a hungry family.

Because of availability issues due to the Heathrow blackout, we were placed in an Accesible Room (handicap). The bathroom didn't have a shower curtain, so water went everywhere. If you've never been given an Accessible Room, beware of the hazards of a slippery bathroom floor. But at least we got a clean room, given the fact that over 1,300 flights out of Heathrow were cancel on the day we checked in.

Breakfast was great, food was fresh and a large selection to choose from, hotel was clean and staff friendly. We stayed as we were attending a match so couldn't ask for a better location and price was fair for the location.

Asked for a lower positioned room as claustrophobic in lifts, sadly wasn't made aware of renovations and no stairs available so made it uncomfortable getting to the higher floor. Staff were helpful and friendly and room was spotless, facilities in the room great, only feedback would be provide more than one coffee/tea per person.

Everything! From the minute we stepped into the hotel we were greeted with warmth and kindness. The staff couldn't do enough, explained the parking and the details of the spa/pool which was close by. The room was excellent and so quiet it was unbelievable. The food in the restaurant for dinner was lovely and they dealt with my allergy very professional making me feel very secure. The hotel's breakfast was also very good and very clean with fresh food. I requested Oat milk and the staff retrieved this super quick.

The bed was a little hard and small but only a minor thing

Having 3 room changes due to various problems was a bit horrendous but the staff were amazing. We eventually ended up in a pitch view room. Amazing, but very cold !! Blankets and heaters helped with that 😁 Staff went above and beyond to make things right. Breakfast was really good and being right at the stadium made our match day perfect !

Having to change rooms 3 times. Radisson have taken over this hotel and are renovating rooms. It was only little things, like broken shower doors and non working ti's, but when you travel to a hotel these are the things you actually don't expect.

When we were checking in the very friendly man behind reception asked us why we were visiting and when I said it was my partners birthday and we were going to watch the rugby he went away and upgraded us to the best room in the hotel! Not only that when we came back that evening there were two cheesecakes and chocolates and strawberries in our room! The bed was super comfy. The room was amazing! The staff were all friendly. The manager was super helpful. All in all it turned a good weekend into an absolutely, unforgettable weekend which we will never forget. Thank you.

The location is ideal if you want to be outside London and want to go in via public transport. The staff are excellent and very helpful. I had a couple of meals in the bar and that was quiet and relaxing. I stopped there overnight on my journey back to Germany.

The breakfast was a bit expensive but that is a niggle. I went to Tescos around the corner or the Whitton cafe. For people who like healthy breakfast it would be good but I wanted the full English. The staff there in the breakfast room were helpful too.

Fantastic location. Super quiet rooms. Comfy bed and felt really safe. The bar was good for pre and post drinks and a reasonable price.

Expensive as it was match day (more than double the price). Lack of teas, coffees in room. One pack of biscuits between 2…only decaf sachets. Felt for the price that this was a little thing they could have sorted. Expensive parking (£32) as it was match day. Had to ask a fair few stewards/staff to try and help with finding this. I had emailed ahead to ask for a postcode/info but didn’t get anything apart from- come to the main entrance. Unsure why the bar served in plastic cups as it wasn’t overly busy and can’t take the drinks outside. Let it down a bit and not expected for a Radisson and over £200 stay.
