I didn't know there was a breakfast but I liked the kitchen.

It was -4 and my fingers were numb - no reply to doorbell and I was struggling to get the code up on my phone. Would be good to warn people that they won't be able to get into the building without it.

Firstly, the staff is welcoming and helpful. As it was the first opening week, I even got offered a glass of prosecco and chocolate on my arrival! The room.had everything I needed, and even more with the kitchen. That was a nice surprise. Finally, the location of the hotel is just perfect, near the Riverside. It feels very safe and I highly recommend this place. I will come back again!

Lovely, comfy bed and a great bathroom plus good location.

We booked one of the larger double studio rooms with river view, but it was still quite a small room and the room was sort of setback in the building, so your view of the river was through a fairly narrow window,, past large sections of building, essentially a wide gap looking toward the river, not as pictured on booking.com or imagined from the images on the site - the view was kinda disappointing as we'd paid the higher rate for the larger room with what we thought would be lovely wide riverview - however fairly decent value for the money, but not what we expected.

The view from my room was gorgeous, I had a view of the river from my second floor room. The bathroom, although compact was well designed and exceptionally clean. The staff were wonderful. The wooden floor added a nice touch. The kitchenette was discreetly hidden in a closet.

There is no lift or porter so I suppose it's a weekend retreat, not a long stay one as luggage would pose a problem. Luckily the receptionist was so kind and very strong and took my luggage up for me. The sheets and pillows need to be improved. If I do stay next time I will bring my own pillowcases.

The location of the Nox Richmond was brilliant! Right in the thick of all the restaurants and attractions. It is so close to the riverside that everything was an easy stroll. Richmond is such a beautiful location, just outside of London with excellent transport links to get in to the city if you needed/wanted to. Our rooms were compact, however we understood that when booking so this is not a detraction for us, and they were beautifully appointed. We loved that it had a fridge and a kettle so we could make teas and coffees. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend for others to stay here.

There is no lift in this property, so if you are like us, and at the end of a long trip around Europe, our bags were heavy so getting them up 2 flights of stairs was a bit of a mission. However, for those that don't have heavy bags or are strong, this should not be a problem! I don't have any other issues

Tight space but great facilities. I appreciated the iron, small ironing board and hairdryer. Bed was very comfy and linen was spotless. Heater was ideal. Easy to use to control room temp. Thank you for the milk pods - brilliant for an initial cuppa. Fabulous location. Besides meeting friends to eat out, I did some shopping, went to the cinema and watched Twelfth Night at The Orange Tree Theatre.

No table. A wall hanging, fold out table would have been useful instead of one of the two wall mirrors. The position of the bathroom tap made it difficult to wash my face therefore water did end up on the floor. Signal for TV and when using Netflix was a bit inconsistent.

Great location 5 minutes to riverside, a lot of coffee shops, restaurants around,freshly refurbished hotel, clean room, comfy beds. Nice clean bathroom. Small kitchenette if you want to make breakfast yourself with frying pan, plates, cups, coffee, tea bags, etc. There is ironing board and iron as well. Well done. A/c in the room. !!! Just be aware that TRIPLE rooms are only on the ground or basement floor, and it is not listed anywhere before booking.

Very weird long tap with tiny sink, if you turn on water your can have wet feet 😜.

This was my first stay at a NOX hotel, and although I initially had some concerns due to the mixed reviews I’d read, it turned out to be an excellent choice—we absolutely LOVED it! The location is fantastic—close to shops, cafes, and just a short walk from Richmond Park. It’s also very convenient for transportation, with the station only a 10-minute walk away. Our room had a lovely view, and we enjoyed waking up to it every morning. The design of the room was modern and tasteful, and it was surprisingly spacious. The inclusion of a kitchenette was a major plus—we could easily microwave food, make tea, and feel right at home. Smart TV allows to watch YouTube or movies but not only TV channels. The room was cleaned daily, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive. They went above and beyond, even allowing us to store our luggage before the check-in time, which made our arrival so much easier. The checkout process was also impressively quick and hassle-free. Overall, this experience exceeded our expectations, and we’d happily stay here again!

I was not able to turn off bathroom extractor fan and it's a bit loud at night for those who doesn't sleep tight. As far as I understood it turns on and off automatically.

The hotel is situated away from the main attractions in London (close to Kew Gardens) which suited us fine as we were in London to take part in a parkrun event in Richmond Park (20min walk from the hotel - can get a lovely stroll there!). The hotel was very stylish and modern. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful (had twin shower heads!). Great to have a kitchenette tucked in the cupboard - had a hob, microwave, saucepan, toaster, cutlery and crockery. Richmond appears to be an affluent and quiet area but the hotel was very reasonably priced for our stay. Would happily stay there again

Such a great spot. My only issue was I could hear all the activities outside my room. Maybe because I was in a basement room.
