Firstly, the staff is welcoming and helpful. As it was the first opening week, I even got offered a glass of prosecco and chocolate on my arrival! The room.had everything I needed, and even more with the kitchen. That was a nice surprise. Finally, the location of the hotel is just perfect, near the Riverside. It feels very safe and I highly recommend this place. I will come back again!

I didn't know there was a breakfast but I liked the kitchen.

It was -4 and my fingers were numb - no reply to doorbell and I was struggling to get the code up on my phone. Would be good to warn people that they won't be able to get into the building without it.

Lovely, comfy bed and a great bathroom plus good location.

We booked one of the larger double studio rooms with river view, but it was still quite a small room and the room was sort of setback in the building, so your view of the river was through a fairly narrow window,, past large sections of building, essentially a wide gap looking toward the river, not as pictured on booking.com or imagined from the images on the site - the view was kinda disappointing as we'd paid the higher rate for the larger room with what we thought would be lovely wide riverview - however fairly decent value for the money, but not what we expected.

Tight space but great facilities. I appreciated the iron, small ironing board and hairdryer. Bed was very comfy and linen was spotless. Heater was ideal. Easy to use to control room temp. Thank you for the milk pods - brilliant for an initial cuppa. Fabulous location. Besides meeting friends to eat out, I did some shopping, went to the cinema and watched Twelfth Night at The Orange Tree Theatre.

No table. A wall hanging, fold out table would have been useful instead of one of the two wall mirrors. The position of the bathroom tap made it difficult to wash my face therefore water did end up on the floor. Signal for TV and when using Netflix was a bit inconsistent.

This was my first stay at a NOX hotel, and although I initially had some concerns due to the mixed reviews I’d read, it turned out to be an excellent choice—we absolutely LOVED it! The location is fantastic—close to shops, cafes, and just a short walk from Richmond Park. It’s also very convenient for transportation, with the station only a 10-minute walk away. Our room had a lovely view, and we enjoyed waking up to it every morning. The design of the room was modern and tasteful, and it was surprisingly spacious. The inclusion of a kitchenette was a major plus—we could easily microwave food, make tea, and feel right at home. Smart TV allows to watch YouTube or movies but not only TV channels. The room was cleaned daily, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive. They went above and beyond, even allowing us to store our luggage before the check-in time, which made our arrival so much easier. The checkout process was also impressively quick and hassle-free. Overall, this experience exceeded our expectations, and we’d happily stay here again!

I was not able to turn off bathroom extractor fan and it's a bit loud at night for those who doesn't sleep tight. As far as I understood it turns on and off automatically.

The hotel is situated away from the main attractions in London (close to Kew Gardens) which suited us fine as we were in London to take part in a parkrun event in Richmond Park (20min walk from the hotel - can get a lovely stroll there!). The hotel was very stylish and modern. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful (had twin shower heads!). Great to have a kitchenette tucked in the cupboard - had a hob, microwave, saucepan, toaster, cutlery and crockery. Richmond appears to be an affluent and quiet area but the hotel was very reasonably priced for our stay. Would happily stay there again

Such a great spot. My only issue was I could hear all the activities outside my room. Maybe because I was in a basement room.

Noise

Clean, modern, compact but comfortable for two. I booked family room with two beds and more space with my 11 year old. Not much space but it worked for few days. It was warm at cold weather, appreciated, and allthough not much soundproof, no noisy guests. Good Location Richmond has everything at short walking distance. Beautiful area, zone 6 on underground but quick access District line, overground and national rail fast service to Clapham Junction/Victoria/Waterloo or out of London.

Paid extra to have courtyard/garden view purposely to have daylight. There is no garden, and room in basement below street level. View was plastic leaf wall, not much day light. Small rooms, not much floor space. If you're light and late sleeper expect cleaning sounds and doors banging in the morning. Could hear lightly conversation and TV sounds from rooms next door but luckily guests were quiet and respectful. Little kitchenette requires bowls or soup plates, small spoons, sharper knives, bottle opener and wine bottle opener. Closed lid bin for smells. And folding drying rack for dishes would be handy.

Excellent value for money accommodation. Close to classy shops and only 15 minutes from the Train Station which takes you quickly into the centre of London. I stayed in a triple room with my 11 year old. Facilities were perfect for our short stay, enabling us to eat in for a couple of snacky meals. Lovely hot shower. Really friendly reception staff. All very private. We stayed in a ground floor studio and were not disturbed by any noises ( unlike some I'd read in other reviews) Slept really well in a comfy bed. Will definitely return to this accommodation in the future.

Really great location, just a few minutes' walk from the station and lots of shops/restaurants. There's also a bus stop less than a minute's walk away which is handy. Bed was really comfy and staff were lovely. Hotel was really clean and have been decorated to a high standard.

Kitchen could have been stocked with some wine glasses. Hot tub in lower-floor studio is great but it's really, really loud and we found that it made the floor really wet. We didn't know if we were able to use it after 10pm, which is when hotel quiet hours are. Speaking of quiet - the bar outside was playing loud music until about 1am. Not really a problem for us but beware if you are staying in the hotel with kids as it might keep them awake. As there is a lot of empty space in the middle of the studio, a small dining table might be nice.
