Spa was fabulous We ate in the restaurant which was good also.

We had a basic room in the basement which was noisy when the deliveries came in early hours. Also bathroom was across a corridor which was OK but the fire doors were so heavy it made a loud noise and kept waking us up. We also didn't realise we had to pay extra for the spa as we thought we would stay on an hour after check out......

the room was nice, clean, it has robes which are useful for spa :) Stuff in the restaurant are very helpful, as well as in spa section :)

the more experienced stuff was amazing, but two of younger members of stuff at the reception were not so great. The cleaner didn;'t show up (not great but not a biggie) and I said we need the bin to be emptied, which was ignored till the more experienced member of stuff took care of it 2 hour later. I also explained I'd appreciated coffee capsules, and since the receptionist said she'll have to do it herself, I even said after 15 minutes I can collect it myself, and only then she reacted. We weren't asked if we need clean towels, water which is normally left in the room by the cleaner. However the more experienced members of stuff were exceptionally helpful and ultra nice.

The hotel itself is exquisite; the design was utterly faultless, and we were exceptionally lucky to arrive over the warm spell in April, so made full use of the spa and even got the sun on our faces when we were in the hot tub. We also had a wonderfully attentive young female member of the wait staff make our evening meal a really enjoyable experience. Plus, the cocktails and dark chocolate torte dessert were delightful!

Because it was a birthday stay, I had notified the hotel of this before arriving and they said it was "noted". Most places I have stayed previously would make sure there was a treat for a birthday, even if it's as small as a card in the room and a chocolate on the bed, so I was a little disappointed that the Harbour Hotel & Spa Richmond didn't cater to this. Additionally, information wasn't offered that freely at reception, so we had to ask a few questions to understand how to access the internet, when the restaurant was open, and what gym and spa facilities were available to us.

We wanted to have a drink before going to the spa. We walked to the restaurant and waited to be sit.. I made eye contact with TWO waitress which they just turned their face and didn’t even acknowledge us. We left and we went to get a drink outside the place. One thing that they could add to the room is providing toiletries set such as toothbrush and toothpaste. We had to move the coffee machine out from the wardrobe because we had to plug it in. We were able to move it but it was a bit uncomfortable to do it. What if someone will drop it..

Location was perfect close to richmond park, next to a bus stop which takes you direct into the town. The facilities include a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi’s (included) spa/massage (which is paid) but well worth it & friendly welcoming staff every member we came across were friendly and very knowledgeable.

The shower screen was too small for the size of shower so water seeped out whilst showering which made the floor wet through. Nothing major but the wardrobe door when opening hits the main door mechanism at the top which if your unaware can give a bang and make you jump.

Management needs to put more people on check in and out—there were ridiculous queues for both. It is sad that they haven’t worked this out—second visit that we’ve seen the same issues, and unfair to staff and guests. The spa was heaving (Fri/Sat eve) and out of towels, the sauna and steam room packed, hot tubs packed, more people arriving with small kids, and staff struggling everywhere to cope with the numbers of people coming through. Sorry to leave a bad review but this really is a bizarre issue at such a potentially lovely place.

Hotel & Spa on the 13th-14th of February. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from Richmond Park, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. The spa amenities were incredible, offering a truly relaxing experience. However, it does get a bit overcrowded at times, especially when waiting for the jacuzzi. That said, everything else—from the facilities to the overall ambiance—was great. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay, just be prepared for peak-time spa crowds!

Stylish and beautiful hotel, superior double room is spacious and cosy, nice design. Lots of little details in the room to make a stay comfortable such as coffee machine, minibar, gin glasses, bath robe, iron, iron board. Situated in a nice area right in front of Richmond Hill, we took a nice walk around, it was a delight, plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants around. About 25 min walk to the tube. Obviously, one of the features of the hotel is SPA, good size swimming pool, steam room and sauna (on a small side), outdoor hot tubs are lovely but there are just 2 of them and they are not big enough, so they're busy most of the time.

Reception NEVER answers the phone. I wanted to make changes in my booking, they didn't answer to my message or the phone calls. At check out day there was no hot water in our room, so we could not take a shower before leaving which was annoying and we could not ask for maintenance because reception didn't reply to phone calls. Huge queue for check-out, literally spent 20 min in the queue. No slippers in the room, had to go to the SPA bare feet, SPA is overcrowded because apparently they let people visit SPA from outside, so there are not only hotel guests. But the SPA is not designed for so many people. If these things didn't happen (reception not answering calls, hot water availability, lack of slippers) the stay would have been wonderful!

Excellent location for Richmond Park and Thames views, both less than five minutes away. No parking issues and always got a space. 7 minute drive to the Tube which has an NCP car park attached. Excellent food served for breakfast, quiet location and hotel. Beautiful pool. Great room facilities, high quality comfortable beds.

Pillows not to my preference, found these really uncomfortable. Major let down was the restricted pool access for children. Children not allowed in after 6pm and we had wanted to do a lane swim after a day trip.

The spa facilities were so relaxing, outdoor jacuzzi garden was a highlight and the price was excellent value (spa use was inclusive throughout the stay). Location is excellent, close to the Thames and Richmond Park for beautiful walks. Room was very comfortable and spacious with a retro and slightly quirky style.

Restaurant food was on the expensive side for ordinary quality and limited choice. My suite was an awkward shape, with bathroom down a corridor behind a door that wouldn't stay open. The outdoor spa facilities got very crowded at times (especially during family time in the pool when all the grown-ups without kids would go outside). These are small quibbles though, overall an extremely enjoyable stay.
