The location was great for Wimbledon and good value for money. Ripley is lovely, nice restaurants and pubs etc

The room at the front was next to the road and noisy but Kim very kindly moved us to a quieter room at the back. There’s no reception but that suited us fine and Kim was very responsive to our emails

The staff were extremely understanding and helpful, you've gained another customer for when (and if) I need to stay again. If I had the money and tipping was accepted I'd have given a tip for outstanding support and customer service. I appreciate you! If you have something going on the next morning whether it's an important meeting or work, speak to the staff, explain your situation and they will cooperate with you. All anyone would want is honesty I had to leave for work at 6am, my bag was already packed ready to be taken to a safe place, went back around 11am and all I had to do was describe what it looks like and they went and got it without any hesitation. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures but the room is extremely cosy If for any reason you have toilet issues, the bed is right next to the bathroom so there is no issues You even get offered food on arrival what more could you possibly want? The TV even has subtitles for those who have hearing loss (I'm deaf myself) All in all I thoroughly enjoyed myself

Only thing was the distance as I was travelling to work and having anxiety doesn't help

Property set in a lovely village. Pubs beneath is lovely too. First night was quiet (as most pubs are midweek in the current climate). Second night was busy customers were all friendly to had a great night. Rooms were lovely as well. We brought food back and late and the staff were even more than happy to provide all plates and cutlery the lot. Even rang us to tell us we forgot stuff and holding for our return back down there

Everything was great.

The room was clean, close to a wildlife area, quiet, friendly welcome. Tea and coffee facilities, WiFi and TV, off street parking. Not far from the M25, so easy to find. Evening meals are generous and filling. Quiet country pub atmosphere.

Breakfast no longer served, but there are plenty of nearby cafes serving breakfast within a five minute walk.

Great location in the charming village of Ripley. Quiet, spacious, spotless and comfortable room, with all modern conveniences and old world features. Perfect stay with free parking, I will return on my next visit to the area.

Parking tricky to find and busy but lucky to find a space. Room did not have a decent plug socket which enabled me to dry my hair. All sockets close to floor as its an old property and no suitable mirror.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Helped with luggage. When car battery flat helped start with jump leads. good location close to village cricket ground. Sense of character of the pub. Lovely old prints. Books of history of pub and area.

No chair(s) in bedroom. No full length/mirror in bedroom

Very quiet and comfortable . Very accommodating attitude of managerial staff. Local people exceptionally helpful to strangers to the town.

I thought I had booked to have a bathroom but it was a shower room. More detailed advance information about how to access the car park at the back would have been helpful on a dark night.

Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Parking at the back of the pub was fine, next to the village park. Very quiet and dark at night, comfy bed, very very clean and private.

Didnt bother us, but the extractor fan in the shower room didnt work.

Very friendly reception upon arrival. Kim is so friendly and helpful. Room is quite adequate and bathroom is a good size. The pub is attached and provides tasty, meals at reasonable prices. Pretty area. Parking can be found off the main road at the rear by the park.
