My son and I have just spent 2 nights in a twin room with our own en suite. The room was bright and airy with plenty of storage space. We were there to attend a wedding at Botleys Mansion in Chertsey, so just wanted somewhere close to the venue as a base. The staff Lisa, Becca, Jade and Ollie were friendly and attentive. The pub was very busy with Quiz night but we didn't have to wait long for the food we ordered and it was very good pub food. For breakfast there's a shared kitchen with some cereal if you're a breakfast person, we didn't use it as we just had the tea and coffee that was available in the room. The mattresses were soft but very comfortable for me and my son. I would recommend the Station to anyone who needs to be in the area who needs a base overnight. There's parking spaces free and West Byfleet station is immediately at the across from the pub. A lovely green park area was seen from our our window, and my son took a late walk and was delighted to see 3 foxes there. Thank you to the team for making us feel so welcome 😁

I have no complaints, it was as I expected it to be. A busy lively pub with basic clean accommodation.

Heather and the pub staff were AMAZING! Everyone was kind and helpful. It was very clean and well decorated. The food at the pub was great.

The housekeeper was turse, inattentive, dismissive, and rude. The kitchen was locked several days when it was meant to be open. The coffee and tea supplies in my room were never restocked. I asked for a new Kettle because it was gross, moldy and filmy. She told me to just rinse it with water. That's normal. I disagree. Kindness is free. It doesn't cost you anything.

A lovely stay here. The bar is fabulous with friendly, hard working staff and welcoming locals. I had 2 lovely meals and on a Wednesday night they have a wonderful quiz. The room was quiet and spotless and the ablutions were very clean as well. The location is superb, close to London and Woking but with a country feel. It was worth every penny staying here and i will definitely stay again.

Very convenient place for us to stay as we needed something close by to the station and also to a place we needed to have good access to. Very warm and courteous staff both at the check in Ms. Lisa and at the Pub. Loved the vibes at the Pub.

Odd hour check in can be a bit hassle but if you let them know in advance they are pretty accommodating !

Third stay here as it suits my needs for my visit to Thorpe park and Chessington woa then just across from the train station for my day out in London Booked the on suite room this time and is very comfortable and well worth the extra money

Parking outside the hotel is free but sometimes it gets used by train passengers and is frustrating when there isn’t one available to use

Location. Late check in. own key to door after hours. Quiet at night. Car parking free, great for excursion to London.

Staff a bit loud at 7.30am below room in pub. Noisy fan in bathroom (room 4). Breakfast a bit basic. No blackout curtains. Some orange juice would be nice, but you pay for what you get and £80 midweek is good value.

The property was in a brilliant location, right by the train station. The room was very spacious with everything you need and very comfy beds. Staff were also lovely!

It was brilliant, only downside is that it was a little noisy as the pub stays open until 11. You can also hear the trains going past which may be loud for some guests however, didn’t bother us.

Very easy to access a good road to the South from Penrith , that was important However I found a very good temptation to visit the Penrith castle virtually next door

Had to leave my vehicle on the railway premises without a peace of mind , not sure whether I was breaking the parking rules

Room clean recently decorated. Very close to Station so great for access into London 30 mins. We had a twin room ,beds very comfortable and clean. Breakfast room had cereals and toast and microwave and fridge.

The access to the room when pub is shut was via a side door near smelly overflowing bins. We parked by side gate and went out for the day to find a note saying access to gate was needed. They should take car reg numbers & tell people to not to park there, A sign is needed. No food available on Sundays after 5pm so we had to go elsewhere..

This is good budget accommodation in an area where most other options are quite expensive. I arrived about 10pm, so quite late, but that wasn't a problem as the pub was open until 11pm. The kitchen was closed, but the host kindly pointed out that the takeaway pizza shop opposite was still open, and she let me eat my pizza in the bar. The room was fine, and there was a 'serve yourself' selection of cereals and toast available for breakfast. location was handy for Mercedes-Benz world, where I was attending a conference the next day.
