The location was great for us visiting friends in Weybridge. The room was great but on the ground floor things looked a little run down. Being a pub means it gets a lot of use so the ground floor kind of let things down a little. Breakfast buffet looked pretty ordinary and thus was touch expensive - we ate out - plenty of good options. Plenty or secure, free parking. Having said that we would definitely stay there again as it suits our requirements.

As I said above the carpets etc on the ground floor good do with and update and the breakfast buffet was not so good.

Excellent location, with secure on-site parking. Friendly, welcoming staff and a calm atmosphere in reception. Lovely spacious room, with a huge bed, and comfortable seating; we liked being able to sit at a table in our room.

Hospitality tray in the room was disappointing, and did not match the high standard of everything else. (No biscuits on our first night, then only one pack for two people the next night! Only a couple of teabags, too) I know we could have asked for more, but it's embarrassing and guests shouldn't have to.

Breakfast was a delight and the staff were simply friendly and very efficient making it a very good experience. They were welcoming and chatty which is so important in the hospitality industry. The location is spot on being well located in Weybridge town centre with access to buses and a courtesy phone for a taxi service. The reception staff could not be faulted and helped me with all my requests to my total satisfaction. I will be back for sure!!!

I liked it all!!

The staff were very helpful and always pleasant and professional. The room was clean and had everything that I needed and the bathroom too, esecially as I had been told that I shouldn't book because it was considered cheap but not very good! So it exceeded my expectations on all fronts.

Just a couple of things really the lead on the hairdryer could be approx 6 inches longer as it wasn't comfortable to dry my hair in the mirror and the bath is quite slippery when wet maybe add some extra/better non slip surface.

The room was clean, easy accessible and a good size. Liked the fact that there was table and 2 chairs to sit at and have a coffee or eat a meal. Bathroom was clean, toiletries and towels plentiful. Hot water in abundance for both the shower and bath. My only criticism would be that the light above the mirror could not be turned on/off independently . Breakfast had a good variety, some items could have been hotter but all dietary needs could have been met.

Bed was comfortable and having a bath was a bonus.The bedroom soon warmed up when we turned the radiator on and the towel rail was also heated to keep the bathroom warm. Food was very tasty, we both had the poricini risotto which was piping hot and plentiful. We went down for breakfast relatively early, considering it was a Sunday and the food looked like it had been set out for hours, however, the breakfast staff member was fantastic and immediately ordered me fresh eggs when he saw me prodding the yolks with the tongs!! He was aware of my dietary requirements, (having previously notified the hotel) and advised what I could and couldn't have. They even cooked me separate hash browns! From the receptionist, to the barman, chef and breakfast supervisor, every staff member we came across was cheerful, professional friendly and helpful.

The hotel was really quite cold, which made eating in the bar pretty uncomfortable, as there was no heating on and the fire wasn't lit. Probably why it wasn't very busy. Quality of buffet breakfast - it looked like it had been put out hours before service.

It's very charming and 'old school' hotel, located in a very sweet part of London. Quite safe and great; purpiseful shoppes within walking distance. The staff is extraordinary; especially for a 24hr check-in and I had a midnight flight cancelation at Heathrow, with alot of eoplw scrambling for rooms near the airport. I know others on my flight paid quite a bit more for their accommodations and I feel I got the best stay! It's an easy Uber ride from the airport (£33.00) . The downside for me was that the room was cold and there was no way to regulate heat; old iron radiators were shut. No extra blanket. I slept with extra layers of clothes on and used the thin airplane blanket. Bit chilly. The upside was that there were some specific things I needed and found everything in nearby shoppes. The big deep tub was a big and very welcomed surprise for a hot morning soak during a marathon travel from Boston to Johannesburg.

Clean room in a modern style! Comfortable bed, with nice soft pillows and a nice duvet. Friendly staff members on the front desk who were very helpful. Free parking. Good placed sockets and good amenities in room. Size of room was great for the price too. While definitely stay again.

Room was hot and only had a small fan. No fridge in room, would have been useful. No coat hooks by the door, would have been useful.

It was very conveniently situated for the town centre without being noisy. It was a great bonus to have free car parking much of it in the shade and with widish bays. The courtyard was a nice place to have a drink. The hotel had a pleasant, calm ambience and the staff were very helpful.

Unfortunately, we stayed in exceptionally hot weather and our second floor room was uncomfortably hot. We were provided with a large, noisy fan but would have loved air conditioning! Why do British hotels always have thick duvets in Summer? A sheet and thin blanket or even just a sheet would be lovely.

Location is ideal in town centre. Bedrooms were perfect for our one night stay. Secure car parking undercover if preferred. Quiet. Meals or just drinks and snacks available. Polite, pleasant and efficient staff. Quirky layout, but this is a very old interesting building. Reception area very bright and cheerful with comfortable seating and tables. Couldn’t have wanted for anything extra for our stay.
