I found it a bit difficult to find the way from the station to the hotel, but with help managed it ok. My room was comfortable, quiet and clean. I thoroughly enjoyed the evening meal I had in Oxbow restaurant, with stunning views and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good, but I would have liked having a hot plate for my cooked items, rather than a cold one. As I currently need to use a walking stick, a staff member was kind enough to help me when needed. An enjoyable stay - thank you.

The room was very clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. All the facilities needed were available in the room. The staff were very friendly.

If you don't know the area is very difficult to get your head around how to get into the hotel, due to the work road in the front of the building. The night receptionist was very pleasant and friendly, but may need more training. I was not asked if I have been the hotel guest before. No explanation were given where my room was or description of what was available on the site.

Parking difficult to find, needs better signage or knowledge when booking. Would have liked a “guest” bar area that was quieter. Drinks very expensive and didnt feel like going to the sky lounge when youve just arrived after a long day. Area at reception would of been pleasant to sit by a bar

Tea tray was not refreshed or cleaned, dirty cups and glasses left from day before. Upstairs bar lovely but as travelling alone would be nice if maybe you could have a glass of wine on an evening in the lounge downstairs beside reception so a bit more informal.

Location right at the centre of Woking, great access to the Mall for shopping!! Also great views from the room which was on 17th floor, and even great view from the OXBO restaurant on 21st floor, especially at night!!!!

We enjoyed how friendly all the staff were. The rooms were very clean and the views were lovley.

The food in the OBOX resturaunt was the only downfall. It left both of us feeling a little bit sick.

On arrival i was told that my room had been given away but this got resolved and the sofa bed had not been made up as requested on arrival

The only thing it’s to not try to charge £15 for parking when you can pay yourself only £4 per night at the same car park 😂
