Location excellent for Pirbright army base family day and set in beautiful surroundings.Stayed 2 nights just the two of us visiting the army base. The room was spacious and comfortable with 2 double beds. Clean and oldy world decor. Shower really good though alittle difficult as over bath if any mobility issues. Lovely biscuits and refreshments especially hot chocolate. In beautiful grounds and access to clubhouse for food and drinks if needed though chip shop and Chinese very short drive away. Parking immediately outside. Booked again for pass off parade end of June for the 3 of us this time round.

Walls alittle thin but ok. Toilet noisy when flushing maybe air in pipes.

I have stayed at St George's Lodge on a number of occasions and the accommodation is always excellently prepared. This time around I found that the bathroom had been completely renovated and it was fantastic. I always feel safe and secure at St George's because it is well away from the road and has security barriers for entry and exit. There is plenty of free parking available too. Booking is easy and access via the locked key boxes is easy too. I am usually on my way to Heathrow when I stay and it is only about 25mins to the airport.

Room for 3 adults adequate. Shower brilliant and modern bathroom. Tea/Coffee etc nice touch. Tub chairs really comfy. Location excellent for Pirbright Army camp family day or pass off parade. Parking facilities great. Extension lead provided was necessary.

The mattresses in this room for 3 persons were a bit lumpy and springs noisy though our previous booking in a room for 2 were really comfy Fan light cord was snapped so couldn't use properly but reported to owner. Hairdryer didn't stretch enough to look at the mirror.so used my own. Room at the front alittle darker than rooms at the back think it's due to the overhang roof

I would normally not care about the quality of the accommodation going to Bisley shooting ground but bringing my partner I did not want the accommodation to be a negative experience . St Georges lodge was exactly what I wanted . The moment we opened the door it was above expectations and proved to be a very good start to a interesting time at Bisley shooting ground . We did not expect a gun an cabinet in the wardrobe , that was a nice touch.

St George's Lodge is traditional billet style accommodation. The room was large (two double beds) and very clean. The facilities are basic but functional. Once other guests go to bed it is delightfully peaceful. For this area, it is superb value for money.

Because of its "chalet" style, the walls of the room are thin panels. This does mean that loud voices can disturb the peaceful location until late at night and, again, early in the morning. This, though, is a small sacrifice for an otherwise comfortable stay.

The cleaner was lovely, chatty, helpful & went the extra mile so we could get into our room early. The setting was beautiful & peaceful, really quiet. We watched squirrels playing & walked along a beautifully kept canal & footpaths. Just like being in 'Out of India'. Cafe in Lord Roberts Centre were friendly & served brilliant breakfasts! Couldn't dine on site as chef had covid, so popped to Sainsbury instead.

Would have been nice to have evening meal on site. We were surprised it wasn't busier.

The room was very clean and a good size. It had 2 double beds, and they were comfortable. We were only there 1 night for my sons pass off parade, but there is plenty of storage for longer stays. Toiletries are provided, and the biscuits were lovely. The setting is beautiful, very quiet, and peaceful in the evening with woods to walk in Would definitely stay here again. Very good value for money.

Large spacious room. Towels, coffee, biscuits, water, free parking. Excellent communication from the host.

The room was a little tired and musty, no hair dryer. I didn't read all the literature. I was unaware we were on a gun range (that's on me). Very noisy in the am...from 8am outside our room cutting grass and trimming hedges, but the work had to get done ✔️

The holiday apartment is quietly located in a camp and is an ideal location for trips to London if you arrive by car. Brookwood train station is nearby, as is a shopping center (on the way to the train station). The train connection to London is good, if you book the Travelcard the train and tube/bus in London are included. the beds were comfortable. There was a small fridge, which is handy since there is no breakfast.

the apartment door is not tight, in strong wind or cold there is a draft through the door. the carpet is already well worn. Blanket would be recommended in the cooler season.

The Lodge is well situated and it was lovely to be able to wander around the extensive grounds. The room itself was very comfortable. The fridge was a bonus to keep drinks cool in the heatwave. We were delighted to have found the Lodge accommodation. Parking was easy which is always a bonus.

I found the pillow too soft, but that was just my opinion.
