The overall size of the apartment was good, clean bathroom and kitchen, both came with basic necessities. Except for the two small single beds in a small bedroom, the stay was good; McDonalds is around the corner and shops are within 3 mins' walk.

The bedroom was a bit small for two people with twin beds, and they were two small single beds (2 ft in width) instead of standard single beds. The two small single beds were placed side by side without any space in between when we checked in, we had to move them apart ourselves and after the move a gum was noticed on the floor. Bad impression on this in terms of cleanliness.

Needed maintenance, strip of floor nxt to bathrm out showing mud/plaster underneath, gash/crack living room wall & roll of worktop needed repairing & bulbs missing under kitchen cupboards which would hve provided a good evening light rather than harsh full on lights at night when cooking. A little tired looking with marks on some furniture, if maintenance kept up to date would feel slicker but this let it down as made you more aware of other details like do not disturb sign very worn & not replaced. Small details easy to fix but noticeable

Limited parking. We had a studio but were surprised to find there wasn’t a toilet roll holder in the bathroom! We had trouble with the heating, the wall radiators didn’t seem to work, we were too tired the first night to work it out & woke up freezing! We then found we could turn the air con to warm. and the towel rail had a button underneath, out of sight, there weren’t any instructions in the room and these would be helpful!

The staff on reception were lovely, and very welcoming. Even when we left at 8 am they were just as lovely. Even with the issues noted below I still give it a 10/10

The TV in the living room had no features apart from normal channels, thankfully I took my firestick with me. The bath was so good and lovely hot water, incredible however the bit you pull out to turn it to bath mode was so stiff I thought I was going to pull the whole thing off 😆

The room was lovely and had loads of space for the both of us and very clean.

The night before I went to this hotel I changed my time on my confirmation email for the booking, I received an email saying I could cheak in early. When I got to the hotel in the morning they didn't let me and my partner in our booked room due to the original booking time even tho we had the confirmation before hand and the receptionist was very rude and didn't help at all she seemed totally uninterested in the conversation and continued to roll her eyes and sigh at us.

The location was excellent for what we required. the apt was spotless and the facilities were excellent. Unfortunately there was building works beside us which created a lot of early morning noise. however it had close supermarkets , a 'mini' Christmas market and good transport links . Staff were v friendly - we will be staying again here for Lakeside 2025

A spacious room with all the equipment you would need to self cater, 2 televisions and a light airy feel about the property. The doorman I dealt with was most helpful and the accommodation is in a convenient central location. There were a number of small maintainance issues that needed attention with items that were not working. I raised mention of these and received a thank you for telling them and was assured that they would be addressed. I felt that my issues were taken seriously even thought they were minor, though being there only one night meant that I did not see what action was taken..

Parking is limited. I got a space when I arrived but did not feel comforable about moving my car as I might not have been able to get back in even though I had paid.

The room we had was quiet, so had a really good night sleep. The staff at these apartments are excellent and always have been. I did notice that another company have now purchased these apartments, and I just hope that the standards stay the same as all too often when a new company takes over an existing business, standards slip and prices rise.

The cleaning service was not so good this time, as have stayed at these apartments lots of times. Cleaning of rooms were done much more frequent on previous stays, but this time we arrived on a Monday and left on a Sunday and the room does not get cleaned now only for longer stays. The plug in the Kitchen sink was disgusting and either needs a deep clean or replacement. There was also one night that it got cold and had to put hot air con on as the radiator in lounge was not working. As it was the only night that we needed extra warmth, I never informed the staff of this issue.

Lovely clean room with all the facilities you'd need for a short stay. Very friendly staff, a decent amount of parking (which you have to pay for) and a great location. You have a cinema, a Sainsburys, the town centre and Farnborough train station all within a ten minute walk.

They do mention this, but you only get your room cleaned if you're there for a week.

I stay here when visiting family and friends in the area. I like that it is very easy, convenient, spacious, separate bedroom in the apartment, has a reception, parking (for a fee), comfortable bed, close to Sainsburys and good kitchen with the basics. They answer questions quickly on the booking.com app. Views from the windows are better now that the next-door apartment block is nearly finished.

A coffee maker or cafetiere would be good. I normally buy a cheap one from Sainsburys.
