The facilities in the property were as one would expect for this Hotel chain

The breakfast experience was pretty basic, with staff not managing to clear tables and reset them to facilitate the flow of guests and therefore some guests were having to clear away dirty plates etc so their party could sit closer together The hot breakfast items such as sausages aren’t of a quality that one would expect for the price charged for breakfast Consideration should be given to having the bacon on some sort of perforated tray in the chaffing dish, so that the bacon isn’t sitting in oil as you get towards the bottom layers

Room was okay though we had to change it as the first one the system picked for us while we checked in online did not have a nice view. We requested for a room with a nice view when we made the booking so we had to ask a lovely on duty that evening and she was gracious and nice to change the room for us for which we are grateful.

There was no safe and a fridge in the room. The security lock on the door was not working but we managed it anyway as we only had two nights to spend or else we could have asked for our room to be changed again.

First time staying at this property and from the moment I entered the hotel the staff was exceptional - a warm & friendly greeting, precise information given re: hotel amenities & dining options. The room was a great size for my 2week work stay. I highly recommend this property.

I have no complaints, I only wish there were a small refrigerator in the room; as a business traveler I always greatly appreciate when I can keep some cold drinks in my room as I often have to work at night for a few hours. I do also wish the desk area was a bit larger, but overall I had no complaints about the hotel.

Room was very tidy. plenty of amenities on site, Gym and pool where very clean with lots of equipment. Staff where very helpful along with ordering taxis to reception. I would stay again here. iron included in the room was a nice touch.

Breakfast was average. The prices within the hotel bar where a little steep and lacked choice for beers on tap. Would be a nice to have a list of amenities near by as the hotel is quite out of the way.

Stayed over for an Army reunion, lunch meeting etc. great facilities, loved the spacious room and a good size double bed, loved the bed and comfy pillows, food lovely, spacious bar, great TV area, Costa coffee cafe area, I didn't use the gym or swimming pool..loved my weekend thank you 👍

Was very inconvenient no lift working, I have leg problems.. But they had a member of bar staff help me use the service elevator to get up to my room. Most helpful 👍

Staff were really friendly at reception. Even though it was self check-in, they were really happy to help. Was most impressed by the options for my deaf mother - we were placed in rooms next to each other straight away (as I requested at booking) and they even offered her a vibrating alarm clock, beacon for when her phone rings etc. I felt this was really inclusive and not offered at every hotel for deaf people. Room was very comfortable and modern.

Was really busy right by reception with lots of drunk people on a Saturday night when we arrived. Was very noisy in the lobby and we got chatted to straight away by friendly drunk people before we event got through the door. It stressed my deaf mum out a little bit as she didn’t know what was going on. Understand it is popular with locals for a weekend with a bar etc (and football was on), but maybe good idea to move check in area away from bar if possible.

Easy to check in. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bath room had rainfall shower. Blackout blind is great for mornings. Plenty of parking free after 5pm Friday to Monday morning. Pool facilities were really good. Restaurant offered plenty of choice. All staff we encountered were helpful and friendly.

Decorative slats in bathroom let light through to bedroom directly onto bed when you sleep. Wakes you up in night if bathroom gets used. Feet on bed stick out and present serious hazard to bare feet. Light switches confusing as to which switch switches which light on

Price was really good. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hot water in the shower. The fish and chips in the restaurant was very good. Happy about everything at the hotel and would stay there again.

A clearer sign on the front of the building. I wasn't sure I was at the right location at first and the postcode on booking.com, took me 500m down the wrong road. I had to look at photos of the hotel on booking.com, to recognise which building it was in the business park.

The room sizes, comfy bed. The pool was perfect and gym facilities good. Staff were helpful.

The bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could have been. The floor tiles were dirty in the corners and grime around the shower. Had tea/coffee facilities but no water or glasses. We arrived tired at 6.45pm after a long journey and setting up for a show to be told we couldn’t get a table till after 9.30pm for food and they couldn’t guarantee a time. The bar was so busy, which I understand for a Friday night, but accommodating guests, for food should be considered, maybe in a different area. We had to go out for food, which wasn’t ideal.

Room perfect had all your basics.. hairdryer, Iron, kettle, TV. Bathroom was a wet room very spacious shower. Breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold buffet all you can eat was very nice, good quality. Staff friendly and helpful. Very busy hotel..coffee shop, gym bar/restaurant and pool on site. Easy check in/out. Shopping area literally across the road. Lots near by.. Camberley is great for night life

Doors slam so can hear people leaving their room Hair dryer over heats but these things are not a negative just things you expect from any hotel
