Lovely and quiet and great location for walking into town for a meal and drinks. Lovely garden area to sit and have a nice drink in the sun. I like how they had the window open in our room, curtains closed and the fan on for our arrival in the room, so it was reasonably cool. Reception staff and bar staff are always happy, polite and attentive, all the times we have stayed.

Wasps in the garden. Really need to clear empty glasses away immediately, otherwise the wasps move in and bother everyone. We spotted one glass that was on an empty table for all the time we were having a drink and there was A VERY LOT OF WASPS having a good old evening drink.

The hotel is in a lovely grounds, and is a short walk to the shops in town. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The Executive double room was spacious and comfortable. The room was spotless. Drinks in the bar were generous, as was the food. Easy parking

We were told that the restaurant was now open on a Sunday evening, but when our party arrived we found it was closed. Bar food was available however, and the portions generous. But eating on low level tables wasn't ideal, especially for elderly members of our party. It would have been useful to be able to put everything on the room and pay at the end, rather than paying for all food and drink individually. We were unable to open the windows in the room, apart from a small hinged window in the bathroom. The storage and hanging space in the room was very limited if we had been staying longer.

The staff were very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful experience. We had everything we needed and the whole place was very clean. There was a bar, you could buy drinks. A nice garden to spend time was surrounding the property. It looked just like in the picture. Definitely, i will go back if i need..

The location is good, but you need to have a car. It will make your experience even better. One of the rooms we use could have been prepared before our arrival. You could tell. Sheets were not changed, bins not empty, but they were spare linen in the wardrobe.

room: spacious, good amenities - e.g. iron&ironing board - which dont often see in rooms at the price breakfast - very good cooked breakfast - healthier options also available and classics like kippers - fairly well priced - staff friendly and can cook to requirement bed - comfortable location - walking distance into Fleet town, and not far from station so pretty good

chilly in room and not able to turn on heater (it was summer but not used to chillier evening as coming from warmer climes overseas) - minor issue though and did not raise with hotel

Lovely period hotel with the sound of birdsong everywhere... I heard blackbirds, wrens, robins, and even a couple of tawny owls 🙂. Spacious and well-kept grounds provides for lots of parking space and seating areas, ideal for relaxing and listening to the birds. My room was very clean, and the bed was super comfy with lots of top quality linen and sumptuous pillows. Best sleep I've had for absolute ages! Due to early start, I was only able to take the breakfast once. It was very nice, with excellent service, the full English being spot on to start the day with. All the staff were great and made me feel very welcome. Am definitely staying again for my next business trip.

The Lismoyne is a quiet, clean, comfortable hotel in a good location close to Fleet High Street and was good value for money. My room was nice and quiet with good space and everything worked well. The WiFi was good with video streaming working well, the water was good and hot in the sink/shower. It was not the most comfortable bed I have experienced but it was OK for a few nights. The breakfast service was friendly and efficient and the food was good for a hot buffet style breakfast. There is a good range of restaurants within 10 minutes walk of the hotel and I found some nice places to run at the local country park.

There is a £5 per night charge to park your car which was not obvious to me when I booked. It would not have changed my mind about booking but good to be aware in advance.

They have an amazing 300+ year Sequoia tree just outside then dining area. Worth sitting on the bench under it to really appreciate it. Also the area is secluded in a natural setting, but quite walkable and convenient to restaurants, shops, and a nature preserve that has a walk surrounding a lake. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Water tank repair people showed up early so our water was suddenly off when we needed it. Staff gave us late check out, but we had to change our plans for the day.

The room was spaceous and the bed was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and happy to offer assistance where needed. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was delicious. The grounds gardens are beautiful and it makes you feel you are tucked away in a big and peaceful forrest, even though a shopping centre is just a 5 min walk down the road.

The shower head was fixed into the wall at quite a low height. Being 6ft tall I only just fit under but there wasn't a lot of space to wash my hair, and anyone taller than me might struggle to fit under without having to squat a little.

- Location was lovely. Very quiet and a 5 minute walk from the main fleet road. - Beautiful old style manor well kept. - Slept surprisingly well! Bed was firm, clean and very comfy. -Had everything you needed in the room - Friendly staff member when checking in - great check in and out times! 2pm check in and 11pm check is by far the best check in times for any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. - Fan included in room which was great as I got a little warm - door is lock and key which I really like. Felt super safe and secure whilst sleeping but also leaving my stuff in the room.

Really enjoy my stay but if I was being super picky: -Thick cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling’s -bathroom super small, you can wee whilst cleaning your teeth over the sink sort of size 😂 (but still lovely for the price) -tea, coffee and kettle are provided but weirdly tucked away and not on the table plugged in so you have to move the whole tray to the desk if you want to use But that’s me being super picky! I enjoyed your stay

Location, room, shower, parking and staff.

I know I booked the room the night before. I did make a note on the booking if a room with 2 single beds would be available. No worries if not. They clearly did not read the request because nothing was said at check in. I then received a email from Bookings.com the next day AFTER checkout that they would try and accommodate my request. So there is obviously a delay in the system somewhere, possibly not the hotels fault, but not mine either.
