Good location just on the outskirts of Wokenham The room was very comfortable and included TV and tea making facilities A good choose of continental breakfast items that were served in the kitchen Car parking was easy to find just outside the property Jo was very welcoming with a friendly approach to hosting guests Good value for money

Good home from home stay. Easy to communicate, check in / out. Peaceful area and room. Host is incredibly accommodating and friendly. Bed super comfy, clean large shower. Enjoyed my stay. Good access to M4 too.

Very accommodating hosts, bed and bathroom all good. Hosts willing to do your washing.Hosts put out breakfast at the table each morning.

Location is the greenest part of the town where you could spend hours walking or just enjoying nature. Town center is not so far, 15 min walk. Railway station is also the same distance. Hosts were wonderful and provided very warm hospitality.

Everything was great - very good and kind hosts, flexible for any demands.

Location was great , lots of parking , 30 mins walk into town , past parks and greenery . Modern, clean and sunny room with all amenities I needed

The bed was comfy, the shower was nice with an added bonus of toiletries being provided. Tv had NOW tv. Host was very friendly and helpful - gave us lots of ideas of what to do in the local area.

Everything was fine. I'm always slightly uncomfortable being actually right there in the family home (it's a bedroom in the house, not separate) but the host did a fantastic job at making us feel comfortable and relaxed.

The room was really homely and comfortable and the owners were really hospitable and welcoming and friendly.. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice room, everything I needed for a stop over. Definitely will stay here when I return in 4 months time.

No road sign at entrance to estate, I am sure the highways will sort in time. Drove past a few times looking for the road.

Host was very friendly and welcoming. Bed extremely comfortable and en-suite shower was fantastic. Continental breakfast laid out for me to help myself to in the morning was a nice touch, and much appreciated before heading off to work.
